The last time I used Future Tech was the day of the big freeze just before Christmas of 2022. My heat had gone out the day before and Scott was able to make it out the next morning and get my furnace going again.

I have used Future Tech for years. I have a few rental properties as well as my home, so I have had a fair number of experiences with Scot, both repairs and new installs.

He is honest and very reasonable for both repairs and installations. I don't even request an estimate first. I trust Scott and know he will charge a fair price.

Our family has used Future Tech for 30+(?) years. A honest, clean, hard working, neat freak. He's local. Good people.

We had problems with other companies, mostly doing oil furnace maintenance. Always had to clean up afterward. That ended with FT. He later replaced our oil burner with gas. So nice, so clean.

Replaced the central AC upstairs unit and later the outside unit. Our house is cold in the summer.

Always responsive.

Will answer the phone. And he shows up.

He recently stopped by to check on a safety switch for our AC. Records showed he was last in our attic 11 years ago. So that was good work.

I've recommended him to all my friends, neighbors, co-workers and family. All are pleased.

He repaired my AC quickly and was even able to adapt universal parts to fit my system saving me money. Scott communicated the work he was going to perform and really took the time to make sure I understood the repair. He did a great job, making sure he took the time to do it right.

Lifesaver on a Hot Day! Future Tech to the Rescue! (July 2024)

We came home from a beach trip to a sweltering house - our AC had died! Panicked, I called several companies, but none could send someone for 2 days. Then I found Future Tech! They were AMAZING! They squeezed me in within 2 hours and sent out Scott, who was friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable.

Scott did a complete inspection of our outdoor unit, thermostat, and attic handler. Thankfully, it turned out to be a blown transformer in the attic, which Scott was able to fix on the spot with the parts he had on his truck! No upselling, no pressure, just efficient service. The price was also very reasonable.

Highly recommend Future Tech!

Excellent. On a cold winter Saturday, with snow and freezing rain in the forecast the motor on our HVAC died and the house had no heat. We were a Gold maintenance service member with a competitor but the told me it would be 4 days before there would be an availble appointment in my area. That was unacceptable. I called Future Tech and within an hour they had Scott at my house. Scott checked everything, troubleshooting all the possibilities to get the best back on. He checked our warranties, made a couple trips to his truck and the local Bigbox. He took the necessary time to ensure my family had heat. He is very knowledgeable and educated me on my HVAC equipment. We were lucky to find Future Tech and grateful for quality service from Scott.

Future Tech is the only HVAC company I feel comfortable calling when I have issues with the heating and AC systems in my house. They are a family business, and everyone I have dealt with has been professional, courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable. They respond to my calls efficiently, and I don't feel like just another customer, though I know they're very popular! I trust Scott to accurately diagnose issues, and he takes the time to both listen to my needs, and to explain my options. Scott is more than a great tech, he has become a friend. When we had an issue, he came out and fixed the problem and continues to follow up making sure the unit is keeping us warm. Future Tech is a small local company. We will keep them for life. I HIGHLY recommend them. Their pricing is fair and Scott knows his stuff.

I called Future Tech after being told I needed a new unit. Scott responded quickly, coming over the same day to give me an estimate. After looking over my unit, Scott told me that I didn’t need a new unit just a quick repair. He had the part on his truck and I was up and running under an hour and only $400. I will be a customer for life. I highly recommend !

He is honest, knowledgeable, helpful, affordable, and a genuine person. Mr. Scott is available for questions whenever I need him, and it never feels like I am bothering him. He truly treats his customers like family/ friends. Mr. Scott came out and installed central AC and replaced a furnace from the 1950s! He educated and kept me updated on his work throughout the process. The new system works great and is so much more efficient (and saves some energy cost). I will be using Mr. Scott in the future for all of my other HVAC needs. Mr. Scott has decades of knowledge and experience that he is happy to share with others. I asked Elite Air Solutions to come out to perform a check on my AC unit (outdoor unit) because it was making an annoying rattling sound. Victor checked it out, fixed the issue promptly and checked everything else out to make sure the unit was performing as it should. Victor & the other techs are always on time, polite and respectful.

First time I used this company, for an AC issue during our recent heat wave. I can't believe they showed up within hours after my call, and fixed the problem right away! They will definitely be on my go-to list for HVAC problems in the future.

My air first stopped working July 3rd and even though it was a holiday they still called me back and were able to walk me through a potential solution which worked great for 2 weeks! When it started having issues again they came right out and stayed long enough to find the problem. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Called for an AC issue and Victor was here in about an hour! He was very thorough and I now have a safely working air conditioner! The price was less than half of what I thought it was going to be!
