Elite was fast, friendly and professional. I woke up to a cold house. Elite had a technician to my home within 3 hours of my call. The tech quickly identified the problem, then showed me the issue and explained the repair process. My house was back to normal very quickly. They are now my HVAC service providers!

The staff was very professional and courteous. They installed a new furnace, a/c unit, and thermostat. Ask for William, Larry, and Mason. They are 5-Star worthy. I had several quotes for this project and I actually chose the highest because I had peace of mind with Elite. Cheaper isn't always better.

Lenny, Vic, Larry and the crew at Elite are just the very best at everything they do- they are kind, polite, quick, efficient and knowledgeable- these gentlemen are pros and take pride in their work. They have helped with three phases of renovating a 100year old home along & it's addition and we'd never use anyone else. And cannot thank them enough for emergent visit today when we found out our heat wasn't working ... not good timing as we head into a huge winter storm; but Vic and Larry came through with a new part and fit us in to install. They are the best!!

Great experience. I was able to get an appointment on the same day and the technicians arrived right on time. They were professional and friendly and explained the issues and what they did to fix them. This is not anything that I am experienced in but the price seemed reasonable. Thank you.

Mike came out to our house to look at our AC unit that went out that day. He was easy to work with and extremely responsive in the following days. His prices are extremely competitive. Trace and his team were also excellent with the install. Once the install was complete. they explained everything they did. In about half a day we had working AC.

Save yourself the hassle and give CCS a call if you have an issue. They are great to work with from start to finish.

My furnace went up and the technician diagnosed the furnace and informed me that it went up and explained how it went up and they will contact me on later on estimate to replace a new furnace. The company sent him out like they said and keep me with updates before his arrival .

Looks like I was a bit premature about giving them a 5-star review, since all they did was a Diagnostic inspection. Almost a week later, they still haven't scheduled the actual work, but I'm looking forward to it.

I believe in paying professionals fairly for their time and expertise. I think quality work deserves compensation. That said, my initial experience left me feeling surprised by the cost of the service. However, the owner personally reached out to discuss my concerns, and I truly appreciated how professional, respectful, and solution-oriented that conversation was.

While I still wish I had done a bit more research upfront, I recognize the value of supporting small businesses, and I’d absolutely recommend them based on how they handled things.

Knowledgeable, friendly, wore shoe covers, got a notification when they were on the way with a map of their location, fixed my furnace during the diagnostic period and explained everything while I watched. (Technician was Sam F.)

Online scheduling was easy and text notifications kept me informed of the tech's arrival. Once John arrived he was able to diagnose and fix the problem to get my system up and running again.

Highly recommend. They were able to get an appointment booked the next day when our AC went down. Keondre came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the replacement part, and got my AC running again in just a few days. The team there is professional, honest, and great to work with.

Michael came out for a diagnostic because the hydronic heating system wasn’t kicking on. It has an ancient boiler from the ‘60s and radiator heat. I had another company look at it, and deduced that it was a broken thermoregulator that was obsolete and couldn’t be easily replaced so had recommended a new boiler. Michael found the issue was due to a loose wire connection separate on the control board completely separate from the boiler, so was able to fix by just tightening a screw and saving a lot of money.
