When we decided to replace our 20+ year old system, he gave us quotes on two systems and thoroughly explained both. Then he had the new system delivered and install the following day - all in less than 24 hours!

David from Linus Heating and Air Conditioning was very helpful and patient as I asked questions. He detected immediately what was making the sound in my furnace and offered several options to deal with it. I highly recommend his services.

My a/c unit went up, I called to have someone come out for an estimate on a new system and they told me it would be 3-4 weeks before someone could get out to give an estimate!

I have been a homeowner for 30 years and have hired many service companies . I would say that BMC is awesome. They were friendly, prompt and did everything they said they would do. No negative surprises. The tech was very friendly and experienced. He saved me thousands of dollars by being honest and trustworthy . I hired BMC to get a second opinion and am glad I did. I have a new HVAC service company!

I was given an appointment quickly! My technician was on time and very professional. My techs completed my plumbing job neatly and left the area clean after leaving. I am very pleased with my service and will use this company again.

We had our hot water heater replaced. Edwin, I believe, was the name of the plumber/technician, was excellent. The crew arrived on time, worked tirelessly to complete the job and was professional and friendly. We were impressed and very satisfied with our service and would recommend BMC highly.

On Friday, June 10th, after waiting 4 days for another service provider who was also going on 2 hours late, I called BMC Services. I spoke with Michaela who was courteous and professional. She asked what issue was having and how quickly I needed someone to come out. She made sure I understood their hourly rates and that it did not include parts. I told her I needed someone out today. She asked me to hold briefly while she spoke with the scheduler and confirmed they could have someone to my home within 90 minutes.

I asked about payments they accept and if the technicians could accept those payments on-site. Michaela advised she didn't handle payments but she would check. After another brief hold she advised after service was complete they would call me for payment. BMC Ssrvices arrived to my home within 30 mjns and identified the issue as well as completed the work in less than two hours. Our AC was working like new and they told us tips to keep the system from having future problems. David and Kevin were the technicians and provided excellent service including going above and beyond to clean out the coils on our outdoor AC unit.

Later that afternoon I received a call from Ashley for the payment. I gave her my credit card info and she asked for my email address to send me a copy of the receipt. From start to finish BMC was responsive, friendly, professional and most importantly able to get the job done.

The team showed up precisely when expected, and their professionalism was evident from the start. They efficiently installed our new AC with minimal disruption, and their attention to detail was impressive. The house is now incredibly comfortable, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

The team arrived promptly and quickly assessed the issue with our vents. Their efficient repair work restored proper airflow, and everything now functions perfectly.

The tech was very thorough in his inspection and maintenance of our furnace and A/C. I was very he cleaned the system with great professionalism. I would recommend him any day and use him again. Superb!

I am extremely impressed with my decision to choose Logan Heating & Air They were a little bit more expensive but they were able to successfully fix our duct so that it was able to pass inspection which we thought was going to be impossible. I highly recommend.

They are completely disorganized and poorly run. First they got the appointment date wrong and tried to come a day early (we were out of town). Then, on the actual day, they never showed up until I called and bugged them. Once there, they were able to repair the AC quickly, so that's why I gave them 2 stars. They charged me $475 for a 30 minute repair job (no parts needed) and when I asked for a receipt, or some sort of record of what they did, they said they would email it to me when they were back in the office. I have now called them SEVEN different times to ask for an invoice or some sort of record of what they did (and why they charged me $475 for 30 minutes). They keep saying that they'll have someone call me back, or someone will send it. We still don't have it. They did send one invoice, but it wasn't for the work done at our house (it was for more than we paid, and had things on it that we hadn't had done). Overall, their customer service is terrible, and they're absolutely not worth the hassle, which is a shame, because their techs seem to know what they're doing.

During the bitter cold of winter, we found ourselves without heat. We called Logan Heating & Air and received a quick response, thorough diagnostic check and a kind, courteous and professional technician. The repair was done and he even made recommendations outside of the scope of the service call that could enhance the indoor air quality of our home and, hopefully, maximize the life expectancy of the system. I am Team Logan Heating & Air all the way.
