The One Hour Heating and Cooling team spent the entire day meticulously installing our new A/C. We couldn’t be happier with the service! Absolutely amazing! Super responsive/communicative, very prompt getting us on their schedule even though we're in the middle of an intense heat wave. Technicians were extremely knowledgeable, and very kindly answered all of our questions. It took barely two days from my first phone call for: a consult/assessment to be scheduled and completed, the problem diagnosed, AND the financing sorted out. And installation of a whole new furnace-AC combo was completed basically one day after that. VERY fast and thorough. And they were completely transparent about all of the costs from the jump. Furthermore, the technicians were really sweet with our anxious dog, and were a pleasure to have in our home. The new AC is working great already. Thanks, Jimmy, Chris, and Chris!

Allen came to quote us for a replacement furnace and AC. The price seems fair (haven't received others quotes yet) and Allen was prompt and informative in describing the options for the replacement.

Tyler was a tremendous help, he completed an in depth inspection of my HVAC system identifying several areas of concern, provided a detailed explanation, and answered all of my questions.

We have a tenant who said the hvac was blowing cool air. Your technician, Brsndon told us that we need a new hvac system after first saying we need a new inducer motor that would have to be a special order and since the system was made in 2005 the manufacturer doesn't make that unit anymore and they'd have to make the part, which could be month's. As educated business people with several properties that we've bought new HVAC systems for, it did not make sense to say a manufacturer will specially make a part for us and it would take months to receive it. It's cost prohibitive to make a part for one system you no longer sell. You likely will still carry some parts for a system for X number of years. Also, when asked what the part would cost he didn't know but claimed he knows the HVAC business like the back of his hand. After a couple of minutes he said it would cost about $1500, but he reiterated it would likely take months to get it. His comments were not logical. Anyway, we said we'd do a zoom call with someone in sales since he couldn't help with the approximate cost.

Mr. Summers was excellent he showed me what my problem was. He had the parts he replaced them. He was courteous very well pleased with him.

I scheduled a consultation, I was not present at my address when they arrived . A family member of mine welcomed them in and I was surprised when I got a call back saying they wanted almost $400 for work done. I was under the impression you would review the issues and the invoice before performing work without authorization. I payed what they asked but I am very unpleased .

The technician was polite and did come out, but unfortunately the issue with the heating was not fixed. After the visit, the system stopped working again and we had to schedule another appointment. I appreciate the effort, but the problem wasn’t properly resolved.

I am a new home owner and had alot of problems with my house since I bought it 7 months ago (it’s a old house) contractors try to take advantage of you alot but I tell you what Fred is DEFINITELY not 1 of those guys he is wholesome humble and understanding and extremely good at what he does no need to look for another heating and cooling guy!!!
