I purchased appliance through Home Depot. They recently switched to this company in MD, along with the delivery team. No response for almost two weeks despite the SLA being "contact customer within 24hrs of delivery." When Home Depot escalated, they said they were overwhelmed and it's easier for customers to contact them - failing to mention they don't pick up calls nor reply to webforms.

Representatives Pacco and Sergio from Pro Home Improvement were prompt and courteous. They were extremely quick and accurate with my new above range microwave. I am about to have a new oven/range installed, I am hoping that when I get this installed Pacco and Sergio are the ones who install it. If there are opportunities for career advancement within Pro Home Improvement I would highly recommend these two gentlemen.

This company contracts with Home Depot and Costco for appliance installation. Though you pay those other companies an installation fee, Pro Home LLC contractors have a scam going where they will attempt to charge you an additional $200 for appliance installation. They did it to me citing a $200 charge to replace an out of code valve. (If they did any work—it's unclear—it took them less than 5min.)

You likely won't know until after the fact that Pro Home LLC ripped you off. If you can dispute the charge the charge or cancel your check to them and reach out to Home Depot and Costco.

We recently had Reeco and Pat install a dishwasher and microwave in our kitchen. They were knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and very accommodating. We enjoyed their visit so much we were sorry to see them leave. My husband and I highly recommend them.

Alex and Mynor installed my new washer and dryer. Due to traffic they were a little late and I became cranky. They were professional and very patient. Because of them they turned my mood around. The installation of my newly purchased gas stove was a wonderful experience. Arrival time was in the limits that were noted and they did a wonderful job in securing and assuring that the installation was safely completed. Sergio and Pacco did a great job!!!!!

Hector installed my dishwasher, and provided absolutely superb service!! He was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He took his time to install, as my wood floor was built up around the opening, which made it slightly smaller than what was required for the fit. After exhausting all possibilities he offered to remove a piece of the floor in a final attempt to get the washer to fit. He removed wood floor panel very professionally, and by doing so was going way beyond the install requirements. Removing the flooring took him at least an extra 20 minutes after 9 pm at night. He also redrilled the holes for the waste pipe as the current holes were not ideal and would have led to water backflow. He did all of these extra things and went out of his way to ensure the job was done right. I commend him for his dedication and work ethic. I could not be happier with the job.

Paco and Sergio were prompt and very professional.
They were efficient and took extra care to ensure nothing was damaged while moving my range into a tight space. They even cleaned up all debris after they finished. I would highly recommend them for there exceptional service and professionalism.

Just had my oven installed by Pacco and Sergio of Pro Home. Both were friendly, efficient with the installation and very respectful of my home. It is nice that they call ahead to make sure I am home, and to let me know they are on the way. Overall very easy to work with the installers and the company, highly recommended!

Pacco and Sergio were super patient when our new dishwasher did not fit into the space it was being installed. Despite it being the last job of the day, both Pacco and Sergio were very professional and committed to helping us figure out how best to get the dishwasher installed, regardless of how late it was getting. We were able to make some minor modifications to the space and the dishwasher was successfully installed. We appreciate their excellent customer service and will request them to come back when it’s time to have our microwave installed. Muchas gracias, Pacco y Sergio!!

Pacco and Sergio were extremely prompt, professional, and helpful with the installation of our new microwave. Shortly after Home Depot delivered the microwave to our house, Pro Home called to agree on an installation date. The day before scheduled installation they called with a 3-hour time window, then called me day-of about 20 minutes before arrival. They were right on time and the total installation took less than an hour.

Pacco and Sergio discovered minor damage to the microwave that the HD delivery folks (and my husband) missed and they were very helpful in letting me know who I should call and what I should say in order to get some compensation for it.

Not recommending this company
I am not sure why home depot even use this.First of all you never argue with the house where you are assigned to do a job.
I was very patient at first but their supervisor just switch my button.
The moment their guys come to my house.
They were arguing with me. Insisting on something but contradicts what he was saying.
“Let me do my job”.
I have to teach their so called supervisor how he will fit a metal tube for my dryer in the ceiling across my air ventilations.
Also, they said they will come back on a specific day but never call or never show up.
Then will show up without notice.
It’s good I was off.
As a woman, if I am trained to do the job
I do a better job. Just sayin’

Paco and Sergio replaced my dishwasher. They did an excellent job and were courteous, friendly, skillful and efficient--did the whole job, including installing an electrical outlet, in just over an hour. I highly recommend this company to anyone who reads this.

We had a great experience using Pro Home Improvements LLC when we needed technicians to move appliances while the kitchen floor was being replaced. The company was efficient, pleasant and easy to work with and the technicians did a great job! In the end we had only one evening without appliances!

I bought a dishwasher through Home Depot and did not realize that they sub-contract out to Pro Home Improvement for installation.
The installers arrived wreaking of cigarette smoke (which I'm allergic); and left all their trash behind for me to clean-up.

The only positive out of the installation was it was done quick, and I ran a cycle and the dishwasher works great.

I am extremely disappointed with the unethical practices of this company. They swindled us out of $250 by falsely claiming that a perfectly functional part was out of code and needed replacement. The old part was thoroughly inspected by the county inspector and deemed to be in compliance, reaffirming the unnecessary nature of the replacement suggested by the company. It's concerning to see how many other customers may have been taken advantage of in a similar manner.

I plan to inform Home Depot of the shady practices of the contracted company they use and emphasize how such behavior reflects poorly on Home Depot's reputation as a trustworthy retailer with high ethical standards.

They took the time to explain things and even helped me take the boxes downstairs to the dumpster afterwards, which was above and beyond expectations. I would absolutely hire them to perform similar work in the future. I just wish I had more cash on me, they deserved a bigger tip!

Alfredo and Wilfredo came to my home and were very kind and professional. I needed a new oven installed. I am renting an older home that I don’t know much about. They were very kind and removed the old stove, only to realize that the gas bulb was old and worn out. They told me it would need replacing and that there were certified to do so. Which they did, they replaced the old pipes and gas bulb. They also notices that there where cracks in the wall behind the stove and patched that up so that the new stove would make inspection. (They cracks in the wall had already been there prior to their arrival.) they stayed and made sure everything g worked properly and that I was satisfied with the installation . They were very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable about everything!
