An old furnace in a rental home was not working. I was very concerned it would need to be replaced. Scott fit me in after a phone call and immediately started work on the furnace. It was unclear what was wrong and he communicated every step of the way. He was able to put my mind at ease and fix the issue. While I hope I don’t have another issues, if I do Scott will be my first phone call. He’s great!

I could not be happier with the service provided by Scott. Not only did he take the time to come to my parents house to fix their AC unit but was also willing to come to my home to fix both of our units. He was kind, personable and friendly. Prices were great also. I will recommend his company to anyone needing help.

Scott came to our rescue when our heat stopped working one frigid Saturday morning back in January. We gave him a call first since he serviced our HVAC before and left a voicemail. Scott replied after being busy with other clients that morning and said he would be available at 2pm. He got to our house right on time. He guided me through the usual diagnostic tests. It turned out the problem was our gas valve leading to our heat system. Luckily for us, he had the part in his truck and fixed everything within 2 hours while providing a non-patronizing education about HVACs. Thanks for being our HVAC guy, Scott!

Future Tech is a vanishing breed of service contractor. They do excellent work, at a reasonable price and do not just want to sell you a new system. I could not be happier with them.

The long and short of it is that Scott was extremely responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, educational, and courteous/friendly. He worked tirelessly to fix our heater and gave pointers and information along the way as I asked. Anytime we, or anyone we know in the area, has an issue we can't work out - we will call Scott & Future Tech.

My previous HVAC servicer, Perry Hall Heating, told me that the leaking evaporator on my A/C air handler could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. I found Scott at Future Tech while collecting quotes to replace the system. While other HVAC companies provided quotes ranging from $6-$10K, Scott detailed all the pros and cons of various brands and was the only one that also informed me the system could be repaired (for ~$800). I immediately recognized that Scott is a rare find - a contractor that is honest, hard working and knowledgable about his craft, while at the same time very reasonably priced. He has truly earned my business and I feel fortunate to be his customer. Highly recommended!

I’m so happy to have gave Scott a call! I recently purchased a home and noticed within a few days my furnace wasn’t working. I had another company come out hoping for a repair. They showed up quick but insisted the furnace would be worthless to fix and sent out a tech to quote me for a new hvac system. It seemed a bit pushy with their sales tactics so I went with my gut to push for a second opinion (hvac systems aren’t cheap) and found this local family business to step in. Scott responded quickly to my inquiry and was very thorough over the phone to figure out what we needed before coming out to be able to give us the best numbers for a system replacement. Even at that point, the numbers he quoted were significantly less than what we were told at first.

He came out and checked the furnace and to our surprise, told us it is still in good shape. Our system isn’t that old and just needed some maintenance down the road. He answered all of our questions and was very honest with the situation stating the original company we called is known for being pushy and costing people thousands of dollars for things that could be simple to fix. Scott just wanted my family to be warm and safe in the most efficient way. I could’ve hugged him knowing how much he saved us after our home purchase.

Fantastic HVAC service!!! Our A/C broke on the second 90 degree day of the year - not good, especially when we were working from home. Scott with Future Tech was immediately responsive, and came to our house within hours. His same-day service was a relief! He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the needed part on his well-stocked truck, and had us cooling down that same afternoon. The price was very reasonable, too. Would give them TEN STARS if I could, and will absolutely be calling Future Tech for any HVAC needs.

We needed emergency service as our family was coming into town. We called in the morning and Scott arrived around 2pm that afternoon. It's apparent that Scott is dedicated to his work and he values creating a positive customer experience. 10/10... our air is nice and cold now. Thank you, Scott!

I had an A/C emergency on a hot Friday morning. And yet Scott called me back within an hour and came out early that afternoon. He very quickly (and accurately) diagnosed the problem and advised me not only of all my options, but what made the most sense. He saved me money, fixed the problem quickly, and was very professional. A better experience than I had dared hope in an emergency, I'll definitely be using Future Tech again in the future if the need arises.

We phoned on a Sunday morning and the house was cool again in less than three hours. We were amazed at such a quick response. Scott is great at his work and has a wonderful personality - plus he's pup-friendly! I wholeheartedly recommend Future Tech!

Scott was able to come and fix my A/C in a timely, professional manner. He took all the current Covid precautions which I appreciated. He diagnosed my A/C's problem and took time to explain his findings and my options in a clear way. His prices are very reasonable and I'm so glad I called him and not one of the large companies who's main goal is to get the most money they can get from you. He performed the service and made sure my A/C was performing to his satisfaction before leaving. Future Tech Heating & Cooling is the best in the area! My HVAC recently had a faulty condenser capacitor, preventing the unit from running on the hottest day of the summer. I called Future Tech and Scott came out same day and got my HVAC back up and running. Scott goes above and beyond for his clients and his prices are more than fair. I will always call Future Tech for any HVAC needs!

Great guy, great service! I called Scott Saturday morning, but he wasn't able to respond until the afternoon because he was on another call. However, when he did respond, he said he could still come out to evaluate the situation even though another company came and told us what was wrong. When Scott stopped by, he checked everything thoroughly, confirmed the problem, and did his best to find a replacement part as soon as possible. He wasn't able to get the heat working on Saturday, but he went to pick up the part on Sunday and had it installed the same day. Scott was very responsive and kept us updated on the search for the part. He is also reasonably priced. I will definitely use his services again.

Let me tell you how Future Tech Heating and Cooling came to my Rescue. I woke up to a house 55° called future tech heating and they were there withn the hour, fixed my unit under a $100. NOT CHARGE ME A $150 SERVICE FEE TO JUST COME TO MY HOME Thank you so much for being personable and honest.

Our A/C was blowing hot air just as the first major heating spell was approaching. We called the company that typically services our A/C (yes, this wasn't the first or second or third time our A/C had stopped working in the two years we've owned our home) and they didn't call or text us back. Since we couldn't wait around too long my wife gave Future Tech a call based on recommendations she found on Nextdoor.

Scott and his crew came out right away and assessed our situation. They said we would need a new system. They quoted us for a new Bosch system that had both A/C and a heat pump. While originally seeming a bit pricey, the unit came with a $2,000 rebate and $2,000 tax credit. We accepted the offer and were scheduled to have it installed the next week.

A few days later Scott called and told us he had convinced another couple that had a system that was currently working (they were looking to upgrade) to allow us to go first since we had young kids and no air. They agreed and our A/C install happened much sooner than it was initially scheduled. That NEVER happens!

The duct work and A/C install was completed in a day. Around 7 at night, when everything was done, Scott took me out and showed me the system and explained what he did, what I need to know and what I should keep an eye on with it. After that we talked about the Eagles and Ravens. Then we shook hands and he headed home.

Since the install, I have noticed a huge difference in the amount the A/C runs (our old system seemed to be constantly going) and how cool our house stays. On top of that, despite keeping the house three to four degrees cooler than we did with our old system, our electric bills have been much lower than with our old unit.

My family and I could not be happier with the work that Scott and Future Tech Heating & Cooling did on our home.
