Made a call, spoke with Micahel Soper and on the same day he got my request granted. The service provided was excellent. The two gentlemen respectfully removed their shoes upon request before proceeding to the second floor. They also took the precaution of laying down tarps and cardboard before beginning their work. Throughout the entire process, they demonstrated efficiency while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and careful execution, performing their duties with utmost professionalism. I would highly recommend and am very likely to utilize this company for future endeavors. Thank you.

Eric showed up on time, after reviewing my plumbing problems he told me how they could be fixed exactly how much it would cost and how long it would take. Very happy with the services provided provided by Abbott Brothers. I called on a Monday for a failed and leaking water heater, and they showed up promptly Tuesday morning as promised , and the fee was reasonable and exactly what they quoted me over the phone.

Mike and his team are good honest people. We had an issue with our Tankless Water Heater. They came out multiple times to try fixes though they suggested from the statt it would likely need to be replaced. The fixes didnt work and they were kind enough to discount us back some of the service cost since we had them install the new unit. They were the perfect combination of well priced, highly responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend their service as its clear that they are committed to doing right by their clients!

We hired Abbott Brothers to repair and replace our sewer line, and it was a challenging job due to working around our deck, flagstone walkway, and landscaping. The crew was extremely thoughtful about minimizing impact and preserving as much as possible.

The work was completed quickly, with impressive knowledge and problem-solving along the way. Everyone was professional and communicated clearly throughout the process.

Mike in particular was fantastic—very helpful, flexible, and a great communicator who gave us real confidence in both the plan and the execution.

I had a gas line connected and cooktop installed in my condo. While the price was a bit higher than I was expecting, the service was excellent and I decided that I wanted the reliability of a well known company whom I had worked with in the past. They arrived as expected and took care of the installation in a timely and professional manner. The fact that they were able to get to me on the same day of delivery of the cooktop, with less than 24hrs notice, was a big factor for paying a little more. Thank you goes out to Mike Soper and his crew!

Called for a replacement sump pump on Monday morning and got an appointment for Wednesday. But Spiro called back Monday afternoon and said they’d finished a job early - would I like them to come by today? In short, they replaced the sump pump that day and I couldn’t be happier. I will be calling Empire for any further plumbing needs. 👏👏

Empire plumbing came out the day I called for sump pump maintenance. Spyros checked my sump pump, conducted preventive measures and showed me how to clean in and maintain for the future. Great service!

This is the worst company to use with your home warranty. They just getting over on them. The hired them to come out do work in my home a month ago they still have not contacted me or the company, this property unprofessional people. They also come to your home with out name tag a card or a uniform on to let you know they from empire plumbing. One man came out didn’t have no supplies had to use my stuff I saying if you plumber where is you bag with your stuff in it. They give you appointment then show up hours late. One of the men came out he want to come in my house at 930pm at night when he was supposed been around 10-2 then he change until After 5pm then I kept calling he said he be here in hour didn’t show up then he call said I’m around the corner I can come now I said no you will not come at my house it 9:30 at night. So I call my warranty cone first American they called them to reschedule me another appointment after I told them I didn’t want that same man to come back to my house then they send him again still had to keep waiting on him calling asking is he coming he showed up hours later look at them went home Depo came back then said he can’t fix he going yo call his boss because they got yo replace it and they he come back on Tuesday no call no show, I call warranty people again the call empire they said the send another person he came don’t fix it said he going to call his boss because he didn’t get anything about want going on with the shower they he come after he talk to them never heard back from them. Week went by call warranty again they still didn’t show up today was my appointment from 10-2 which they was supposed to come at 10-2 Friday but I got called in for work because I knew they was not going to be here I left out around 930 call warranty so they rescheduled until today but nobody called it 3pm this company is not reliable I don’t know if it because they work with warranty they how they treat them. I see they have good reviews don’t no how, even when u call they sound unprofessional on the phone. I so mad it been month both done 🤬 they need a zero
