The staff at both Lowe's and Home Depot suggested I come here to find a replacement cartridge for my leaking kitchen faucet. Following their lead I showed up and waited in a line of three people for about 30 minutes. Once I got to the front they tried to find my part and said they do not carry it and that they don't really have parts for the small home plumbing jobs. I was confused about this since their shop looked huge and other people had recommended it. Turns out that their focus at Ferguson is large commercial jobs. So if you need such small time plumbing parts you may have better luck elsewhere. In fact the staff at Ferguson's recommended I go to T M O'Donnell Co for these kinds of jobs.

I have been using Ferguson for years. The Ordnance Rd location is our companies ‘go to branch’. Pete always has that location stocked and organized. Isaiah and Frank are great to deal with and ALWAYS give us the best info and customer support. We’re glad that our pros have Ferguson’s pros at Ordnance, to go to when we need the help.

I had a faucet leak in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I contacted this plumbing service and they responded quickly and came out that night. Stopped the leak and returned the next morning to replace the piping. He was very prompt and professional even in the wee hours of the night. I highly recommend

I heard about this company through a friend. I was pleased when I received an immediate response along with a next day appointment for my gas test. I was unfamiliar with what a gas test was as this is something that should have been performed on my home prior to purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and professional and wanted to make me aware of the process. He scheduled all of my inspections and pulled the necessary permits in a timely fashion. He also coordinated the inspection times with my schedule and tried to limit the amount of days I would need to take off from work. This was very important to me! He did a great job and the prices were better than I was quoted with other companies! I will definitely be using them in the future.
