Paramount was phenomenal. AC system quit working. Allan came out for a second opinion. His diagnostics were much greater than other companies in verifying the problem. Very upfront on the issue and options available. Explained what replacement would entail without the accompanying sales pitch. I requested quote and very pleased with it compared to others. Crew was on time the day scheduled. Very professional and clean install. Have had the system for about 3 months now and couldn't be happier with it. Highly recommend Paramount HVAC.

Asked Paramount out for a second opinion after another HVAC contractor convinced us we would need to replace the entire HVAC system. Alan was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the issue and helping us get the system repaired. I cannot say enough about this company. Both technicians we have worked with have been phenomenal in their service! I would definitely recommend Paramount, they are knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and just overall fantastic!

There was a fast response to our call about a broken A.C. unit on a Sunday. Alan came within a hour of our call. Alan is great! h is very professional and honest you can trust him! He had our unit back on in minutes he explained everything and this company’s prices our very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again and refer family and friends.

Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday. Paramount responded quickly and charged what we considered a pretty low emergency fee. Our technician was courteous and efficient and had our furnace working in short order. We'll definitely use Paramount again.

We ended up needing a new A/C system; their price was extremely fair, work was scheduled promptly, the equipment used for the new install was top notch and no trash was left behind. Great service, came on short notice when my heat broke in 30 degrees weather. Allen was very helpful, took the time to explain things and had everything fixed up within a day, would definitely hire them again!

Paramount is absolutely incredible. They work hard and know their stuff, they explain what they are doing, and the work they do is very clean. They installed a 3 zone ductless mini split heatpump for me in my 1950s brick townhome. The sizing, the planning, the work itself - it was all such an easy experience for me as the consumer. Paramount can do a lot more than minisplits, but this was the right answer for my needs. Disclaimer, for full disclosure of any potential biases here, Tyler at Paramount is a cousin of mine. But I know the quality of work paramount provides, relatives or not. Check them out!
