Plumbing reviews in Baltimore, Maryland

I’ve been working with Millenium since the business first started. They do excellent service, communicate well and are prompt and courteous.

Great, professional plumber arrived on short notice to replace our water heater ahead of a big snowstorm. Highly recommend!

This was quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We had an emergency leak at our property and called Millennium for assistance. We would not be on site when the technician arrived so we requested a call prior to arrival to explain the situation. The man on the phone repeatedly yelled that there was an emergency fee and would not listen to our simple request. He was incredibly rude and said he didn’t care if we used their service. I would not recommend this experience to anyone so definitely avoid using this company.

Shawn is great. Came to the house 2x and fixed my mistakes each time. He is a good plumber and a great human. I will hire him again.

I got a Garbage disposal restart on 8/24 and it stopped working again a week after. They applied the money I paid for the restart to a full replacement when it stopped working so I didn’t have to pay in full on 9/16 when I got a full replacement of the garbage disposal. The customer service was great and they didn’t argue with me about price and didn’t argue with me about anything. Very kind, very nice and easy to work with.

My first experience with Millenium plumbing was in spring. Shawn made an immediate and memorable impression. He came later than his normal hours and accommodated my schedule. He helped snake my main line to clear a clog that caused a toilet to back up. Quick, clean, efficient and knowledgeable. Most of all, he was an awesome guest.
He left such an impression that fast forward to early September 2025- my water main was leaking. I saved his cell number- reached out after 6:00 pm, he called me back quickly, remembered me and said he’d be there the very next morning.
The responsiveness, professionalism and friendly demeanor ensured that I now can say “I gotta guy for that” in a world where trust is scarce and you want to acquire “guys” knowing you will be treated fairly is rare. I’ll continue to use Millenium plumbing as long as Shawn is there. -
Shoutout to Steven and Millennium Plumbing! Great, fast and friendly service. Came out same day to the help me with my shore faucet and didn’t charge me for the visit to allow me save money to go towards the repair cost. Would highly recommend!

My hot water heater went out on Thanksgiving. I called several places and struggled to find someone to come out especially without a huge fee. Dave was willing to come out and was at my house an hour later. He assessed and fixed the problem quickly and charged a reasonable price. I would definitely work with Dave again.

Dave has provided plumbing services for us for more than a decade. Everything from bathroom plumbing to water heater installation. He is very responsive, reliable and trustworthy and his pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend!

We used Dave CORZINE Plumbing as our plumbing contractor for a rehab project we were working on. His bid was fair, he worked well with the other contractors and worked within the "building schedule" timeline. His work was excellent and passed all city inspections without incident. He was a pleasure to work with and his plumbing work is top notch! Thanks, Dave!

needed replacement of a gas water heater. Mr. Rooter and their technician, Paul, were very responsive, giving a fair estimate and completed repair within 24 hours of the initial call. The work was well done and Paul was helpful in explaining the options and completing the work.

Plumber was punctual and professional. He fixed my garbage disposal. He also figured out the problem with my guest bathroom sink. He went out and purchased a very nice replacement faucet and installed it quickly. Did very good work but a bit pricey. I am using them again for a separate issue with a leak.

Dave Knick was kind, courteous, and worked quickly. He diagnosed and explained the cause of my flooding issue in a way that I could understand. He showed up exactly when he said he would! Thank you!!

I had a friendly and helpful technician who gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment for the following day to replace my water heater. After he simply turned the heating regulator up and down the heater started working again and even after I had already paid a deposit I was guaranteed I'd receive it back in the following days and he left with no charge. Thank you for being understanding and empathic of our situation. When ever our heater enevedebly gives up I'll be happy to hire you to actually replace it this time.

Just wanted to give a round of applause to all of the guys that came to my home to provide a water line repair. Roland, Wayne, Zach, Umesh and Cliff were through and explained all things to me while the job was happening. Will contact you in the future if any other repairs are needed

My mother reached out via Angi (formerly Angie's List) for a plumber to help resolve a toilet that was running too much and a leak that was happening under a bathroom sink. Angi connected her to a plumber from this company.
The tech that came out took a look at the toilet and said that this could be resolve by swapping out the internals (btw, this is a standard kit anyone can get from a home improvement store for under $50). This was just over $200 for this service. Then when the plumber started working on the under sink leak, the pipe just came off. They indicated it wasn't connected properly and that it would require them breaking tiles from the wall to connect.
From there, the plumber noted that the pipe in the wall used galvanized steel and should be updated, which would be a very large expense (over $4,000). My mother is on a fixed income so this isn't in her budget. In fact, I am helping her pay for this expense. She asked the plumber if anything could be done to just get things connected without the replacement. The plumber said yes and did that for somewhere near $500. After that, the plumber asked if my mother wanted things snaked or if she was going to handle it, given that the bill for the above two services were already just over $700 and the snaking was going to be somewhere around $200, she opted to do it later herself.
The plumber got paid and left. Soon after, when my mother went to use the sink in question, she found some towels still there. When she moved the towels, the sink was still leaking. She went to check the toilet that was serviced and it no longer has enough pressure to flush toilet paper. For the toilet, my mother could see that the part looked different from the original part (this toilet was fully replace like a year ago by a different plumber).
When my mother reached out to management, they offered less than bad customer service.
First, they blamed the house for being old. In this case, why did they not advise against work that they knew could not probably fix the problem? Shouldn't they be upfront about this? My mother is a reasonable person so if they explained to her why certain things wouldn't work or where needed so things would go smoothly, she would have asked them to provide an estimate to the proper service and we would have figured out how to afford the service. The way this went down feels like bait and switch ("Sure, we can do this thing" only to have it not fix anything and possibly make things work).
Second, they blamed the toilet stating, "Maybe the toilet was already broken by another plumber?". Given that they are supposed to be the experts and came out specifically to fix the toilet, shouldn't they be able to tell if it is already broken and actually fix what was broken?
Third, the management told my mother, "Oh, just put the $4,000 on a credit card!" when she tried to remind them that she was on a fixed income.
Lastly, after my mother went back and forth with them on the above, they did offer to send another tech out to at least get the toilet flushing again properly, but at this point, we can't even trust them to do work for free without making the issues worse.
I am not sure how this company has gotten so many good reviews recently, but I can tell you that the service my mother received was very bad. -
Do to the cold weather and ice, I had a pipe burst in which Zach came within an hours, assessed my needs and handled all very quickly. We will definitely be using Mr. Rooter again.
