I had a very bad day and Best Mechanical made it significantly better. My heat stopped working Thursday so I called right when they were about to close. Initially, they said they had no spots available for Friday, but they would do all they can to make sure that someone came to fix my boiler, which was not working. It’s two days before a major polar vortex. I called another company to look at my boiler. This other company did come out and attempt to fix it and I was charged for the boiler being fixed, but after they left, it did not work. Best Mechanical had called me earlier to see if I needed someone to come out. I told them I didn’t because I had another company already at the house. After the company had left and the boiler didn’t work I called them and they said that there was nothing they could do. I called Best Mechanical and asked if someone can still come out. They sent someone out and fixed my boiler. I have heat again!! Not only did they fix it but they accurately found out what was wrong with it. The other company was already trying to come Monday with a part that they said was the issue when it wasn’t the issue. Cheers to Best Mechanical!! The price is a little above average but you get what you pay for. I should have gone with them from the beginning . The other company was cheaper but they charged me for not fixing my boiler. With Best Mechanical you are paying for expertise, great customer service and a job well done last minute before a major freeze.

Super knowledgeable! Actually took the time to diagnose what the problem may be over the phone and arrived only a few hours after the call. They are also extremely honest. I initially thought I would need a video camera to diagnose the issue. However, they quickly resolved the blockage and told me I didn’t need to spend unnecessary money on the camera. Unheard of!! They are also very reasonably priced. I’ve found my forever plumber! Highly recommend!

We called Drain Sights recently because they were recommended to us by our realtor. We called them for a second opinion on a drain issue in our shower. The first opinion company was not able to resolve the issue and said that repair would require tearing up our concrete floor to access the problem area! Drain Sights was able to clear up the issue in about 30 minutes. Mike, of Drain Sights, said they often are called in to address drain issues when other companies have failed.

I will subtract one star because they were not great on timely communications. They have no website (which is too bad, because I think they could get even more business if they did). But they're a small outfit, so it's understandable. I would definitely call them again if I had another drain issue.

Mike and Kevin were on time and diagnosed a severely blocked drain in our home. It was certainly a mystery but they pursued and cleared the blockage, added new pipes, along with a special access pipe in case it happens again. These guys are the real deal and truly affordable. We highly recommend their services! Thanks guys!!

They clearly don’t offer emergency services. Had to call 3 different peoples phones just to be told no. And the guy is super douchy. Would not recommend based on customer service alone.

To Hydro Jet and scope my sewer line Free Da Block Plumbing did not price haggle. They showed up on time, was very professional and happily explained in great detail everything that they were doing. I highly recommend them and will be using this company again for my properties.

Highly recommend. My water bill had doubled so I called Mike to help. He quickly found that the main water line coming into my home was leaking. Mike and his team pulled all necessary permits and replaced the underground water line. Team worked until after midnight to ensure water was flowing again in the house. Very professional and helpful.
