Called today and was told they went out of business as of February 2020.

Incomplete work, have had this company out over 5 times to correct errors from an installation in Jan of 2017. There are still issues with the installation. DO NOT USE

Steve and Jeff were very friendly. They squeezed us in and got the job completed within a day. I highly recommend them.

Everyone from the company was friendly and professional. The technician Adam was very knowledgeable and thorough. This was the best company refered to my through my home warrant.

Personally I wouldn't let this company work on a old window unit..By FAR FAR FAR the worst service I've ever dealt with..The office doesn't know what their techs are doing..dont ever contact the clients with updates..They have no patience to deal with customers on the phone COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL....I they have no business being in buisness..Cant go to a service call cause it's raining. I've never heard such nonsense...DO NOT USE....DO NOT USE..M

The technician dispatched for my repair job was very professional. He explained exactly what he was doing and gave tips on preventive maintenance. Very good client service. Would recommend and use again.

I was referred to Trinity by my home warranty company. After a nightmare situation of being referred to numerous HVAC companies and not getting call backs or getting repairmen who could not fix my unit, Trinity came through. I have a Carrier Infinity unit that is notoriously difficult to work on. Not for Trinity, they did an excellent job. Everyone at Trinity was knowledgable and very straight forward. I cannot recommend them enough.

Trinity Mechanical was referred to me through my home warranty company. Steve Jansen worked diligently with them to handle our repair in the best way possible and kept me informed. Adam, the technician who repaired our unit, was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. I recommend them and will use them again.

After a poor experience with my home warranty company, and being assigned to 2 previous contractors, I was assigned to Trinity Mechanical Services to fix my broken water heater. We have a 3-month-old baby and wanted to get this resolved fast. Steve was extremely professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. He called and kept me updated every step of the way. He went out of his way to make sure the job was completed as quickly as possible. Most importantly, he was honest with the work that needed to be performed and upfront on the pricing. The solution ended up being to replace my entire unit. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was performed and wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again if I need any work done in the future.

HVAC: Heating & Air Conditioning Services Baltimore exceeded expectations. They were obviously professionals in their area and showed a great deal of respect. They completed the task correctly the first time. I heartily endorse HVAC: Heating & Air Conditioning Services Baltimore.

This crew did a full HVAC installation for our new home. They showed up on time every day, kept the site clean, and explained each step. I never felt overwhelmed or pressured. We’ve had zero issues, and our energy bills are lower than expected. Great craftsmanship.

I’m so glad I found HVAC: Heating & Air Conditioning Services Baltimore! Their technician arrived right on schedule and fixed our heater efficiently. Great service, fair price, and friendly staff — can’t ask for more.

Fully recommend Ultra Commercial Heating And Air. Before the installation, Josh responded to all of our queries quite quickly. Josh is most definitely knowledgeable and self-assured. Day of installation proceeded without a hitch. Josh and his team member were cordial, courteous, and left the workstation spotless. We are quite happy with the new system; it appears to be very well-done.

We bought an entire Carrier A/C and heating system in May 2018. That included an outside condenser unit, an inside air exchange unit (for gas heat and A/C) a thermostat and a new humidifier. We have had approx. 9 service calls since it was installed!
Apparently our Carrier Unit is very high tech but is also very finicky needing constant attention from trained service professionals. Sadly, even though the service people sent out to maintain and repair a brand new unit were very polite and friendly, they NEVER fixed our unit on the first try. That included the installation that left the entire 1st floor vibrating whenever the A/C went on. There were several other issues in our first 2 years, including but not limited to needing a new replacement control panel, recalibration in the gas flow and fixing the brand new humidifier that stopped working? The repair of the thermostat took a total of 3 service calls to finally get it right.
Below is a picture of how Perry Hall's tech left the drainage system on the humidifier. Cleaning up the ensuing (small)flood was on me.
No recommendations for this company. -
Furnace stopped working...cold morning. Called Perry Hall Heating & Air and within a few hours, Service Techs Brett & Kevin arrived. They found the problem quickly, had the part available and our heat is on!!! Thank you Brett and Kevin for being so professional and knowledgeable. You are an asset to your profession. Thank you Perry Hall Heating & Air for employing such great technicians!!

Excellent service and prices. They were able to accommodate our central AC problem that day --which was very important when the temperature was above 90 degrees with high humidity. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous; he even helped us learn how to prevent the same and other problems from happening in the future.
This is only the second time in 16 years we have used Perry Hall Heating! Their work is excellent and lasts. We will use them every time! -
PHH&A installed a mini-split AC system in my home this past March (2023). Rob, the sales rep, was very responsive and helpful. I got at least 3 estimates and Perry Hall was by far the least expensive, about 1/3 less than the others. It's July now and I've used the system many times. It cools quickly and efficiently.
Earlier this month I had an electrical problem at my house and they quickly sent someone out to make sure the system was not the source of the problem (it was a BGE issue). I highly recommend them. -
Perry Hall is an excellent company. After trying out 2 other companies who misdiagnosed my HVAC issues, Perry Hall accurately identified the issue and provided fair and honest guidance about how to fix it. Ended up replacing the whole system and they made the entire process so smooth. The installation was efficient and very well done. Highly recommend.

We are multiple times returning customers of Perry Hall Heating and AC. We first experienced their professional service when our very old pair of HVAC's stopped working, both were emergencies - one during the peak of summer and the other during the dead of winter. They came right away and fixed our HVAC's so that we can continue using them. Last year, we requested for a quote to replace both systems. Rob came right away and provided us the estimate but we realized we were not financially ready yet. This year, we decided to proceed so we called again. Rob gave us the adjusted quote and we compared it with two other companies. Perry Hall Heating and AC's quote was the most reasonable. From arranging the installation with Kathy to the actual installation with Kevin, Matt and AJ - the whole process was a breeze. They were responsive, efficient and professional. We highly recommend their services - both for repairing and for installations. Thank you, Perry Hall Heating and AC!

Repair technicians showed up promptly and fixed my furnace quickly. They were helpful and honest. My wife even commented on how they were respectful to her and involved her in the conversations. I would highly recommend.
