Spiro provided amazing service beyond my expectations. I gave him a call on an issue that I had with my hot water tank and he came out the next day on time. Not only did he resolve the issues on my hot water tank but he kindly explained to me what the issue was and how he resolved it. He is an honest man and I respect his integrity and honesty with his work. The next time I have an issue with my plumbing or heating, I know that I have Spiro to rely on and would recommend to everyone I know.

I can't say enough good things about Empire Plbg & Htg! They completely renovated our kitchen and bathroom in Baltimore MD, and the entire process was flawless. Wow where do I even start with this master of his trade!……..he came in exactly at the time and day he set the appointment…..came in assessed the issue almost immediately ; fixed said issue and was on his way everything works great if not much better then it did before he was clean and professional gave really good tips on how to maintain and was super clear and most importantly HONEST there’s a lot of plumbers that really add things on to milk the job as much as possible but not SPIRO he was honest and honestly he could’ve said w.e cause I had no idea what was going on but he didn’t he kept it honest and professional. (Highly recommend Spiro for a perfect and fair job big or small TRUST ME he’s THE ONE !) I will be making this guy my main plumber AWESOME JOB BROTHER THANK YOU! ….i couldn’t be more pleased !. 10/10

This is the second time I've called Empire for plumbing issues and can't say enough about the great service. The first project was a leaking faucet; this project was a new water heater. Scheduling is easy, communication is exceptional, and the end result is quality work.

Spyro was very friendly and helpful. Diagnosed my clogged drain problem and provided different options to solve without just upselling. Provided 6 mo warranty on the work. Would call him again next time

Empire Plumbing and Heating LLC provided excellent service from start to finish! The team was professional, on time, and communicated clearly throughout the process. They diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it efficiently. Pricing was fair and transparent. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or heating needs!

I found Spyro with Empire plumbing through Google reviews and thankfully he lived up to the online reputation. I needed a gas line moved to accommodate a new stove at a rental unit. He was very thorough with his estimate, along with the confidence of what needed to be done. His estimate came in around the number in my head. I probably could have found someone cheaper, but I have learned the hard way, you get what you pay for. I’m assuming that’s why I needed him to do this job in the first place. For reference, I am pretty handy with a lot of home things, so speaking with him, I could really tell he took pride and time in his work. In the end, he will be my first to call from now on for any future issues.

We had a great experience working with Spiro from Empire Plumbing. He was able to come out to our building promptly and quickly identify what was going on with our septic system and the source of the clog.

What really stood out was his professionalism and knowledge. He used specialized camera equipment to go inside the system and actually show us what was happening, which gave us a clear understanding of the issue instead of just guessing. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us excellent recommendations on how to prevent similar problems in the future.

Spiro is extremely knowledgeable, safety-minded, honest, and reliable. You can tell he truly knows his trade and cares about doing things the right way. We felt confident in his assessment and would absolutely recommend him and Empire Plumbing to anyone needing a trustworthy plumber.

The service was excellent....from start to finish. The crew were very considerate in answering my questions about the outside water pipe leak and explained how they would have to dig up the yard to run the new line and replace the pipe in the basement....and very polite. I will recommend ABEND to my neighbors here in Brooklyn Park...and to anyone who needs plumbing service.

Highly recommend Abend Services! They have helped us a few times with different issues and each time the experience and results have been nothing been great! I had a water leaking problem on my basement ceiling. Abend service helped me fix that in a timely and friendly manner. I would recommend Abend to anyone who needs a quick plumbing service. Also note that they put in durable material for my pipe, which is a plus.

This is a woman owned business/ they are exceptional— knowledgeable about products and brands, extremely responsive through a chat feature and the plumber who performed the work was efficient and left the work area clean. They repaired a bathroom shower leak, installed new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. Very professional, good quality and value.

Willis' service was great and provided prompt attention to my emergency service that my home warranty company couldn't. Jessica was provided amazing customer service when I called on a Saturday night for immediate plumbing services. Great company and service, thank you!

We have used Abend Plumbing and Heating on several occasions and have always found them to be fast and courteous. On our last occasion, we were in dire need of getting our two bathroom sinks unclogged and called on a Monday morning (always tough)! They sent a technician out by Monday evening, started the job and found that additional work needed to be done. The techicians were courteous and kept me informed of every step of repair. They were able to come back Tuesday and finish the job. Plus, they worked around my schedule on Tuesday and we are grateful to have our sinks working properly. I know they have a good reputation because my parents used them decades ago when Mr. Abend started the business. Their reputation and customer service speaks for itself. I would highly recommend them!
