I had a slow leak in my toilet that was starting to come through the kitchen ceiling—stressful to say the least! I called Abend Services and they came out the very next day. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Communication was clear and timely, and the technician was friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and how it would be fixed. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were completely transparent throughout the process. I truly appreciate the excellent service and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

EDITED TO ADD: they saved the day again. Our house was built in 1954, so there are bound to be things that come up. I woke up to water coming from under my stove. Called Abend at 4:37 AM and Katie answered. Richie and Mike were here a few hours later. Showed me what needed to be done and what the price would be before they started and they were done within an hour.

Abend is definitely on speed dial for this old home!
