Zach is very conscientious and very sympathetic toward his customers. He also has a wide network of excellent subcontractors which helped immensely in getting the job done. His office staff reflects his way of doing business as well.
I just worry that Zach works too many hours and doesn't take care of himself. We need you to be around, so please watch your health/weight/diet and give yourself some time to relax. I know it's tough in your profession, but please try!

I received a stellar service from Trust and I would definitely them again. I will be calling again for water heater maintenance soon, my go to plumber from now on!

Our 38 year old toilet was flushing every second or third time. Zack from Trust plumbing came out and figured out immediately what the problem was. He put in a new 1.28 gallon toilet and we can now flush everytime and are also saving water. Thank you Trust plumbing for being so prompt, efficient and treating us like family!

Zach tried really hard to unclog our sump pump discharge pipe before he realized it was not able to be unclogged. They came out very quickly and was very pleasant to deal with.

An explanation of the backflow was provided, Zack was able to accommodate me at the last minute and provided great service. Highly recommend.

HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY: All the 5 star reviews are true and well-earned!!! My elderly mother had an issue with her toilet running continuously. Another company (BBQuick) came out and told her that her toilet was old and needed to be replaced and not only that toilet but all 4 of the toilets in her 8 year old new construction home.

I wasn't there for the inspection but that didn't sound right to me and when I spoke to the plumber about it he sounded more like a salesman than a plumber. I decided to get a second opinion but not before reading throughs lots of reviews of other plumbing companies. When I came across Trust Plumbing's glowing reviews I thought it may be too good to be true but decided to give them a call anyway in hopes that they would live up their name and be trustworthy.

They lived up to their name and more! Professional and courteous from the first phone call and able to come out same day or next at a time that was convenient for me (I wanted to make sure I was there).

SAVED ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS: Zac came out the next day and found that the toilet flush handle needed to be tightened. He tightened it at no charge and completed a courtesy check of the pipes under the bathroom sink. Zac could have easily acted as an unscrupulous salesman and attempted to sell me thousands of dollars of unneeded repairs but instead he acted with integrity and fixed the issue and left.

A lot of reviews of plumbers complain about the high cost but imagine if that high cost was for an unnecessary repair/replacement. Rest assured that if Trust Plumbing comes out and gives you a quote, it will be for a real issue without any upselling.

I will be calling Trust Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and will recommend them to all my neighbors.

Trust Plumbing & Heating came to do a yearly county inspection that I needed to get done, Zach provided the service along with his colleague, they were amazing, professional, and courteous. I would definitely use them again, and I appreciate the service they provided.

Trust did a great job for us. We had a slow leak in our well pipe. They came out right on time less than 24 hours since in contacted them. The pipe had been poorly installed and was an accident waiting to happen. Zack, the owner, and his son rerouted the pipes and did a beautiful job at a fair price. Definitely recommend Trust Plumbing!

Zack came out and diagnosed an issue with a part a plumber had installed. The other plumber had been out probably 8 times to “try” to repair the issue he created. I was told by him to get a second opinion and I called Trust based on a personal recommendation from a friend. Zack diagnosed the issue within minutes of being there but did do tests to confirm his initial diagnosis and we scheduled for repair a couple days later. Stephen came out today and installed the new shower diverter and also installed a new bathroom faucet. They arrived on time, were quick to work, kept my area clean and I would have them back to do my plumbing work in a heartbeat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
