Unprofessional and rude. The people from this company dont come when they say they will. Scheduling with them is awful. Twice they said they were sending an inspector but NO ONE CAME. I called the county department to find out where the inspector was during the second appointment scheduled by TJ (who is apparently in charge of these schedulings.) The county only has 1 inspector for the area I live in and told me no one ever called them and that there was no history on my address for inspections for this year. The county was nice enough to ask the inspector to come out. ProHome also was terrible in the install. Installer couldnt find my dryer, when he was supposed to be delivering and installing! Said he was never told. So he came and stayed 2 hours past the window I was promised. Very disappointing.

Home Depot uses this company to install gas ovens & dishwashers. So i had no choice but to use the company. After the installation i was told they don’t remove or pickup there trash.. It was a huge pill left on the floor along with all the manuals... When i contacted them it was bush off and didn’t receive a follow up. I took pictures but can’t seem to post them🤦🏾‍♂️

Contracted through HomeDepot for plumbing for fridge. Set time & date but no call/ no show for appointment. This could be a sign of how their work turns out. Wouldn't recommend!

Beware of the $200+ upcharge at the end of what should be a free installation if dishwasher was purchased from Costco. THIS IS AN UPCHARGE AND NOT NEEDED. They will not communicate this to you and will try to charge at then end of the installation so you feel like you have no choice to pay it. DO NOT PAY IT. It can be completed without it.

I would give zero starts if I could!!!! Pro Home has made an appliance install the most brutal and time consuming process. For context, the process started 1/11/24 and is STILL NOT COMPLETE. Communication has been horrible, continually mislead on timelines, and blatantly ignored for things like inspection scheduling. This has been a truly awful experience with a truly awful company.
