I called Metro Mechanical Services for them to look at my mother heating the other day. It was going to be getting cold my mother is one of those types is always cold and she is older. I talked to Eric he said he was pretty booked up for the day if he could come tomorrow. I asked if he could possible come today he said he would look at before he goes home. It would be later and he would call before he comes. He called about 7:00 and said he was about half hour away, I told him I would meet him there. He got there at 7:25 he looked and said the start capacitor was bad, he said he had one in the truck fixed the problem and changed filter and clean filter area said you need to change the filter more often at least one a month. Eric is very professional and looks to keep a lot of supply on his truck. I would recommend his company to anyone he saved the day. I am not sure about the price seemed to be very reasonable. All the company's I called said they couldn't get to me for like three days. Eric was the last company and would be the first from now on. Thank you so much Eric great job.

They were on time and professional. I had problems with my heating system the last few years. They were able to diagnose my heating issues and install my new system with a few day!

The Owner was very professional, showed up on time and fixed my system expeditiously. I would definitely recommend this business if you need prompt, expert HVAC service/repair/ replacement.

I contacted this company to repair my AC system. I was so thankful they were able to come out the same day, given that it was 97° out. The man who came was very kind and seemed very professional. He believed there was an issue with my thermostat and said if I purchased a new one, he would come back and install it the next day and the issue would be fixed.

I went to Home Depot and purchased the exact thermostat upon his recommendation. I called and asked for an eta and he explained that he was caught up at a job and would come in the morning. I was understanding and assured him that I would call out of work to make myself available.

In the morning, he never showed up. No text, no call. I reached out via text and phone call and got no response. I gave him plenty of time to correct his poor service before rating this company 1 star, as I am writing this review from my HOT 83° living room.

I am most upset because I turned other companies away and took myself off of the companies that I did reach out to’s waiting lists, under the impression that this company would take care of it.

I ADAMANTLY do not recommend this company. Don't be fooled by a kind personality.

Bob was beyond exceptional. He explained everything to me about my system in full detail and how it operates. He was extremely professional and patient and answered all of my questions in complete detail. I was very impressed. Highly recommended.

I called with an issue regarding our AC. I had a technician coming in two hours after the call. He had the issue fixed in a timely manner. He was even able to answer my questions and give good advise on how to help maintain our AC unit. Thank you for being so helpful and efficient. Ray’s Heating And Cooling Company worked with my schedule. They were extremely professional, from the lady in the office to Bob, the technician. Bob had a great sense of humor, was very friendly and worked quickly to get our AC broken taken care of. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC work.

Tyler showed up for his appointment early and was cheerful. He was very respectful of my property and had a professional tone and attitude. He even wore boots inside to protect the floors. He expertly handled the necessary AC maintenance while pleasantly and fully responding to all of my inquiries. He didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary things, in contrast to other service providers I've used. Ray’s Heating And Cooling Company was suggested to me by a friend, and after today's experience, I want to keep doing business with them.

I thoroughly recommend this company.Prompt and professional they explained every step (and likely cost) in evaluating and repairing my system.They found and repaired the leak that was ever present in my system since its original installation three years ago. The original installer had recharged the refrigerant, but failed to remediate the leak, and 18 months later it it was empty again.

We have used total home comfort for a couple years now. They’ve done everything from repairs, to annual maintenance, to most recently a full system replacement, to include a blue light filter. Bryan and his crews are always very quick to respond. They’re knowledgeable, honest, not pushy, and fairly priced. I would recommend him without any concern! Thank you total home comfort!
