My Mom lives in Laurel, MD and had to have her heater replaced. She has been a customer of Clean Air for a very long time, and always had good experiences with them. And this time was no different. She raves about Clean Air's customer service, and all the people who she interacted with throughout this job. What stood out was their quick response, courtesy, professionalism, and the clean-up afterwards. Thank you, Clean Air for taking care of my Mom.

Clean Air installed a new gas furnace and air conditioner back in 1999. Furnace lasted 24 years. Just replaced both. I was very happy with the quality of the installation and the installation crew. A few days later, I had a problem with the furnace humidifier. Called for service - Office very friendly - had technician out the same day. Technician was very personable, and knowledgeable. Analyzed and quickly fixed the problem without hesitation. I've been a customer since 1999 - very happy - can't go wrong with Clean Air.

Our service technician, Wascar, as always was polite, professional & knowledgeable. He does his job with pride.

Excellent service from this company. I have had a contract with them since 2007 and they have always provided excellent service. They have excellent technicians and I am very pleased with Wascar who has been servicing my equipment for quite a number of years. He is so courteous and professional and really knows what he is doing.

I have dealt with Clean Air on the job as they do new construction installations and with a repair at my own house and my very old heating system. They are great to deal with in both cases.

We had been investigating options for whole house humidifiers and found that Clean Air was a certified installer for Aprilaire products. We had their technician Mike install an Aprilaire Series 800 steam humidifier to replace a Honeywell evaporative bypass unit. (Stay away from those, they don't work.) He was very knowledgable about the Aprilaire mounting height, angle of condensation return, etc. He was also absolutely right about the humidity level balancing throughout our home. We only have ductwork on the first floor, but we now no longer need to bother with filling a portable humidifier every night in our bedroom on the 2FL. This is the greatest thing ever, we should have called Clean Air and switched years ago. Mike also noticed a leak in a flue pipe on our new (2019) furnace that was causing the interior to rust so we are very glad to have had them out. Lastly, we had an issue with the humidifier's rigid copper feed tube frequently hammering the water main pipe and John the service manager contacted Aprilaire to determine a fix. They made an adjustment by installing a flexible water feed tube which stopped the noise issue at no extra charge. This has been an amazing experience, I wouldn't have anyone else service our HVAC systems.

Writing a review cannot do justice for what Clean Air did for us. They did a very nice-sized job for us, and there was an issue that was extremely urgent for us to take care of immediately, but it was not their responsibility. The way they jumped through hoops and bent over backwards to make sure the issue was taken care of is not often seen anymore in companies with this level of commitment. To say I highly recommend them is an understatement. I can't thank them enough.

We cannot say enough good things about clean air. It seems our whole neighborhood uses them, not only for their fabulous prices, but the service and competence of their technicians. Mitchell does our service and he is excellent, and we recently had a new heat pump installed and the two techs we incredibly polite and respectful. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

Scott saved the day… again! This winter he fixed my furnace. He just fixed my AC after it stopped working on an especially hot day. He is knowledgeable, fair, and reliable. Highly recommend.

Scott was responsive, timely, honest, and professional. He made sure the job was done correctly and walked me through each step. I had a much better experience with them than with the big company I had used previously. I will definitely use them again!

Scott literally rescued my 95 yr old mother when her heat went down on 30 degree weather. We thought the unit was gone. A big name competitor came over with a high pressure sales pitch with no info on the unit they were gonna put in, I called Scott who came over and knew right what to do to repair the existing unit and we avoided getting played by the big boys!!...,thanks Scott. You’ll be servicing the AC unit in a few months!!

I called on a freezing day when my heat broke. Most places I called couldn't fit me in that day. Scott came over as quickly as he could and got my heat working immediately. Future Tech is awesome company and their prices are great. I'm referring all my friends to them.

This is the second time working with Future Tech Heating and Cooling. Both repairs were completed with honesty and competence. I called them in the busiest time of year (Memorial Day Weekend), and they were still willing to work overtime to respond. Instead of a installing a new compressor, a costly repair which I thought was the problem, the tech explained the real culprit (see attached picture) was simple low cost capacitor saving me over a $1000!
A dishonest tech would have just installed a new compressor as I was prepared to do. Future Tech then called me 2 days after the repair to ensure my system was still running strong.

If you have the opportunity to work with Future Tech consider yourself lucky. You should be assured that you are getting an honest truthful assessment of your HVAC problems.

Scott and the Future Tech team were professional and prompt in their completion of AC repairs. He was honest about parts and costs amidst a supply shortage which has been impacting the industry. I highly recommend them.

Scott installed the heat in air in my cape cod. I thought I would still need to supliment the upstairs with window air conditioners due to the roof heat. When Scott finished the upstairs was as cool as the downstairs. His knowledge of heating and cooling systems and how to PROPERLY run air ducts and return ducts are the very best bar none. I could not be happier with the work he has done. I highly recommend Scott for any job.

Scott Mentzer was very courteous, wore his mask at all times and replaced a fan and motor on my furnace. He didn't have the compatible fan for my unit but worked diligently to sauder my fan with the replacement motor to ensure that I would have heat before he left my house. His fees were fair and affordable and I highly recommend anyone to call Future Tech Heating & Cooling when you need a fair and honest company to serve your HVAC needs!

Update 2022: I recently had to call FutureTech after my Central Air suddenly stopped working. 3 years later they still set the standard for quality, knowledge and affordability in my eyes. The entire team from the young lady I spoke on the phone with to the technician, Scott, that came out and serviced my machine were nothing but polite, responsive and helpful with any questions I had throughout the entire process. They are the only company I will use or recommend for anything HVAC related.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Future Tech. They are very professional, courteous and knowledgable with everything they do. From the time I first called and scheduled an appointment til they completed the job I felt like I was in good hands and they had my best interest in mind. Will be using them for any and all HVAC issues I encounter.

Our Boiler stopped working one Saturday morning. I called them and Scott came over to take a look at what was the issue. He was patient as we explained what was going on and comprehensive in figuring out what the issue was. He stayed longer to test out all the possible reasons our boiler stopped working. After leaving Scott follow-up the day after to make sure everything was still working. Highly recommend this small business for all your heating needs.

Our heater stopped working on a Saturday afternoon and we called Future Tech (Scotty Menser) that evening. He responded right away. We are so lucky to have found him via his positive Google reviews. He’s very kind and explained everything that was going on. Expected to have to pay a lot for Saturday night service, but it was very reasonable. We will definitely come back to Scotty in the future.
