Had a new toilet installed along with a new water line/pipe. Although my budget didn’t include the water line I was very satisfied with services provided. The installer was very professional and efficient and would use Mr Rooter again.

I usually don't make reviews but I the service I received from Rich was exceptional. Not only was he a really nice person to talk to, but he also was efficient and tidy. Our new pipes, water, and prv are doing great thanks to him!

They replaced my gas water heater, and I’m thoroughly satisfied with the work. Richard, the technician, was courteous and completed the job promptly. The service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. I’ll definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs in the future. You’ll be satisfied like I was.

Wayne and his dig crew did an excellent job. We had a sewer back up 2 days before thanksgiving that required a full water line replacement and Wayne and his crew finished a 2 day job in 1 day , in time for us to host Thanksgiving! They were very professional and kept us informed the whole way through

I couldn't be happier with the service I got with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greater Baltimore. They were very communicative throughout the entire process, professional, efficient and easy to work with from start to finish. I was having issues with my Rheem HP Water Heater and Mr. Rooters came the next day after I called Franz. A plumber named Philip worked with Rheem to diagnose my defective machine and help me negotiate an exchange for a new replacement. Philip really helped explain why my machine couldn’t be fixed and Rheem listened to his suggestions and I got a free replacement. Another great plumber Brandon went above and beyond when he replaced my machine. He uninstalled my defective machine, went out and got my replacement and came back to install it. Also, Brandon did such outstanding work with the previous install that when other plumbers came to diagnose my defective machine, they all noted his “Pristine work”. Some positive notes from today, Brandon single handedly carried my machine up and down the stairs. He was very good at listening to my suggestions and professionally addressed all my concerns with the install. Brandon also helped with explaining each step of the process and explained in great detail what each tool does. Brandon was also very upfront and good at explaining where the costs come from and provided acceptable alternatives when I was hesitant to agree.

Tech Dave came out as scheduled and went right to work. He repaired my inside and outside water issues even in a tight crawl space. I truly appreciate all of his help along with everyone else who I spoke with in getting my water back on fast . I highly recommend everyone involved in doing a great job. Charles Schmitt. Our ageing (34 year old) water heater finally gave up the ghost, and I am very glad I went with Mr. Rooter over Len the Plumber whom we initially called out to give us a quote. Had Len out yesterday to replace our water heater, and they quoted me for $6k without any of the other necessary changes that would have to be made. Mr. Rooter gave me a fair quote of ~$3400 before they came out and they had to add on some stuff like re-routing copper lines and Powervent's PVC vent to suit the new model, as well as the water main needing a pressure regulator as our water pressure was WAY too high, ~90psi. Work was completed quickly and only took about 4 hours total. Would definitely recommend! Rich & Zach were great techs and very informative when asking questions. Work amounted to ~$4180 after everything else that needed to be changed was done, which I feel was far more reasonable, and still 2k less than Len. Highly recommend for any plumbing/water heater issues in the future.

I winterize my house every year. This year when I shuffling off the inside water valve and opened the outside spout water keep coming out.
I wasn't familiar with a plumbing company so I went to Angies list.
I received several calls and the first person that came out wanted to put holes in my ceiling. I told him to leave.
I received a call from Mr Rooter. I called the company and scheduled an appointment.
Rich arrived on time and he listened!!! That is the most important thing when communicating. Rich is personable and knowledgeable. I explained to him what happened and he knew immediately what to do. He explained to me what he was going to do and the cost. Rich was quick and efficient.
I plan on using this company for all my plumbing needs.

Paul the repair guy was great. He came out on a Sunday to replace my linking water heater. I’m not experienced on this issue but he was very informative on what to do once his gone and how to extend to water heaters life. He also made a few recommendations to help be up to code if I decide to sell the house. I took him up on the extra repair work to get it out the way and it didn’t add allot to the total. I would recommend him and the company as they provided superb service. Out with old (white) in with the new (gray)

On late Friday evening, I had a flood in my home. The water was coming through my refrigerator and it leaked down to my basement.. I called one of the popular plumbing services. They came out only to make a mess and didn't find the shut off refrigerator water valve. So I was left with no running water. My homeowners insurance sent out a restoration company to get the water up, but I needed a plumber.
. My neighbor recommended me to Mr Rooter I was happy that he came out on early Sunday morning during the holiday weekend. Mr. Zach Samuels was my Plumber . He was Amazing . He took empathy on what was going on. He asked me questions. He listen to me and allowed me to walk him through what transpired and what the other company did he took out his equipment start measuring the walls and ceilings in my basement. He told me that he needed to go into the ceiling and see where the pipes are so he tried several places and found the Valve to the refrigerator to shut the refrigerator off . He turned that off and turned the water to the house back on since it was off since Friday I was very pleased with the professionalism of Mr. Zach and his knowledge of his job, you can see he have passion for his work ethics by leaving area very neat and clean. When his work was done, he walked me through what he did, and informed me. that I needed a new refrigerator. I asked if he will install it. He told me to call the office to schedule when it's delivered. So Wednesday afternoon, the new refrigerator arrived. He came around 2:30 and put the new refrigerator and he also went down below to check everything out to make sure that no dripping.

Fast: scheduled an estimate for 3pm, the plumber was able to arrive earlier. Job (toilet replacement) was completed within three hours.
Friendly: Plumber Brandon Freed was able to quickly spot the problems, walked us through cheaper solutions (replacing bolts, replacing valves, buying our own toilet to negate some fees) towards an overarching solution.
Professional: Brandon Freed was amiable and professional in a cramped working environment.

Roland, his brother and Wayne were extremely professional and efficient workers. They seemed happy to help and were informative with every step of the way. What a crazy job they had ripping up my front yard and safely and as quickly as they could, repaired my crazy pipe 10 or more feet underground like total pros. They had my water running again asap and we were able to get back to our normal lives of laundry, dishes and all the things you use water for! It’s all still running perfect with no issues. Thank you. I’m glad I called Mr. Rooter. You guys helped very quickly and very nicely. Oh and I can’t forget Zachary who came out twice trying to fix the problem as best he could but the problem was way too big. Zachary was an amazing, hard working, kind and considerate person. You have an impressive team and I would recommend your company to anyone!

Sent a message via Web about 8:00 pm on a Sunday night. Called me within 15 minutes. My sump pump wasn't working. They told me they could have someone there with an hour - free estimate and no extra charge for late hour. He was at my home with 35 mins. Had a new sump pump put in within 45 minutes. I will definitely use them again.

My 15 year old water heater went up on New Year's Eve. The gas control valve failed. Mr. Rooter sent a tech out on New Year's Day to give me a free estimate on a replacement water heater. I was able to get the water heater that I wanted at a reasonable price. The price included the new water heater, warranty, parts & labor, and removal/haul away of the old water heater. Mr. Rooter installed the new water heater on January 2nd and they did a fantastic job.

Absolute expediency and professionalism. Found on Thumbtack, Mr. Rooter called me within minutes of my request for servicing a defective toilet flange. My technician, Rich, was out here the very next morning to diagnose the issue and then the morning after that to make the repair. Rich even took a look beyond the immediate fix to ensure there wasn't a larger issue that needed to be addressed. All in all, I am completely satisfied and confident in his work, which comes with a one-year guarantee. I will note that this all came with a higher than anticipated price tag, but for my situation and for the value of the service it was one that I was willing to pay.

Mr Rooter was referred to me by a neighbor in 2019 and I was very pleased with their service. I had to call them this week for a mixing valve replacement. Mr Franz gave me an appt the next day. I had the pleasure of meeting Technician Rich Bush who arrived within the 2 hour timeframe. He was pleasant, put on shoe covers, asked about the water/heater, turned on all the faucets to test the water temp. Rich was very thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable in his skillset (he has worked for Mr Rooter for 12 years). He took the time to clean up everything and retested the water temp and make sure everything was working before he left. I would definitely recommend this company and technician and will use them again. The total cost was $545 with a coupon, which I think is high (everything is overpriced these days) but my problem was solved in one day without any hassles. Thank you Mr Rooter & Rich Bush!

Rich came out to repair my shower nozzle and did a fantastic job. He was polite, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and how he fixed it. The repair was quick, the price was great, and everything is working perfectly now.
