Junior Hernandez from Michael & Son did an outstanding job fixing the faucets at my home. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. Junior took the time to explain what needed to be done, completed the repairs efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend Junior and Michael & Son to anyone looking for skilled, reliable plumbing service.

WOW — absolutely phenomenal service! This is my second time having Logan Donovan at my home. Logan went above and beyond in every possible way. He’s super professional, and incredibly skilled. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and the quality of work was flawless. On top of that, he was friendly and respectful. I was so impressed that I signed up for a membership so now I’m a part of the Michael and Sons family lol. If you’re even thinking about hiring an electrician, stop looking and call them and request Logan. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. HIGHLY recommend!

My tech was Charles. He did an AMAZING job! I had a pipe crack due to the recent winter weather. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair it with no problem. He did a great job of answering any questions I had and educating me on the topic and possible preventative measures to avoid future issues! He was very knowledgeable!!

PROS: Our plumber Adam White, was extremely professional , knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He was one of the main reasons why we chose this company. We had full confidence in him.
We also really liked the fact that the company allowed us the option to supply our own water heater. That made a big difference in our decision to use this company.

I appreciate the timeliness of services rendered, the staff being courteous, professional and responsive but all that is irrelevant when the services received was subpar.

The plumber failed to adequately check for the source of the leak. He made an assumption instead of properly inspecting even after being told that we didnt believe he located the proper area for the leak. He made an unnecessary repair, charged us roughly $400 for 45mins of work, and the leak continued. His lack of proper knowledge or him just being lazy, caused me to waste time calling the company back and scheduling another appointment the following day.

Michael and Sons rectified the situation by sending out a senior tech, Juan, who was able to quickly locate the issue and correct the problem. Juan was efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and effective.

The restoration dept, Paul, also came out to my home. Paul was fantastic. He explained everything that he was doing and all the possibilities for repair. Unfortunately, due to the plumber not cutting any drywall Paul was able to fully assess the damage to my home but he tried his best and his effort was appreciated.

I gave 2 stars for the initial work done and since we asked to have a manager call us to discuss what transpired and three days later, we have yet to receive that call.

I had a great experience with Michael & Sons, and highly recommend them. The licensed plumber, Adam, was absolutely excellent.
He provided fantastic customer service from start to finish. He called ahead to advise me of his arrival time, walked me through the plumbing issue, and even took the time to educate me on the system he was repairing. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently.
I was very pleased with the entire process. Would definitely call them again!

I had a free water restoration inspection done by Maurice. Highly knowledgeable and professional. He made sure all my questions were answered and provided DIY as well as cost effective solutions for my specific situation. He was focused on ensuring I was taken care of as the client and bc of that Michael and Son has secured themselves a customer in the future.

I had 4 security cameras installed, 3 of which included solar panels
A tad on the expensive side but well worth the experience. I can never give enough hand claps to a technician who explains things along the way and cleans up behind himself too. Great job Logan!
And let me not forget to mention that he called ahead and showed up early!!

Our hot water copper pipe cracked over the weekend, and we scheduled service with Michael & Son on Sunday. John C. arrived first thing Monday morning and was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took care to keep the work area clean despite the rain and avoided tracking in any dirt. He diagnosed and repaired the pipe much faster than I expected, and the finished work looks excellent. The repair is also warrantied, which gives additional peace of mind, although based on the quality of his work, I don’t expect any issues. I would absolutely recommend John C. and Michael & Son.

The technician M. Brubach was an exceptional professional. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. It’s rare to meet someone who actually really cares. He took his time to differentially figure out from where the water was leaking. I really appreciated his expertise and professionalism.

My experience with Gerson from Michael & Son was fantastic. He was informative, polite, and a true professional. He took the time to make sure everything around the job was properly addressed, and because of his great diligence and customer service, Gerson helped me uncover a separate drywall issue that needed to be addressed. I appreciate Gerson’s attention to detail, highly recommend!

Jessie James did a great job with the plumbing repair. We’ve been displaced for about a week due to a leak on New Year’s Eve but the Michael and Son team worked quickly to get us back in our home.

Update: A new leak was discovered when the drywall was being replaced. Michael & Son (Michael Coleman) showed up within two hours, assessed and fixed the problem.

I have always been happy with Michael & Sons. Service has always been great and they have always been able to respond quickly.

Sherman Pinnock is an another example of the knowledgeable service techs they employ. Sherman was very thorough in his explanations and explained everything clearly. He conducted a thorough safety inspection and identified city water pressure coming in at 100PSI - which explains some burst pipes last year.

Sherman added a pressure reducing valve as well as a durable metal main water shutoff valve in the basement. This metal valve is much more durable than the existing flimsy PVC main water shutoff. Now I don't have to worry about burst pipes and/or breaking the builder grade shutoff valve that was originally installed.

Also had an automatic emergency water shutoff added to my water heater.

I will request Sherman by name next time.

Add a sump pump that wasn’t working in my basement was flooding. My golden sons was able to send out a tech that night. Gus did a great job. He’s able to fix the solution to prevent further flooding in my basement. I probably paid more for emergency service, but they were the only company that could send someone out the Same night

Scheduled an appointment online for between 330-6. Adam showed up on time called before he got there.
Gave me the options and he got to work.
About halfway through price did go up a bit because somebody decided to concrete the faucets for the shower in place for some reason. And the extra labor charge was alright by me because I was about to head to the ATM to give him extra for becoming an impromptu concrete worker.
Told us about the Michael & Sons Home Care plan which my wife and I plan to invest in with more home repairs coming.
10/10 highly recommend

Bought 1953 rancher in Catonsville in November. Moved in dec 15

OMG Dec 16 can you image having to call BG&E because you smell a strange odor. They arrive saying yup there's 4 gas leaks you've gotta leave and we are shutting down the gas. Can you believe the house didn't blow up??? To top off the entire family is coming to your new house for christmas!!!
In comes Michaels Plumbing, Mike Coleman the tech. First glance only a few leaks we can fix. Now it's Thursday a week before the 25th. Inspector can't come till Monday. Monday arrives gas line fails to hold air pressure. Mike comes back. Now what. Up the attic we go. There are leaks at every coupling, seal and bend in gas line. Replacing entire line. No heat for Christmas. Friday 26th Mike arrives works thru Saturday by 5pm the lines replaced. Pressure is holding at 20 psi. Called left message get an inspector out immediately. Inspector arrives Tuesday 30th 11ish. Passes. Mike is there to meet Inspector Tom. Mike messages I'll be back in morning to hook everything up and get gas up again. Later today 12/30 he messages I'm leaving supply and heading to your house to finish now. Lining up Inspector to come back tomorrow morning. Lines all hooked up. Heat on
Hot water on!! Gas holding pressure zero leaks!!!
Did we have heat on Christmas, no. Do we have a home that didn't blow up, YES!!! Do we have heat for 2026 you betcha!!! Its truly a blessing that we don't smoke, light matches or have candles in our home. Christmas would have been much different.

Did I flip out on the 21st, you bet I did. No heat, failed inspection, holiday 3 days away. We had to go to my brother's house. I slept on twin bed with husband 4 nights and we didn't divorce over that!!! I deserve a medal!!
How can you stay angry, we are all alive. 2 extra holidays shut things down. All issues where out of everyone's hands.
We managed. We got together. We had a lovely meal.
Michaels and Mike C. Came through and got us heat. It took a bit, no one's fault, just life. We are all alive. House intact. Lives intact.

Jesse James was awesome 😎 explained everything in detail about what needed to be repaired/replaced with the water heater. He gave us options and great pricing. 0% financing for 18 months. We had another company come out first. Didn't like the approach and lack of details from the other person. Jesse is very knowledgeable and friendly. Recommend him highly.
