Aire-Craft has been a God send to us and our 1920s home. Starting with our ancient heating/cooling system repairs ~ to installing a New Improved system with fixes to the old duct work. Now every year they come and service with a smile 😊. A well kept secret! Honest, hard working small local company that will always be my first choice.

I needed some specialty repairs and Aire-Craft was definitely the right choice. I have a WhisperKool wine cellar cooling unit that needed servicing. These are small, tight and hard to work on so not many places do. Aire-Craft did a great job at a fair price! They even installed a service port so any future issue with low freon can be quickly and easily fixed. Top notch work!

Always Incredibly responsive & always make sure it's done right. We have used them exclusively for equipment & service for over a decade. Curt is so good at what he does & is just such a great person. They really know their craft & are diligent in troubleshooting & problem solving. They have made sense of the previously wonky systems in our older home. They are highly responsive, professional, knowledgeable & skilled, all while being reasonably priced. I am grateful every day to have found them- through the recommendation of a carpenter who is & knows the Best of the best.

I can’t say enough about the service and professionalism of everyone at Aire-Craft. When I called for service, Ruth took the time to understand my issue and promptly scheduled the service call - Cody and Jessie troubleshot the problem, explained what was going on with my unit, and how it was resolved. I have a geothermal system and it’s hard to find reliable companies to help when issues pop up - I highly recommend Aire-Craft based on my 10+ years of using them.

Once , your one of Aire-Craft customers they really start treating you like you are the only customer . Yesterday our air in the office stopped working and we gave them a call and with in 45 mins we had someone out here to help . That gave a temp fix and got us our part ordered so we can get back up and running . Best feeling is knowing that a company really cares about its customers and will come out so fast to help ! Best in the business with super fast service !

My 23 year old HVAC system suddenly stopped working 2 weeks ago. Aire-Craft was one of two companies I asked to come out and assess the viability of repairing my old system, and one of 6 companies who provided me with a proposal once it was determined that the old system was not salvageable. The Aire-Craft technicians were on time for all appointments and explained their recommendations to me clearly. They provided the most competitively priced proposal and also installed the best quality equipment (Trane, while other companies would install Goodman, Carrier, Bryant, etc.). The demolition of the old equipment and the install of the new system was completed over the course of two days. Technicians seemed to take pride in their work and the work space was cleaned up well when everything was said and done. Highly recommend the team at Aire-Craft and their work!

I used Aire-Craft to replace my HVAC system. They were one of 3 companies I had come out and give me a proposal. They not only wet above and beyond but provided literature of current tax breaks. They technicians are great and very nice and professional. Highly recommend

My history with Aire-Craft goes back at least 6 years ago whilst I managed a large complex( private residence) in Greenspring Valley. Fred and his team ALWAYS! went above and beyond. I am now living on the Eastern Shore of MD and had a few issues with my HVAC systems in the summer and more recently before Christmas. Not only did Fred & Mike make the 2 plus hour journey the resolved my issues. This kind of customer service should be applauded. Thank you all so much!!

Paramount replaced a very old A/C unit with a modern unit. 4 years later, I needed Paramount to make a repair. There was no charge for that repair. Paramount took the position that the repair should not have been necessary. I associate the words honest, reliable, and effective with Paramount Heating and A/C

Years ago we first called Paramount for an AC issue at the recommendation of a friend, and during that service call they gave us such excellent guidance on maintenance activities we could perform ourselves that when it came time for a new furnace we were happy to give our business to Paramount.

In addition to new furnace and AC install they also suggested some ductwork revisions in our basement that we agreed to, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The ductwork revisions they made improved the overall quality of our HVAC system so much we feel like we’re living in a new house! We had no idea those limited revisions could cause such an impact.

There are companies around that will try to scare you into an unnecessary upsell, but Paramount is not one of them. Paramount performs excellent work at a fair price, and they genuinely seem to care for their customers. Heck, they did our furnace install on a weekend just to get us heat sooner. We’ll continue to use and recommend Paramount for all HVAC needs.

Allan at Paramount is one in a million. His professionalism, his expertise, and his integrity are unparalleled in the HVAC industry let alone any industry. What a gem of a company with Allan at the helm. I cannot recommend him enough. He diagnosed our AC issue and fixed it ASAP. His service, his follow-up was superb.

Allan from Paramount was fantastic. Prompt service call after 5 when my furnace went out, and was back with the part next day to install. Prompt, friendly and reasonable prices. 5 star service.

I have been working with these guys for years and cannot reccomend them enough. They are competent, prompt and reasonably priced. Best of all, they are honest and have integrity. My most recent visit from them cost me nothing because they determined that problem was with capacitor they had installed which was still in its warranty period.

We have worked with Allen on multiple occasions and he is outstanding. He diagnoses the problem and helps address it right away. We have used him for both Heating and AC repairs for situations that called for immediate attention. We have always received professional service from Allen and Paramount.
