We recently used Complete Climate Services for the first time for an annual maintenance check (two-unit heating system) and will definitely be repeat customers. Their technician, De’Sean, was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained everything that was done and answered all of our questions. The whole service experience was far superior to other companies we have used in the past.

Was able to get a technician to my house within 48 hours of filling out their form, Keondre was great, did a full diagnostic of my heating system and thermostat, identified and explained the problem and was able to get it fixed quickly, would highly recommend them and will be using them again for future HVAC work.

Chris was absolutely amazing! My mom was there, and he was really accommodating and explained everything he was doing. The service took less than 50 minutes. My only beef was the cost.

I am super impressed with this company. Everything from booking my appointment to getting the maintenance work done was easy, straight-forward, no-nonsense, and completely professional. Zachary R was my technician and took his time to explain my furnace to me, and really walked me through what he was doing. It was obvious that Zachary has mastered his craft and takes pride in what he does. I sincerely appreciate his approach, and this company's approach to the work. I gave a one-star rating last time because of an unpleasant experience. As a small business, we were shocked by the exorbitant price increase. However, shortly afterward, one of the owners, Michael (I'm not sure if I should mention his name), unexpectedly contacted us, acknowledging the company's mistake and offering to refund the overcharged amount. I was deeply impressed by his kind and thoughtful approach to customer service. Of course, the refund was processed as promised a few days later.

I had the pleasure of De’Sean servicing both my HVAC units today. He met with professionalism, warmth, a positive attitude, and proved a subject matter expert. I highly recommend De’Sean and Complete Climate services.

My blower motor conked out on me and left me freezing in this especially cold February. Complete Climate Services sent out a technician right away along with some space heaters while the part was ordered. John was efficient, polite and quick to diagnosis the problem. De’Sean showed great initiative in installing the part the next day despite multiple setbacks. Would definitely recommend. Plus they have a reasonable subscription service plan.

Great company with great technicians. Their use of technology makes them very easy to work with and they're a good value for the service. I've used them for my personal residence and all of my commercial and residential real estate.

The team at Complete Climate has really gone above and beyond to provide service and repairs on a consistently troublesome heat pump. Over the course of several years we have had to diagnose a number of issues and have always been kept up to speed, understood the service/price structure, and received quality and timely service. As much as we would like to not have the frequent issues with this unit, Mike and Chris along with their team of technicians have really taken a personal interest/touch that is much appreciated. Would highly recommend for your HVAC service needs.

Highly recommend this company. Great customer service for a fair price. I've used them twice and they deliver a seamless end to end customer experience.

My AC broke down during summer. I couldn't find anyone on the weekend. The owner lived around the corner and he made time to come out on a Saturday to fix my unit. Also, it cost me minimally because he said he could put a bulk of the costs through warranty.

Also, I get maintenance on my HVAC unit and they explain everything thoroughly to me.

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could.

My crew for a heat pump install was prompt and communicative. They were polite about the space and were good about letting me know that a household item was damaged - the crew was apologetic and immediately offered to replace it.

I'm grateful to have my heat working again!

After I placed the deposit the communication dropped off a bit - something to note - and I had to reference their website to confirm I actually had an install date booked. But ultimately everything went smoothly despite a few snags.

Mike and Keondre at Complete Climate LLC were exceptional. Whenever I have an issue, I go to them with full confidence that everything will be handled properly. Michael called me the morning of and sent John to fix my condensate pipe issue. He found so much wrong with how it was previously installed and quickly fixed it so we can have heat in the house. I’m genuinely amazed by how quick they were in doing this, and the boys were very sweet both times coming over. They reduced the price substantially for the hubbub, and I’m no longer freezing in the house!!! Thank you for this!! Much love to you all.

I’m currently freezing in my house. I think it’s around 40 degrees in here, and Zach came on Thursday initially to do a diagnostic, told me the problem was the condensate pipe freezing up, and I tried to fix it completely myself after digging all the ice around the pipes and creating a path to them to discover I couldn’t do the job myself. I called Friday afternoon after trying everything myself with no luck, and I was a bit disappointed to be told they couldn’t come because they were booked all day.

Their Google claims to be have 24/7 emergency service, but here I am freezing my ass off, my pipes likely getting more frozen and damaged as time goes by, all so they can quote me more on THAT damage, too, even after I asked if they’d be able to make time Friday given the storm that’s supposedly coming this weekend and dangerously low temperatures we’ve been experiencing… I don’t know how much they care given the first girl I spoke with wasn’t even in Baltimore but JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA.

I’m giving two stars because at least Zach found the problem and told me what I could
Do. I signed up for their maintenance plan and everything hoping it’d give me some priority, but it didn’t. I think come Monday unless they offer an apology and some price difference for the $1000 I’ve been quoted I’ll be going with someone else, even if it’s more. I just feel very disrespected, and it feels intentional given the circumstances.
