I had Gerson Laboriel as my tech earlier in the week and he pointed out some issues that may need attention. After doing research I determined that the problems did need to be addressed. As I was so pleased with his work on the first job I requested that he be assigned to the second. More than pleased with his work on both jobs. Gerson is very knowledgeable about his job and his professionalism and cheerful demeanor made it a pleasure to work with. In fact, everybody I spoke with from Michael & Son was cheerful and outgoing. They asked the right questions to insure all bases were covered before scheduling appointments. All appointments were confirmed and updated. I was kept up to date during each step from dispatch to arrival to completion. Would definitely use again if necessary.

Juan from Michael & Son Services was excellent. He arrived on time, was professional, and immediately helped assess a flooded basement situation. Juan clearly diagnosed the root cause, explained what was happening in plain language, and walked me through a step-by-step path to fix the issue properly. On a day when the low temperature this morning was something like 5°, our furnace decided to stop working. I called several other companies and couldn’t even get an appointment for today. Michael and Son was able to send Logan out. Logan found the electrical problem, after some investigation, and fixed it. He also found some other electrical issues that needed to be addressed, and he did everything he was able to do during this visit. Logan gets five stars plus from me. Excellent job! Courteous, fast service. I am one pleased customer. Kudos to Logan. He did a wonderful job!

They were quick to send someone out after we called about frozen pipes. Our plumber, Juan, was helpful, efficient, and thorough. He ended up needing to remove some drywall to get to the pipes and did his best to keep the dust and mess to a minimum which was much appreciated. I would definitely reach out to them again if we had another issue.

Jesse was fantastic from start to finish. He arrived promptly, was polite and respectful of our property, and immediately diagnosed the issue. John was very knowledgeable about his job. He inspected the pipes that needed attention and also checked the meter outside to confirm that was the problem, after the county stated it wasn't. The county had to come back and fix the issue. Thank you for a job well done and your honesty. Very nice young man!

The Technician, Mike B. repaired a small leak due to screws that somehow got loose. They installed a new garbage disposal a little over 1 year ago. I was concerned they might charge me for repair. Mike was on time, called when on the way, was knowledgeable, professional, and didn't charge us anything for the repair. Glad we had them do original replacement of unit. Would recommend them.

Had a burst bathroom sink pipe after cold weather. The technician, Junior, was professional and polite, and diagnosed the issue and gave a quote before starting the work. I was very satisfied with the work and tips for keeping my pipes/water from freezing during the extreme temps. I paid a little more since it was an emergency call, and the technician was able to come on the same day, but it was worth it to have piece of mind as the temps continue to drop. I also appreciated the detailed invoice and before & after pictures documenting the repair.

My first experience with Michael and Son left me truly pleased. The technician was respectful and professional throughout, making me feel comfortable. David was fantastic in diagnosing and fixing the problems with my light switch and outlet, which needed replacing. I'm looking forward to sharing another positive review once everything is fully taken care of. It’s great to see such dedicated service!

Reed was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed our issue, restored our heat and did a thorough clean up. Very pleased.
Initially Michaels sent an hvac tech rather than electrician as i requested . This delayed our repair for 24 plus hrs and we went without heat during that time!! That was the downside to our experience!

We had an issue with our hot water heater. We would have hot water for 5-7 minutes. He came out on a Saturday evening. He was thorough and had it fixed in a timely manner. So grateful and pleased.

I was so nervous about calling a plumber and getting cheated but Gerson was extremely knowledgeable. He put my nerves at ease and fixed the issue within an hour.
