Our main water line broke while we were on vacation. Mahon was able to come out on a weekend as soon as we got home and get someone schedule the next day to fix our water line, get us back up and running and return our front yard back to its original state! Pricing was more than fair and the speed and quality of the work checked all the boxes for us. Would recommend 1,000 times over.

The technician was very professional and was quickly able to diagnose and fix bad elements in my water heater. I’ve used Mahon many times and they’re always just as reliable as the last time. Highly recommend.

As usual, Mahon Plumbing has come through for me, yet again! Dishwasher died, went onto Home Depot and ordered a new one, including delivery and installation. The guys who delivered and came to install, said that they couldn’t install it because it sat next to corner cabinet?!?!? I asked them to leave and called Mahon. Jerry came and installed it without any questions or problems!!! He was professional, timely and even gave my 105 pound Pitbull, Chowder some love! I will continue to use Mahon again and again!

My daughter recommended Mahon Plumbing after they installed her new toilet and bidet. I had a leaky shower faucet and needed a new faucet installed in another bathroom. The repairman was friendly and professional! All in all I was very satisfied with my experience with Mahon Plumbing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Mahon Plumbing's efforts for us last week were excellent. The technician was able to clearly identify our problem in the sewer line and he worked hard to make sure he properly checked every part of the system underground, including pulling the heavy manhole cover in the street several times.

I called Mahon after another plumber walked off our remodeling job before it was finished. Mahon was quick to identify issues that were left incomplete or incorrect, and was able to finish the job efficiently and for a reasonable price. Chris Mahan went above and beyond by helping to move/unbox appliances and gave expert opinions that helped in our legal dispute with the previous plumber. It can be difficult to find contractors who don't cut corners or take advantage of homeowners, but Mahon was honest and helped us out of a difficult situation and has earned a customer for life. I would never think of calling anyone else for my plumbing needs.

My washing machine kept backing up during the drain cycle. I initially called another company to come out, the tech spent about 10 mins looking at it and handed me a tablet to sign for a VERY high repair bill. Then I gave Mahon Plumbing a call. The plumber that came out was prompt, incredibly knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He informed me about the issue, let me know things I could do as preventative maintenance, and went to work fixing the problem. The repair from Mahon’s was 2/3 what the other guys tried to charge me. The best thing about this whole experience is I know who I’m calling for plumbing from now on.

Mahon Plumbing answered my call with questions in regards to my natural gas operated generator. Chris came out immediately and advised me of my options. Very professional and gave me an estimate and was out doing the work within days! Mahon Plumbing staff and plumbers did a great job installing gas line and cleaned up the job site very well! Overall, we are very happy with the entire Mahon Plumbing crew! Even the staff of Ann Marie was very helpful and professional dealing with our work order! I had Mahon Plumbing come out to the house to replace a spigot for one of our outside hoses that was leaking badly. They were quick and thorough. They took the time to explain the most likely cause of the leak and showed us how to avoid it in the future. They were courteous and professional. Mahon came out in a timely manner and spent all day putting in a new sewer line for us. We had a huge tree root in our 1940s terracotta pipe, and they dug it up and laid the new (root-proof) pipe (the line was deeper than we thought), working diligently from 8:30am-9:30pm on a Friday. They came back the next day (Saturday) to finish it up, laying seed and hay, re-laying the section of sidewalk they dug up, replanting all my flowers and shrubs, and putting down mulch in my flowerbed. Then they scrubbed down my driveway, as well as the neighbors, and just did a superb job!! They were also the least expensive of the plumbing companies we called! We highly recommend them!

I have been using Mahon for more years than I am willing to admit. Reliable, professional, polite and get the job done.
