I had an aging water heater that started to leak and knew it was time for a replacement. I reached out to Abbott for a free estimate online. Within an hour Mike reached out to me and was able to give me an estimate for work to be done. I told him I would still get another estimate or two for my sake, he was very understanding about it. After checking around, Abbott had the best pricing and best warranty. I reached back out to Mike to continue with the estimate and was able to schedule next day. Next day, Dalton and one other gentleman came and were able to swap my out WH out with a new one with no problem. Excellent service all around and definitely recommend them!

Two main shut off valves were leaking at the same time. The lower valve was secured on an elbow in the cement wall that was part of the main water supply from outside. The second valve was located approximately 3 feet above the first valve. Although an access panel allowed Mr. KcKithen (i.e., plumber) room to work, he had very little space to maneuver his hands and tools. However, he was able to replace the old valves and several pieces of copper piping with the new materials and did an excellent job with the installation. Additionally, the finished product looked exceptional. He answered my questions in laymen’s terms and is a true professional. Abbots staff kept me posted as well regarding the appointments and other updates as needed.

Dalton and Martin came to install a new water heater for me. They were in time, very polite and mannerly. The installation was done in a timely manner, they cleaned up after themselves. Dalton walked me through what was done. If I need anymore work in the future I will definitely use this company again. Everyone that I dealt with at this company has been very helpful and very professional. Thanks again for taking care of my problem in a timely manner.

Abbott Brothers was able to send someone out next day when we had issues with our 15+ year old Bradford White water heater pilot light. Mike was excellent and offered a temporary fix, but explained possible shortcomings or early failure with such an old unit. He provided pictures showing where age had deteriorated our water heater, and what could go wrong. We opted to go with a new water heater, which another one of their plumbers was able to install the following morning at 8:30am.

Abbott Brothers had very quick service, easy invoicing, and provided options depending on our budget. Their pricing for a new water heater was comparable to two other plumbers in Baltimore City we had received earlier in the year. I would use them again in the future for plumbing needs.

I had a leak in the kitchen sink that drenched the bottom cabinet and floor with water. Abbott sent a two-team partnership of very professional plumbers who evaluated the issue at hand and took care of it in a timely fashion. One even went out to purchase a part and returned within 20 minutes. I can't say enough; they were just terrific. Cleaned up all the water that had leaked. Customer service and courtesy was top notch. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues. They know what they're doing, and do it with a smile.

We like the service from Abbott Brothers. This is the 2nd installation we did for Heater water Tank in two separate homes. They were kind enough to come and close the leaking valve and installed a new tank next day.
We do recommend them for any plumbing / Waterpark work.

I found out about Abbott Brothers Plumbing accidentally. The original plumber changed the time twice…then said it would call with a definite rescheduling time…I’m still waiting for that call 48 hours later. I went online and Networx suggested Abbott Brothers. A cordial woman from Abbott called me and assured me someone would make it that day. Abbott kept its word. The plumber (Dave) ran a little late (on another job), but I was informed! He then called me once in route. Upon arrival, he was professional, courteous, did the work to my satisfaction, cleaned up afterwards, and even offered helpful advice for something he noticed. Well done Abbott Brothers…and thank you.

Dawn from Abbott provides great customer service. Their schedule was booked full for the next few days and I had already been without hot water for too long. Dawn was able to help point me to other skilled technicians as a backup option. Great customer service. I will definitely call Abbott again in the future based on that alone.

Martin and Tim were very courteous, accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure all the installations were to my liking. The process had some hiccups and they made sure to find a workaround to execute perfectly.

I found Abbott Brothers Plumbing & Heating through Bradford White's warranty contractors lookup page and sent a service request through the portal. The owner contacted me VERY quickly and said he could send a tech out within a few hours.

My service tech was Alex. He was professional, friendly, on time, answered all the questions I had, and even gave me a few tips for future water heater maintenance that I could do on my own if I so chose.

The labor cost was a bit pricier than I thought it would be when I got the invoice, but it was well worth the excellent and expeditious service I got from Abbott. Hopefully I won't need any more plumbing services at my home, but I'll definitely use Abbott again if I need assistance!

Michael and Dalton from Abbott Brothers Company did an outstanding job fixing my water heater issue. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the process. Mike was very detailed with his proposal to restore water volume and water pressure to my mother's 1939 home. Well worth the $129 house call fee to identify the cause and receive a detailed cost proposal for the repair. Mike took the time to check all water sources in the home and run tests. He was also very accommodating when I asked for more detail regarding the proposed work.

The work was scheduled quickly and within 2 days Abbott Brothers Plumbing was out to complete replacing the main water lines (galvanized replaced with PEX) that were running from our outside water meter up to the house. The galvanized pipe had become ineffective over the 85+ years and was determined to be the main culprit for our loss of water volume in the entire home. As part of the original proposal, additional galvanized piping running to an upper bathroom was also replaced with PEX as it was severely choking off the water volume to the upper bathtub. Mike had determined that replacing these particular indoor pipes would restore maximum water pressure to that upper bathroom. The entire job was completed within one day and the water pressure in the home is excellent. I would definitely recommend Abbott Brothers Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Abbott Brothers came the same day I called. When they dug up the pipe Martin saved my tree from being taken down. The guys were courteous and the job was done professionally.

It was raining in my basement and I had a packed weekend of events, including my little one’s birthday party.

We were very pleased by contacting the Abbott Brothers Plumbing & Heating company to replace our sewer line. Micheal Sopper is a very friendly and respectful gentleman. He has an excellent team to do various jobs.  Michael tried snaking in the sewer line few times but he found that it was beyond repair. He inserted a video camera and found root infiltration, clogging and some damage to the terracotta sewage pipe. He clearly explained the situation and provided his best recommendations. We are glad that we agreed him to replace the sewage line.   This company properly completed everything in the contract plus his team kindly helped to plant a flower plant to another location that was removed during the excavation. This company offered us a great price compared to what my neighbor and family paid with the named companies to replace their sewer lines. We will recommend this company.

I recently returned home from vacation to discover that my NORITZ tankless water heater had stopped working.
