Lenny and Elite Air Solutions are by far the best company I have ever done business with. Extremely honest. He has tremendous pride in the work his company and his employees do which is very rare these days. He’s figured out and fixed the system in my home which was a nightmare and three previous companies couldn’t, installed a system in my fathers garage, helped out my grandparents in an emergency immediately when BGE home said they could come out to look in 3 days, and most recently put a mini split in my shop. I will only use and recommend these guys for as long as they are around and I suggest you do the same. I’ve dealt with my fair share of contractors and I’m rarely even remotely satisfied with the work that is done. If you’re going to pay someone to do HVAC work don’t look anywhere else. You won’t regret it.

After being told I need a whole new AC unit from another company, I called Elite Air Solutions who came highly recommended by my coworker. I am beyond happy and so glad I called Elite. Lenny couldn't have been more accomidating with my work schedule and the gentlemen who came on the date set called to let me know they were 30 mins away and they arrived on time. Low and behold, I don't need a new unit nor did they try to talk me into needless other repairs. 100% honest !!

Very responsive and helpful. We recently moved into our home and Elite has provided us advice about our systems and upkeep without charge (as I was uncertain about the types of systems we had). We look forward to having them come out to do our AC maintenance this spring.

The complete HVAC installation was completed in 8 hours. The installers were efficient, knowledgeable and provided updates and detailed information during the installation.
They also thoroughly cleaned the impacted areas and removed all remaining parts of the original heating and ac. Joe, the lead installer and Lenny, the owner of Elite, both provided answers and information during and after work was completed. I would recommend Elite to anyone in need of HVAC repairs or replacement.

Having used Elite Air for over 4 years on over 100 units that I manage, I can say that his customer care and responsiveness is the best I've had with any trade that I've dealt with. He is honest about what we really need for our HVAC systems whether its just a small repair or a system replacement. I plan on using him for many years to come.

I arrived home the night before an impending tropical storm to find my air conditioner not working properly. Elite Air Solutions had a technician at my home early the next morning. They were very professional and friendly. Victor didn't mind me asking a bunch of questions and was happy to help me learn a bit more about my own HVAC system. The price was great, and as proof that they go above and beyond with the details, they even put on shoe covers without me asking. Elite Air Solutions has been our HVAC company for a little over a year, after being recommended to us by a trusted consultant. We have found them to be extremely competent, efficient, professional/courteous and responsive. Prices are comparable to others we have worked with but quality, professionalism and responsiveness are superior.

This company was there for me when I got stood up by another one!! The owner, Lenny, took my call and knew the time crunch I was in and put in all the effort to ensure we were taken care of. I was selling my house and had to have a heat pack installed as well as new thermostat in the middle of the busy summer season. I felt like a priority and he eased my stress that things will be done on time and delivered! He also took calls from the very anxious buyers agent and coordinated with my electrition to make sure that there was no delays!!! When I got the bill I could not believe how cheap it was. I would reccomend this company a million times over. The work looked great, worked great, and they cleaned up when done!!! Thank you Lenny and Victor for getting me to settlement!!!

After the work was completed, I was contacted by the owner making sure things were still working properly. I have have called during a heat wave and they sent a technician out the same day.
