Perry Hall saved me at least $1750, and possibly up to $21,000. I started with another, bigger company. The other company quoted me almost $2000 to replace the broken part, then tried to pressure me into buying a completely new system. After asking around for a 2nd opinion Perry Hall was recommended. Their techs said my system was fine other than the broken part, which was under warranty, so I'd only need to pay for labor. Things are working great now, and Perry Hall's integrity kept my wallet from being much, much lighter.

Our hvac was leaking water, and the internal system was frozen. Elder and team came within a few hours and fixed it. They also cleaned the outside unit and leveled it. Amazing service and I will most definitely use them again.

Installed my unit at an “ok” price. Very nice team and worked fast. However they did not give me a receipt. I been asking for about 2 weeks now. This makes me wonder about the “5 year warranty” on parts and “1 year warranty” on labor I was promised.
Job isn’t complete until a receipt is given.

ES HVAC was wonderful! Gave me a next-day appointment, arrived actually a little early (which was GREAT), quickly diagnosed the problem, and were back with the part to fix the furnace within 2 hours. The repair people were professional, friendly, and skilled. I would hire ES HVAC again in a heartbeat!

Elder and the whole team were professional, considerate and thorough. They came back on Saturday to complete the job, which was much appreciated. They even came back the following Monday to address a specific concern we had. Overall great job, and we would highly recommend their services!

He communicated well with what was going on and addressed it right away and provided detailed photos/video. Will hire again.

I got my split unit installed by these guys and they did an amazing job. Elder Soto helped me through the process of picking out a split unit for my attic that I liked and their prices are much more affordable compared to other companies that I reached out to. Even when the unit started to leak a bit, I texted them late in the afternoon and they responded so fast. They had an extremely busy day the next morning but still managed to squeeze me in and fixed the issue within the hour. The team works extremely hard and efficiently. I will be definitely reaching out to them for future needs and you should too!

I never like to write negative reviews on any company however, this company has been unprofessional and unresponsive. If you are lucky enough to reach them for their services beware because they will take your money and that maybe the last time you hear from someone.
