Jon and his team at Cozy were super responsive and were able to schedule a full AC replacement within 48 hours. I truly appreciated being able to call and speak with a real person- not an answering service or a call center. Jon was knowledgeable and fair with prices, even willing to review other estimates from other companies and give a competitive price. As a landlord many states away from the property needing AC work, finding someone trustworthy to complete the job was essential. Jon was the guy! My tenants are now cool and comfortable and we will have Cozy Heating & Cooling service our units for years to come. I would recommend them to anyone.

This isn’t a 5-star review. It is a 10 star review. Three days before Christmas our hot water heater went out. On a recommendation from a friend, I called Jon. All I can say is that he saved Christmas for me and my family. He was simply amazing to work and communicate with. He was honest with his timeframes and more than fair with his pricing. The time and effort they put into installing my hot water heater that close to Christmas said a lot about his professionalism and care for his work. I will forever use Jon and his crew for any and all work on my house, and you should too. I implore you make Jon and Cozy Heating and Cooling your first phone call. Cozy Heating & Cooling installed a mini split for us. Very happy with their work, they were on time, cleaned up great, and did a very tidy job on all the forward facing parts of the unit. The installation looks great and the unit works very well! Would highly recommend for install or service for HVAC!

Quite simply, this is an outstanding company! Everyone associated with the replacement of the furnace and installation of central air in our family's 70-year-old home was exceptional.

What to expect during the estimate? Jon, the owner, will likely send his lead installer, Ty, who understands systems, to survey the situation, take measurements and recommend the correct type of system for your home. They will take into consideration the size and age of your home and estimate accordingly. The Cozy team are not salespeople and will not quote something that you do not need. The written quote will be received in a timely fashion and the follow-up is outstanding.

What to expect during the installation? First, even before installation begins, there will be another on-site visit to take final measurements and order supplies. Then, on the day of installation, don't be surprised to find Jon (the owner) on-site working alongside his team. In our case, he worked with Ty and Monty.

The Cozy team called before arrival, were on time and worked tirelessly to install both systems in one day . . . other companies said it would take three days! The disruption to the household was minimal. After removing the old equipment and cleaning up, you would not have known that Cozy was there. Finally, Jon and his team took care in "firing up" the system and spent time teaching our tenants how to set and utilize the smart thermostat.

When the time comes to replace the boiler in our home and install central air, Jon and his team at Cozy will be our first call! They are simply the best - - you cannot go wrong hiring them.

I can't say enough good things about Cozy Heating and Cooling. Jon (owner) is professional, polite and super knowledgeable and explains everything that needs to be done and how he's gonna do it. Pricing was on point. Very patient and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. His crew, Monty and Shawn, also very polite and knowledgeable. They replaced my AC, furnace, pipes, literally everything. They went over and beyond and worked hard and got it done quickly. Instead of just doing what they were here for, they told me I may have issues with my chimney, water heater, sewer pump, possible carbon monoxide issue and took extra time to investigate. So many good things to say. They will be replacing my water heater in 3 days also at a great price. Also, they were on time, called with ETA and in contact with me the whole time. Great job Cozy!! Highly recommend and will be recommending to friends for sure!

Tenant complained about the AC not cooling, temperature was 90. I called Cozy Heating & Cooling today, 6/27/25 based on their Google reviews.

Jon, the owner, was very responsive. He had Perry, the lead tech, reach out to me ASAP. Perry was accommodating. He switched his calls around due to tenant having to leave by 1 PM. His other customer was available all day.

Perry called me quickly about his diagnosis. The capacitor shorted. A snake was found which caused damage to the part. Perry replaced the capacitor.

Cozy Heating & Cooling gets 5 stars on this call. Jon & Perry were very responsive & accommodating. No fuss dealing with them.

Suggest that consumers do your homework to determine if the provider is fair/reasonable with its pricing.

The tenant is pleased with a working AC. I will update this review if needed.

My husband & I are looking for a go-to HVAC provider that is reliable, responsive, honest and fair. We will use Cozy Heating again based on our first great experience with them today.

Yesterday, I called another HVAC company listed by Google with
70 reviews, 4.9 stars, 47 years in business. I left a message on 6/26/25 to call me back due to a non-working AC. I called 2-3X more (same recording comes on) but did not leave a message.
I also reached out to the same company through its "CONTACT US" link in their website. As of today, no response from the company.

Being in business for "47 years" (47 a typo?), you think someone will call back or at least reply to my email.

I am aware of the extreme heat happening across the East Coast this week but not a valid excuse to not reply to a customer by text, call or email.

Jon and his team (Midia and Ty) installed 4 mini splits in our 1940s home about a month ago and totally knocked it out of the park! We got quotes from 5 different companies, and Jon outshined them all in terms of quality, customer service, and price. Jon went out of his way to make sure we understood every aspect of the install, there were no surprises, and he left us feeling confident to care for our investment over the long haul. The install day itself was super smooth and the team surprised us by finishing the install days ahead of schedule. If you need HVAC services look no further than these guys!

My AC unit was struggling to keep the house cool. Dealing with companies for anything can sometimes be stressful. I googled searched for a heating & cooling company near me and started reading reviews. It seemed like every company out there had a dissatisfied customer and some reviews didn’t sit well with me. After a timely search I came across Cozy Heating and Cooling. Every review was great and just not filler reviews. They were actually nice experiences from customers. I put in an online request over the weekend to schedule someone to come out and within 24 hours I received a call from a gentleman name Perry. Perry came out and checked out the system and quickly found the problem. He explained everything to me with great detail and answered every question until I understood, even repeated questions lol. I’m very pleased with this company and was even more pleased that Perry was the tech that came out. Do yourself a favor if you’re having issues with your unit and reach out to Cozy Heating and Cooling and ask for Perry. Knowledgeable, honest, friendly and reasonable prices.

These guys are top notch. Ty came out to do the quote, and they had the numbers back to me within a few hours. Jon and his crew came out the next week in the pouring rain and had my whole HVAC replaced in six hours. He went through and explained in detail all the work they did, which was quite a lot. Went above and beyond replacing anything needing it in order to future proof the system. Will be a continual customer going forward.

Outstanding experience from start to finish! Received an immediate response to my request for an estimate on a whole-house ductless mini-split installation in our old Catonsville home. Honest, knowledgeable, timely, courteous, tidy - this company provides amazing service, quickly and at a very reasonable price. They communicated every stage of the install and made sure we were kept in the loop and were comfortable with the overall plan of the project. I can’t recommend Cozy Heating & Cooling highly enough. Bonus that they left the house cleaner than they found it!

Heat went out in my office so time was of the essence to have repaired. Cozy Heating & Cooling came out quickly & fixed the issue with our system. Our unit is located in the rafters of our office (photo attached) so not easily accessible so appreciated they extra effort needed for the repair. Additionally, Perry was knowledgeable & professional. I found them trustworthy & reasonable in price. I would not hesitate to use them again for my commercial properties or with my residential needs.

Our old a/c had been limping along for years. Then the furnace failed a few weeks back. It was time to upgrade our entire HVAC system. We had 8 companies give us estimates. Jon and co. were recommended by a relative. So glad they did. They were professional, attentive, and thorough. Their prices were very competitive. He responded quickly, answering all our questions. After a few leaks in my 20+ year old boiler, I decided to replace both the boiler and aging hot water heater. I spent hours reading reviews and getting a few other estimates. These guys were by far the most professional, friendly, down to earth, honest, knowledgeable, and the best price! Jon, the owner, answered all of my texts about the job and was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. The other guys I met, Ty and Perry, were just as great. Job was completed in one day and looked and has performed great. Excellent service at an excellent price!

First time using Cozy (due to good reviews), and I wasn’t disappointed. I needed a new heat pump and Jon was very responsive and offered several options, all with very competitive prices. Jon and his crew, Ty and Monty arrived on schedule and work proceeded with no problems. Once installed they went over the system features as well as the Ecobee Thermostat setup and operation. They cleaned and left the place spotless. Overall a very pleasant experience. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

I've used cozy heating and cooling a couple times now. Twice I've gotten their technician Perry. Both times I've worked with Perry he was very thoughtful in the way he chose to solve the problem, and also very thorough in his work and explaining to me the problem and solution. This company clearly works with integrity. It is hard to ask for anything more when entrusting someone who is an expert to fix something which you don't know much about. I will be sticking with these guys as long as they are around.

This company handled the replacement of our heating and cooling systems. They were wonderful from start to finish. My husband was amazed with the attention to detail and speedy completion. We are so thankful they were able to do the job on such short notice. I highly recommend Cozy Heating and Air Conditioning!

Jon and his crew were great. I called them in because my new house had an extremely dirty filter and I was worried about the unit and the ducts. Jon checked everything out in the furnace, cleaned it up and took the time to give me a lesson on how to maintain it. Then I had his guys clean out the ducts. The before and after pictures he showed me were amazing.

Glad I had that taken care of.
