Sergio and Pacco were great at installing my new dishwasher. They were friendly, quick, efficient, explained what they did, and made sure the dishwasher was fully working before they left. Sergio even made sure everything was up to code. I had forgotten to empty the cabinet under the sink before they came, and Pacco immediately got to work emptying the space. He also asked to use a broom to clean up everything before and after completing the job. I am pleased and would highly recommend them.

Showed up at 7am without notice (I was told I'd be getting a text the day before with a time window - never got one). It was supposed to be a simple new dishwasher install but they told us we'd have to pay $200 becuase they want to install a plug and run new wiring rather than just hardwiring it the way my old dishwasher was connected. We refuse service at this point but the plumber has already connected the new hose so we can't use the old dishwasher either! Called Costco & GE customer service and both report that there should have been no extra fee or new plug required.

This company was contracted by another company I purchased an appliance from to install it. I would not recommend anyone voluntarily use them. They were not professional in communication, could not show up on time, and tried to scam me.

They texted me the day before my scheduled installation a 3 hr installation window for Friday from 12-3pm. On Friday, they no-showed me and did not call. I called after 3pm and the office had closed at 3pm. They returned my call Saturday afternoon and re-scheduled me for the following Tuesday and said I would receive a text with my 3 hr window on Monday. I did not receive any texts Monday. I called again Monday (before 3pm), but there was no answer and no return call. They called Tue afternoon and said my installation window was 330-530pm. They called back to push the window to 630pm. Installer finally called me at 615pm to say they would be 45 min late. They arrived 1H15 min later at 730. He said they would need 45 min to install the dishwasher. The installation took an 1 ½ hrs.

Most concerning, they told me they could not install the power because it was hardwired and they would need to charge me an extra $200 to install a power outlet. I told them to install everything except the power and I would complete that myself (3 wires on the dishwasher to my existing wiring). They got to the end with the power and just said they would go ahead and hardwire it. This type of attempted scam is highly unprofessional.

Luis and Manuel from Pro Home Improvement couldn’t have been more helpful. When I was in desperate need to get a water line and valve set up in my kitchen before my new refrigerator came they were able to come out the next day and do the install the same day. They were professional, quick and above all nice as can be. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them first with any appliance issues moving forward.

Thank goodness I read the previous reviews. They also tried to charge me an extra $250 for an outlet but as soon as I said I would call Home Depot to clarify if this was included in the cost I already paid for installation, they said "Oh, its ok we will find another way to do it!". So SHADY. But it seems that this is the company Home Depot selects in my area for installation, so I would blame them as well. They should do a better job at vetting.

I am giving an extra star because they did seem to do a good job of installing and were friendly and relatively on time. I wonder if the $250 scam is a company thing since many other reviewers have experienced it.

Will and one other guy came to install a dishwasher that Home Depot delivered. They worked quickly and patiently answered all my questions. They wouldn't hardwire my dishwasher like how it was before and quoted me ~$260 to install an outlet per code. I got it done cheaper by another contractor I was already working with but I still appreciated Will's insight into why it was important to update it.

Luis at Pro Home Improvement did a gread job installing my dishwasher panel. He was clean with his work, quick, and a very nice person. He was honest, and knowledgeable, and walked me through and solved some issues, just did a good job explaining them very well. Too bad Pro Home Improvement only works installs or I'd seek his plumbing services for other work as well.

Pacco and Sergio arrived within the promised three hour time window and successfully installed our new oven and dishwasher that was delivered by Home Depot yesterday. They did not run into any issues with the oven but did with needing to update the electrical connection for the dishwasher from a direct connect to an outlet. They installed a new outlet without any troubles; very professional. Thanks guys, greatly appreciated!

PLEASE READ: I had a similar experience as another reviewer. I purchased a dishwasher from home depot and paid the extra $219 for installation and removal of the old appliance. They scheduled as advertised and arrived on time. The installer walked in looked under the sink and said he could not install the appliance because it was the wrong kind of valve. He then informed me he could replace the valve while he was there for an additional $200. I told him that I already paid for installation and he said this was different. I sent him away and told him I would contact Home Depot. Quite honestly it felt like I was being hoodwinked. So I watched a 20 minute youtube video and was able to do the installation myself. No extra parts, no valve replacement in about an hour. By the way I have a relatively new home built 7 years ago. The valve was a push pull valve as mentioned in another one of the reviews I read here. When I went to Home Depot and explained to them what had happened with their vendor and get my installation fee back, they seemed to know that it was an issue with Ryan Homes. They also seemed to know that the plumbers would not work on it if it wasn't "code". I asked them if it was the same "code" they the builders had to use in construction of a new home but they didn't have an answer. I told them they should inform their customers so there would be no surprises or they could get their own vendor to replace the valve in advance. They gave me some excuse about them using nationwide forms... uh huh which means we don't want to have a customer walk away from a new appliance. It seems like a lot of bad business practices all leaving the customer holding the smelly end of the stick. BEWARE.

I just recently had an excellent service call by Pacco and Sergio for the install of a dishwasher I had bought through Home Depot online. They called me ahead of time, showed up as scheduled, were friendly, efficient, and left the work area clean. Taking time off from work to have a defective appliance replaced is seldom a pleasurable experience, but these guys were very professional and didn't waste any time going to work. I hope someone at Pro Home Improvement reads this, because next time I need an install, I hope I can request Pacco and Sergio specifically!

Pacco and Sergio installed our new Bosch dishwasher purchased at Home Depot. Due to some cancellations, they were able to come over earlier. In addition, they were able to install a new dedicated dishwasher receptacle and replace the dishwasher line’s isolation valve. They explained the install process beforehand and answered all my questions during the whole process. We are very pleased with their work

I recently had Pro Home Improvement install a dishwasher and their service was fantastic. When I called to schedule the installation they were very helpful, responded quickly, and addressed all of my needs. The team (Alfredo and Wilfredo) showed up exactly on time, were incredibly polite, worked very fast, did a great installation, tested the dishwasher to make sure everything worked and there weren't any leaks, took extra effort to cleanup and make sure everything was perfect, and they answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with the installation team and would reach out to them again the next time I need work done.

Alexander and his partner did a really great job installing our gas dryer. There were a couple of little challenges with the installation but they were able to resolve them easily. They cleaned all the dust and lint behind the old dryer. Hauled everything away. Were on time and very respectful. Thanks gentlemen!

I purchased a new dishwasher from HOME DEPOT, they delivered it and I paid to have an installation and removal of the old one.
Pro home improvement llc, brought the dish washer in and looked under the cabinet, immediately said they couldn't install because it had a copper pipe. They Said they needed an actual plumber to install . I thought they were plumbers??? They did call and I rescheduled the appointment. I received a text the night before that they would arrive 9 am/12pm. It's now 12:20, tried call the company and home depot to complain and have been on hold and getting the run around. I scheduled this appointment on a Saturday, because of my work schedule. So ...day off, no show, was charged for the install and removal. My new dishwasher sits in my dining room waiting for an install. Very aggravating....
All the reviews are horrible about this company, and they seem to want to charge extra for unnecessary work. I'm just irritated with PRO HOME IMPROVEMENT LLC and HOME DEPOT. How could they use this 3rd rate company to install. They are ruining thier reputation...I will NEVER buy another thing from HOME DEPOT....
    SAD 😔 SO SAD.....
    I want a refund!!! Asap

I would leave a 0 if I can. The staff called Alexander came to install my dishwasher on September 27, 2023. I told him to be careful because the range is close and the dishwasher needs to be a little deep so that the range door can be opened. He was very impatient when I told him and said he knew. When he left swiftly, I found the range door can’t be open. I called him and he said he would come back later to fix it. I push aside everything else and waited for him, but he never showed up. I called, texted but couldn’t reach him. What kind of service is this? Stay away!!!!

Just last week, my thermostat suddenly stopped working, and the technician who arrived was prompt and knowledgeable. Within 45 minutes, everything was up and running smoothly.

From the initial consultation to the final check, the team was both professional and efficient. Our new heating system works flawlessly, and the technicians even finished about 45 minutes earlier than expected. Highly recommend!

From the moment the technician arrived, I felt at ease with their expertise. They took the time to explain each step of the AC installation process, answering my questions thoroughly. The whole task was completed in just under three hours, with meticulous attention to detail. Now, my home is refreshingly cool, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the result.

Shell company! Buyer beware. Contracts work out. No customer service. Repeat phone calls from other country to collect payment without invoice for services already paid for. Do not recommend say clear!

The technicians helped us work through a very difficult configuration in our home. There are rooms that were getting very cold and others that weren’t getting cold at all before they came to make some adjustments. Highly recommended.

Excellent, professional and personable service. David was our technician. He explained what he was doing to diagnose and service our problem. After lots of grief and being ripped off by several other contractors, I'm glad we found David and Linus Heating and Air Conditioning.
