When we bought our house 5 years ago, the heating and cooling system were more than 15 years old. They still work but not very efficient that we had to buy extra fans and one window ac. just to keep us comfortable but sometimes they were not enough and our monthly bills would be up in $250+ on our 1300 sf cape cod. Expecting another hot summer we finally decided to replaced our system early this year and Perry Hall heating and ac are highly recommended by my clients. Glad we made that decision and went with them. They are on time, very polite and professional. They cleaned the area, wore masks and shoe covers. Our house is now more comfortable and the best thing is monthly bills down to $110-130. Highly recommended.

I have been dealing with Perry Hall Heating and Air for decades. They have always been way more than fair, great techs, just a good honest business IMHO. Hard to find in this day and age.

Good honest company, my family has been using them for years so when it came time to replace my whole system, I knew who to call! Every member of their staff that I interacted with was courteous and professional. They did a great job on installation and showed me how it all works. I am very happy with their service and would recommend anyone use them for HVAC needs.

This is the absolute best company for hvac! No pressure, honest, great prices and employees that care. Jake and Cam did an amazing job on install and were so friendly, knowledgeable and focused on doing everything right. Exceeded our expectations!

I've been a customer of this company for almost ten years and have always been very pleased with the efficiency and quality of their work. Customer service at their office is always excellent. Today Shawn came out for my spring check of a/c unit and he was by far the best technician! Very thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I will be requesting Shawn for my fall check!

If you need a new system, or fix your current system look no farther than Perry Hall Heating and Air Conditioning. They are not only very good at what they do, they are honest. I mistakenly called Blue Dot to address an Air Conditioning failure. Blue Dot spent a total of 15 minutes on site, and told me a I needed a new compressor. I called Perry Hall and they did a thorough inspection and found an electric fault, fixed it, and didn’t charge me. All this in the middle of a heat wave. I have a maintenance contract with them and won’t go anywhere else.

Perry Hall was awesome to work with on our HVAC. They were responsive and professional with good prices. We had a couple other quotes and service from other companies and Perry Hall was way better in terms of price, quality and trustworthiness.

My family and myself have used this company now a couple of times and this last time, in my home, we lost AC at of course, a very bad time. Perry Hall was very easy to work with. They came out super fast. Diagnosed the problem. Then they were able to install an entirely new AC and heating system faster and more affordable than all of the other companies we spoke to. Not only that but they had the best price on a new Carrier Setup and they did an awesome job installing it and going over everything with us.
You can't go wrong with Perry Hall heating and Air if you are in a bind or looking for help with your heating and air.
I would like to thank Rob Baker and everyone at Perry Hall for getting the job done for us just in time for the hot summer. Really bailed us out ;)

Bravo to Dan who fixed my furnace and completed routine maintenance. He was very knowledgeable, worked non-stop, explained the problem and how he fixed it so I would have heat. Dan was very courteous and doubled checked that the basement lights were turned off and the thermostat was set properly. Great job, Dan!!!

We have been with Perry Hall Heating and Air Conditioning for a few months now and they have done an excellent job. Their technicians are professional, prompt and polite. Most importantly they are honest. We got a $4000 estimate from another company. We called Perry Hall who carefully diagnosed the issue and discovered the issue that cost about $300 to fix…so glad we called. FYI It’s one year later, the repairs are holding up fine and I would still recommend Perry Hall Heating and Air Conditioning.

Perry Hall Heating & Air is an outstanding company to deal with. They came highly recommended to us and did not disappoint. We needed a HVAC system and the man who came out explained all the possible options, let us ask question, explained possible tax breaks that would come with it and they were very reasonable. They came on time completed the task and even returned to replace a defective pan as soon as we asked them to see if there was an issue. I am highly recommended to others

I was really pleased with the installation of a new furnace/AC. Great price (I'd gotten 3 estimates), detailed contract, timely service and finished when they said they would.

I noticed a minor cosmetic and sound issue with the return vent, called them up the next day and had the install manager, Matt, come by < 24 hours and have it repaired the same day. Much appreciated. Highly recommend installs and annual service (I've used them before to keep up a 30+ year old system before it was finally time to upgrade). Very reliable.

Perry Hall Heating and Air did a fabulous job installing a new Carrier Infinity HVAC system. Jerry Ferrara, my salesman was instrumental in tailoring a system that fit my needs. Without selling and with patience he listened. He answered all of my questions and had many suggestions of ways to save me money. After the sale, Jerry and PH was there to answer any concerns that I had.
The installer Kevin and his crew did a fabulous job as well, leaving my home neat and tidy. Every one on the install crew cared for my home as though it was their own. After the install, Kevin went over everything to be sure I understood the ins and outs of my new system. His honest concern with my understanding what I just purchased was nothing more than good old-fashioned service.
I did need a bit of tweaking after install, the folks in the office were equally kind, caring and knowledgeable. They sent out another Kevin who showed up on time and again treated my home as though it was his own.
My experience with Perry Hall was five star! I will be sure to take out a service contract with PH to ensure many years of trouble free service for our home.

Great installed gas line new hybrid system. Heat pump plus gas furnace for Real heat in winter.No more freezing with heat pumps.instaler Joe was a master fitting gas pipe,Ray master instaler and Chris all did a great job..remember buy them lunch for a job well done and get 2 yrs free servicing n maintenance

We have used Perry Hall Heating and Air for 6+ years and I credit them for keeping our 20 y/o HVAC unit going strong. That being said, we decided to replace it this past Winter. It is a big expense so we got several estimates. Perry Hall Heating and Air was several thousand dollars less than the competitors for the same name brand unit. Since we already used them for our annual service, it was a no brainer to go with them.
They replaced everything in February and it works like a charm! We were really impressed with the installation! Everything was done very professionally. All of the lines and tubes are carefully run and secured. The attention to detail is amazing! Great job! Forget the big expensive companies. Give Perry Hall Heating and Air a call!

I decided to try Perry Hall Heating for a heat pump issue. Called them in the morning and a Tech arrived the same afternoon. Woody diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and explained what would be required to fix it. All prices were up front, no surprises. 2 hours later my issue was resolved. Very, very satisfied. Thanks Woody, Jeff and the office staff at PHH&A

My initial dealing with the tech was enjoyable and pleasant. The low review comes from finding out that i paid for bi-annual maintenance service and (which i initially thought maybe I didnt have because...) I was never called to schedule any check ups. Apparently they send a nice little post card to get lost in all the trash mail to remind "you the paying customer" so that "you" have call them and schedule it. I get it, you have lots of customers, ehich honestly isn't an excuse, but it's 2025... get an AI caller to do the scheduling, at a minimum... then since I didn't use their service last year, they could forward to the next year...so they got free money from me because I failed to do their job. Very scammy business model.

We had our ancient heat pump system replaced following a lightning strike. Jerry gave great quote options that were just what we asked for, and he was quick to come out to get things started. Install went perfectly today. Professional, informative, and left no mess at all. Terrific. And great price!

PH Heating and Air is the best! They're an HONEST company... so rare in this business and I know from many past experiences with otber companies. The technicians they have are highly trained, it's obvious. A nice blend of seasoned pros and younger eager to please & "get it right" techs. Just had my semi annual checkup and James was highly efficient, extremely friendly & professional representative of the company. James is smart and possess qualities that go far beyond his years. Whoever is the hiring manager at PH knows what they are doing, they hire and train great staff. When my time comes to replace my system I won't even think twice about who to do business with, PH has kept me running where others wouldn't even try to fix/repair my system. PH is going to be our HVAC company forever!

We had our entire HVAC system replaced this past week and I was very impressed by Perry Hall HVAC. The men were extremely respectful, efficient, knew what they were doing and took good care walking in and our of our house. They started at 9am and were done replacing the entire system by 4pm. They also beat the price of other estimates we have received and were great at responding to any questions we had via phone and e-mail. Greatly appreciate their service.

UPDATE: It’s been 2 months since our HVAC was installed and last night our pump went out during a big thunder storm. We called their line at 8pm to get service and received a call by 7am the next morning to set something up. They were here by noon same day to fix the problem and it took less than 20 minutes. Our technician, Josh, was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Labor was covered under the warranty.

Excellent service- offered same day appointment. Repaired unit quickly and charged me less that I paid for the same service 10 years ago in NJ. Highly recommend.
