It is good to work with someone that has your best interests in mind. I needed a new system, in and out, He was able to find me a new outside unit that needed a tweak, address it and install a new home system for a heck of a savings compared to 'big box'. The system is performing in both, cold and hot weather and I am paying so much less to BGE that it brings me a smile to see my electric bill now-a-days. Thank You K!

Highly recommend Xzavier!! We have spent months (and $) trying to get our pool heater fixed. After multiple repairs, we were told it needed to be replaced. Finally heard of Xzavier HVAC. Kevin readily diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He saved us $4000 and now we can enjoy the last few weeks of pool season.

If you have a pool heater problem, you definitely need to call Xzavier; he knows what he is doing!

I hate giving poor reviews, and everyone that works at Xzavier HVAC is perfectly nice, it was a just a lot of work on my part to get this job done (and it's not like they have discount prices).
They don't communicate very well with customers. I had to call several times to find out that the delivery of our system was delayed, and then to schedule the service. They never reached out to me to keep me informed or to schedule the install. They showed up hours late without notice (again I had to call to figure out what was going on). After they installed the pool heat pump they couldn't get my filter re-started so I had to do it myself after they left. It was just more work than I anticipated for the price.

Kevin did an excellent job on troubleshooting my oil system he is very professional and is always willing to go the extra to show how everything is working and what needs to be done. Every time he is call out he gets the work done he is worth the wait if you want the work done right

Great people. Talk to the office staff and was given a time and they promptly arrived and answered all my questions and concerns letting me know it wasn't as bad as I thought. They did not try and sell me on a bunch of things I don't need wich is exactly what I was looking for. I'm beyond happy and would recommend this company to whoever would have HVAC issues

This company put in a air conditioning system in my home that does not provide cooling and he refuses to correct the problem and refuses to refund me my money this is ridiculousbdo not use this contract that he will be nightmare. And because his license are in York PA is very hard to try to sue him to get your money back but I am going to continue to try to get it back

This was the 1st time I was extremely frustrated with the service, I was told I was being charged for something that was covered because the tech did something else however it was put back completely and I had to pay someone to come and put back together because I was advised to not leave it like that. I usually have had decent experiences with the company. I also never received the write up to break down the issue.
