My a/c stopped working in 92 degree weather. I called tack mechanical in the morning and they had somebody sent to fix my a/c the same day about 6 hours later. He was very professional, it took him about 30 mins to find the problem and fix it. Didn't charge me for things I didn't need done, will recommend and will use tack mechanical in the future.

Tack Mechanical is great! They are fair priced, knowledgeable and make you feel like family. You can tell you aren't working with a large operation that just looks at the numbers. There is no one else i would recommend.

Five stars for Tack Mechanical! Tyler replaced the expansion tank on my water heater in 20 minutes flat -- @ $70 less than the quote I got from another highly reputable plumbing company. Their techs are licensed and insured and know their plumbing. Strongly recommend you keep Tack Mechanical's phone # on your refrigerator door and use them not only in emergencies but for plumbing upgrades, new water heaters, etc. They use a reputable supply distributor (they'll install Home Depot parts too if you want), their work is guaranteed for one year, and their prices better than BGE Home. Plus the business is local -- Dundalk based. Hurrah!

Tyler was on time and very professional. He took the time to answer all my questions. Prior to his arrival I not only got a text but a phone call as well to let me know he was on the way. Awesome company to have service my A/C. Thanks Again

Absolutely terrible to work with. Rude, unprofessional both Tyler and his wife. Do not work with these people. They're only concerned about getting paid and not the customer.

I wanted my AC removed which sounds simple but no one seemed to do it or they charged a ridiculous amount. Tack Mechanical gave me a great price and I like their straight to the point, let's do the work attitude. Much appreciated.

I believe the technicians name was Jake. He showed up ahead of schedule, which was a breath of fresh air. He quickly found the root of the problem (I had a nasty condensation leak inside.) Not only did he fix the leak, he educated me on how the drain works, and what to look out for in the future. He even instructed me on how to clean the unit in the future. I wish I had went with Tack for the install. These guys are top notch.

Well I’m a unsatisfied customer I just paid $85 for this kid to come to my home see what was wrong with my ac unit. He found the problem unit didn’t have Freon in it. So instead of investigating and finding why. He flat out tells me he is not going to put Freon or even bother to check why but wants me to replace it with a new Ac unit my wife was furious. So she called friend of hers the guy came over found the problem he replaced a coil n put Freon in it guess what no leaks. So thank u for nothing tack mechanical a complete waste of my time n money. $60 is all I paid which was less then what tack charged just to come out n look at it. I wouldn’t recommend them. Nice people but not so great service

I just love Tack Mechanical, my Ac went down at 2 Am Eastern Standard Time (EST) . All I had to do was give them a call and bam a Service Tech was right out to my house to address the issue. Talk about service ! Tack had someone to me within the hour! It doesnt get much better than a 3 Am Service call. I was up and running within the hour! Ac as cold as ice ! Highly Recommended!

Tyler, the owner himself, came to fix a project that another company botched completely. He had the opportunity to disparage the other company but he maintained a very professional demeanor and gave the other technician the benefit of the doubt. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue within an hour at a very reasonable price. I’m planning on hiring him again to put in a smart thermostat. Hire this company if you live in Baltimore or the surrounding area. I promise you won’t regret it.

I just had a new HVAC put in and I couldn’t be happier! I let Tack handle this task while I was gone at work, so communication in this transaction was key they answered all of my annoying questions and never seem bothered. The team did a great job at cleaning up after themselves and provided me with great customer service.

Tack worked with me to replace my heat pump. Ceaira helped me decide between several financing options. They were also very fast with installation which I was pleasantly surprised about. Highly recommend!

I wouldn’t even consider using anybody else after today. On a day when you couldn’t get a technician out from another company, Joe showed up ahead of schedule and was able to diagnose and repair our central air within 30 minutes. He was terrific, Tack was terrific. Would highly recommend.

Tack Mechanical is awesome, our hero's! Our A/C broke during the hottest week of the summer, right before we were leaving for vacation. They came out the same day we called. Great customer service and repairs done right. I would highly reccomend these guys!
