We hired Mobtown Mechanical to install a toilet for us. They were responsive, on time, and had fair pricing. Mike was respectful of our space, wore a mask while inside our home, and cleaned up after his work (including disposing of the old toilet for us). We were very happy with Mobtown Mechanical's work, and will certainly use them again!

Had a handful of inspection items to get fixed before moving in. Mobtown Machinical responded and got the work done. From the estimate, to scheduling the work, to paying for the work. Mobtown delivered quality work, on time and spent try to upset anything. Have my go to plumber for all my future needs.

My hot water heater broke Friday night. I had to go out of town Saturday. By the time I got home Sunday the hot water heater was installed and is running great. Plus it comes with an 9-year warranty, so my hot water needs are going to be covered until 2030. I highly recommend Mobtown Mechanical

We’ve worked with Mike McGuire of Mobtown Mechanical on numerous projects over the last 5 or so years in our 125-year-old row home, and he’s consistently outstanding. His work is excellent, his pricing fair, and his communication honest and straightforward.

Mike takes the time to explain when a repair or modification is more complex than I realized, always with the goal of informing, not selling. If a request is too minor to justify a plumber’s rate, he’ll suggest hiring a handyman instead. When a project is high-labor but low-skill, he sends an apprentice or journeyman and bills accordingly—something I deeply appreciate.

A quick word to the wise: don’t be swayed by the “transparent” flat-fee pricing used by some large plumbing companies. Those pricebook systems are designed to raise company revenue, not reduce customer costs. Mike and his team are the opposite—skilled, fair, and trustworthy. Highly recommend Mobtown Mechanical.
