Dillon was very professional and friendly. Explained very clearly what was going on with my situation and what he would have to do to fix. Gave me an estimate of how long the job would take and was true to his word.

When you engage with them, you can expect to encounter personnel who are highly respectful and attentive to your specific needs. This is definitely a significant advantage. In my case, I chose to utilize their services to address a leak in my sink.

The technician arrived promptly and determined that the issue was with my fixtures. The total cost for the service amounted to $330. However, I'm unsure about the breakdown of this cost—whether it included an hourly rate or materials—since the technician spent no more than 30 minutes at my home, and the materials used were minimal.

Admittedly, my knowledge of plumbing is limited, and all I really needed was for the leak to be fixed I paid $300. For the job.

Surprisingly, less than 15 days later, the same leak resurfaced, prompting me to call them once again. The technician who arrived this time informed me that the previous visit had indeed addressed the leak, but the current issue was unrelated and completely different.

Huh?

Not only that, the tech attempted to contact the supervisor who was “busy” and gave him a quick brush off (trust me I was there)

This implies that the initial technician did not thoroughly inspect everything to ensure a comprehensive job. To provide clarity, I have attached some photos to demonstrate the relatively small scale of the project.

The second technician, Darrius Salmond, took the time to meticulously examine each pipe and connection, ensuring a thorough job—a responsibility that the first technician should have fulfilled.

As a result, I find myself out nearly $500 for what essentially amounted to a minor task.

Man what can I say other than in a crisis between wife triple by pass surgery & me not able to work to be my wife care giver, I must admit that contractor Paul provided great service & was on time added that he was great for finding pipe leak above basement. Very neat & went above & beyond to give us peace of mind. I cannot complain I will recommend these guys again no doubt! Thank you for the peace of mind & the stress lifted off my shoulders it was needed. These guys rock!!!! 🙏🙏💯💯💯🥰

My technician Rich Bush was fantastic. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I’d definitely request him on future projects.

Paul came out (on a Saturday at like almost 6pm) and he did not give up until he got the clog in the septic line out!! I was so thankful! He had a great personality and really did a great job! It had been a long day without being able to use any water/bathrooms in the house, a terrible previous plumber a few hours before, and he came and saved the day!! Definitely recommend! I needed a plumber to repair my in-laws home (an hour away). Everyone from the dispatcher to the technician were both professional and polite. They allowed me to supply the new toilet and we didn't know it was broken until the tech went to install the new toilet. They came back the next day (no additional charge) and installed the 2nd toilet.
Having contractors coming into a home can be stressful to begin with. The technician made my in-laws (85 &90 years old) very comfortable with his manners and respect.
Unfortunately, this seems to be “uncommon” today, but this young man and the staff at Mr. Rooter practiced it in every interaction we had with them.

Tech Rich Bush arrived within one hour to replace my kitchen garbage disposal. Rich explained what horsepower I had installed, and he replaced it with the same. I thought he was courteous, friendly, well-mannered and efficient. Rich left no mess behind. He allowed me to ask questions and responded to my satisfaction.

Axel was very Professional and knowledgeable. We had a nice conversation while he was installing my kitchen faucet. Once he was finished he recommended a restoration company to access the water damage. Great job Axel!

With the insane cold I unfortunately had a pipe burst in my crawl space and couldn't access the main shut-off valve. Dave came out within an hour and was able to get things diagnosed and fixed super quick and professionally. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

The professional technician Mr. Rich Bush is an outstanding technician very thorough and he does an outstanding work with passion. He explain everything from the start to the finish. He replaced a 32 years old pressure valve that started leaking in my laundry room. He cleaned up the work area very well. I highly recommend Mr. Bush to anyone who has any plumbing work you, will be satisfied with his work.

Toilet tank was rocking. Paul came out promptly, assessed the matter and remedied it quickly while providing professional friendly service. Truly appreciate that. Seems like a great company with great staff.

I had a kitchen leak under the sink. It turned out to be the disposal unit cracked. Mr. Rooter responded quickly came the next day, no charge for visit. The replacement and labor cost was reasonable. Rich was excellent, fast, very knowledable and polite. Thank you Rich.

I contacted Angi’s List with my leaking pipe issue and within an hour I spoke with a representative for Mr. Rooter. Within 2 hours they had their plumber Richard at my home. He was very polite and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair the leak very quickly. Outstanding customer service. I would recommend them very highly.
