Jon and Tye were exceptional. Price was fantastic, customer service was exceptional, and installation was smooth and quick. They went above and beyond in their communication and never lost their professionalism through answering our many questions and the requested revisions of the contract. Would highly recommend them and will use them again for any future services.

I’ve known John since I was a little kid. He always tried to be the best it could be and I see that translated into his business. His service was great honest and I appreciate them very much.

I would recommend them highly! I first called them due to my original a/c system was on its way out. We were trying to nurse it along to last through this summer. Their tech Perry came out 3 times in one month....once on his way home after 6pm! Gave us ideas to try to extend the life of the unit. It finally died last Thursday. Called Jonathan in the afternoon, he worked up a quote within a few hours, he ordered the new unit and it was installed first thing this morning! They are friendly, extremely accessible and honest. They were here when they said they'd be, Monty and Josh were great! This is the company to call for HVAC services.

Cozy installed a mini-split heat pump for me. I was extremely happy with their work. They charged a fair price, showed up when they said they would, installed the unit without incident and cleaned up after themselves. They were also very friendly and courteous. I am a completely satisfied customer.

I needed help with a thermostat issue at my elderly parents house and they came out the same day without any issues and went above and beyond to make sure my mom’s heat will be working for her. I truly would recommend Jon and his guys for any hvac needs .

Jon was great! He quickly responded to a Friday afternoon call and was able to get me going the same day. He offered to work with the AC manufacturer to get a part replaced under warranty. He explained the pricing before any work was done and in the end there were no hidden fees or add-ons. I appreciate that he walked me through the issue and took the time to explain along the way. Definitely recommend!

These guys are great! The ductless unit I have needed a repair, that they were able to do on the spot, to get it through the winter. Fortunately for me the repair was the result a manufacture defect! I was sent a whole new unit which Jon just finished installing. He worked hard, had no hidden haggling prices, and was very professional. Most importantly the unit works great and looks amazing. I highly recommend them if you want to be able to have someone work for you where you know the people!

The team at Cozy Heating were very knowledgeable about their products and great to work with; everyone was very polite and friendly. They replaced an oil boiler furnace with a gas boiler furnace and also removed the oil tank. When finished, they left our basement free of all debris - the whole area was cleaned up nicely. We had 3 estimates done, including BGE Home and Carroll Fuels, and Cozy came in about 1/3 less with the price; however, we had already discussed using their services before we received their quote.

Called Cozy based on a Google search when my usual go to had a very long Lead time. Additionally I knew I needed a hard to find coolant which my go to no longer had. Cozy not only had it, but at a reasonable price without charging an arm and a leg based on supply and demand. They came out next day, were extremely thorough, explained everything very well outlining all options and were so incredibly helpful to find the best solution. Extremely happy with them and they will now become my new go to. Both Jon and the tech were a pleasure to work with.

Jon and Ty did a fabulous job installing 2 mini split units in our home and also some baseboard heat repair. It’s very clear they’re both very knowledgeable about what they do. Ty and Jon spent plenty of time addressing my many, many questions - they know I’m very particular in ascetics of our home. We can’t recommend them enough!

I normally don't write reviews but in this instance I have to say that Cozy Heating and Cooling is a top notch company. Jon and Perry were so professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. They replaced my old air conditioning unit which I am very pleased with. They arrived on time plus when they were done they went over with me on how to operate the thermostat and how to change the filter among answering all my questions Great work guys!! Plus I got a few other estimates and they were the cheapest.
