He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and what he was seeing with each step, explained options for servicing clearly, and gave us the opportunity to make decisions with details on pricing and timeline without pressuring us. He was also super polite and professional. Our dog loved him!

Very responsive and qualified. DeSean was very thorough and diagnosed the problem on the emergency visit. Zach completed the additional diagnostics and the repair, and the system is working great. I trusted them to be fair and to do the work, and they delivered on both counts. Just signed up for the annual maintenance contract. These guys are great - nice, professional, and good at what they do!

They offer astounding service honestly. Every time I call they are on the case same day. Since I bought a unit all their service is free. The techs are super nice and seem to really care about making sure my heat is working. They will wear little boot covers to keep your house clean. They don't give any BS answers and offer really good prices.

Great service from start to finish. Ended up needing the whole hvac system replaced. Walked me through options. Ibn and his helper worked hard and they did an excellent job on the install. Great warranty on the system and install. I would highly recommend.

Great experience when we had our gas furnace go out during one of the coldest weeks of the year. Zachary, the tech who came out first, as well as Ibn and Tristan, who installed the new furnace, were all friendly, knowlegable and honest folks. I also spoke with one of the owners, Michael, and had a great interaction with him. Happy to support an honest, locally owned small business and we felt well taken care of. 5 stars all around

Complete Climate Services was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. My heat went out unexpectedly, and they responded quickly and professionally from start to finish. Michael, the owner, came out personally to diagnose the issue and was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough in explaining what was going on with my furnace.

De’Sean, the field tech who completed the repair, was equally impressive. He was efficient, respectful of my home, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He replaced my high limit switch and had everything up and running smoothly in no time.

It’s rare these days to find a company that combines prompt service, expertise, and genuine professionalism, but these guys truly delivered. I’m extremely grateful for their help and will absolutely be calling them for any future HVAC needs.

Complete climate services saved us last minute when our heater stopped working at 6:30pm on one of the coldest nights of the year- they were here within 1 hour and Keondre was amazing! He fixed our unit that night. We also now have a service contract with them. Very impressed and appreciate them so much! Also reasonably priced! Thank you!! 10/10 would recommend!

I just had a new boiler system installed, it was a 2 day job. Deondre and Michael arrived early both days and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Complete Climate Services. The guys were friendly and informative and I have never been so happy to have heat!!

Not all heroes wear capes!!! I do not say this lightly, and I do not typically leave reviews.

I want to start by saying that finding a good and honest HVAC company can be extremely difficult and stressful, so I want to take a minute to share my entire experience. A different company I called told me they wouldn't be able to come out for three weeks, and then a neighbor told me that company tried to nickel and dime them with everything. That is not the case with this company.

Every interaction I had with the employees was unbelievably positive, from the owner to the finance person to the three different workers who came to my house. I can say with 100% confidence that this company cares and does EVERYTHING the right way.

My furnace went completely out and had to be replaced. It was especially frustrating because it happened during 8-degree weather. They had someone come out immediately to diagnose the problem. They even provided space heaters to use until they could replace it. I was stressed, but my interactions with both the finance person and the owner were incredible. I called on a Saturday, when they were typically not open, and they called me back immediately.

When the two workers, Keondre and Michael, came out, they had such positive attitudes despite working in the cold and in a rather small crawl space. I could hear them laughing and joking while they worked. They clearly truly enjoy their job. They installed everything correctly, and I got my heat back.

They were true professionals who answered every question I had and were thorough in their explanations. I tried to tip Michael, but he told me it wasn’t necessary. He even mentioned wanting to come out a few days later to check on everything and make sure it was running smoothly, which really showed how much he cares about the work. I promise on everything when I say this: if you have HVAC issues, this is the company to work with. I would also give my highest recommendation to Michael and Keondre.

Complete Climate Services gave honest and accurate quotes on my HVAC system. I was really impressed with the quality of service and all the useful information that was explained. I felt like I understood the issues and knew what would be done to fix them. Zachary did an excellent job with my dual HVAC systems and his customer service skills were second to none. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Our heat stopped working one evening, and Michael got back to us right away, which immediately put us at ease. We had a great experience with Keondre—he arrived on time, was extremely professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the part we needed. By 8:30 AM the very next morning, John arrived and completed the repair.

I feel he is an asset to this company and was a great representative for there services. That is such a huge plus with many companies trying to find good technicians that have good customer service skills. He’s certainly good at his job. Well done!

I would recommend Michael & Sons to anyone. Gerson came out around 8am, he diagnosed the issue, explained to me the problem and the solution, and gave me the options I had. Gerson has plenty experience because he was efficient, came in and did the work and was very professional and friendly. I appreciate his hard work and I'm thankful for his service.

George Shepard is an excellent representative of Michael and Sons. He's courteous, thoroughly knowledgeable of his craft and polite. He left no stone unturned and no questions unanswered. Michael & Son and our technicians Jessie and Abdul were fantastic! We had a pipe burst in our basement. Jessie came out quickly to repair the burst pipes and restore the water to our house. He was friendly, professional, and even our dog loved him! After the pipe was repaired, Abdul came out to assess the damage and walk us through filing a claim with our insurance and the restoration process. He was also very knowledgable and really helped us feel like we were on the right track to getting our basement back to normal. We have had wonderful, quick service today in our crisis. I would highly recommend Jessie, Abdul, and Michael & Son!

We have been satisfied customers of Michael & Sons for years, but last weekend they outdid themselves. On Saturday a.m., our upstairs tub (full) had a leak in a pipe & overflowed, thru the ceiling, into the room downstairs. It was a true calamity!

We were very fortunate. Michael & Sons sent out Abdul A., from the Restoration department, a knowledgeable , personable, experienced technician, who stayed with us while we filed our insurance claim, and also scheduled a restoration team for the following day. He was terrific in calming us down.

Michael & Sons also sent out Daniel N., an experienced plumber from the Plumbing department, who also helped us by identifying the broken pipe & advising us on how to proceed with fixing the problem.

The following 4 days, we were visited by Kyron M. & his colleague Mark (Restoration team). While both were a pleasure with whom to work, Kyron, who led the team, was experienced, explained things clearly, & held our hand during this trying time. Kyron & Mark worked very hard, & were able not only to save our carpet & the wooden floor underneath, but completed their part of the project in 3 days! We couldn’t have had better people to get us thru the important first step of restoration maintenance.

I would give all those technicians who have helped us out with this repair 10 stars if I could - all were professional, knowledgeable & essential to helping us handle this unexpected hiccup!

This was my first time using Michael & Son for plumbing services. They were very nice and professional. I needed someone to check the gas shut off valve for my new gas oven, because the Home Depot delivery guys wouldn’t install it saying it wasn’t up to code. I called Michael & Son and was able to get an appointment the same day. They sent Adam who was very professional and kind. One most important thing I liked is you receive a text confirming your appointment, and they send you a picture of the technician so you know exactly who is knocking on your door. A++++ for that. I will definitely use them going forward.

This review is for Dylan Wall. He completed our annual plumbing inspection. We were very pleased with his excellent, thorough inspection and his recommendations. As a result, he fixed a toilet and flushed our water heater. We greatly appreciated his professional demeanor. We will gladly request him back.

Reed was terrific. Came out same day and was charged a very reasonable fee, way less than competitors. Issue ended up being a simple fix I had overlooked. I'm signing up for their maintenance package that covers electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Highly recommend. The Google reviews show they value customer experience and satisfaction.

Writing to thank Juan Argueta for his excellent service last week. He was able to efficiently replace my bathtub piping. He was on time as well as friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Juan was thorough, explained everything clearly, and left the area spotless. Very happy to have a well functioning shower again!
