I did not have a good experience at all. The price I was quoted was 2.5 times, but I ended up paying. Their pricing model is not clear. They used a price for project/menu model. The charge to install a garbage disposal with a 2 year warranty was $456. The plumber couldn't tell me what portion was parts, labor, etc. It was $293 to snake the drain. I will never call them again. I am sorry that I had to pay $39 to find out how overpriced they were!

Response to the owner's response. I was not simply asking you to replace my garbage disposal. I recognized that I needed to have the drain cleaned. I paid $375 for my garbage disposal to be replaced and my drain to be snaked. You were going to charge me 2.5x what the job ultimately cost me. I am not comparing apples to oranges. I am comparing apples to apples and your services were grossly over priced.

We had a double emergency at 11:30 PM on Sunday night. Both the hotwater heater broke and was leaking and also the house main shut off valve was leaking. Millennium was the only company to answer the phone and give us a reliable time frame to tend to this emergency. Sean our tech arrived in 11/2 hours and shut water off to our home and diagnosed the issue and gave an estimate. they returned the next late afternoon and did all repairs.

After dealing with Millennium Plumbing, who replaced our sewage ejector pump in our basement, I can easily say that I would never recommend their services to anyone. The technician, Ron, was not only rude, but he also refused to walk me through the work he did after I specifically asked. It was very alarming to me. When Ron left, the basement was very dirty. The floors were sticky and there were sewage particles on the cabinets, and sewage dripped onto the carpet. The website clearly stated that the technicians would clean up after themselves, which did not happen. My husband and I found ourselves cleaning up a huge mess after they left.

Two days later, we noticed a sewage smell in the basement, which had not been there previously. Initially, the technician refused to come out and claimed that any smell was not his concern or responsibility. He came out to inspect after many requests, but was a broken record saying that he was only responsible for the pump working, not for any associated smells. He couldn't comprehend the logic that his work and the smell were somehow connected.
All in all, a very frustrating and expensive experience, so I suggest you avoid the same fate as us and go elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

David took his time and patiently explained what needed to be done to replace the main water valve, fix a leaky pipe, and replace shower fixtures. He was on time to do the needed repairs and we are very happy with everything he fixed. I would highly recommend Millennium Plumbing!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE JANUARY 2018.. PLUMBER CUT PERFECTLY GOOD PIPE ON PURPOSE TO CREATE MORE WORK AND THEREFORE MORE $. Plumber arrived to fix a pipe that had burst due to cold weather. When I showed him the problem, he also mentioned how the plumbing around the washer machine could use an upgrade, which was completely unrelated to the burst pipe. After he capped the burst pipe and when I left the room to turn the water to the house back on, he intentionally cut another pipe around the washer machine, so he would have to return to fix that issue and earn more business. After confronting him, he said "he had to do it to fix the burst" and it was evident he was lying. I have done several small plumbing jobs and am familiar with the process. He was fully aware I knew his antics. I also confirmed with the new plumber I hired that him cutting that pipe was completely unnecessary. Plumber was also rude. Dispatcher was nice over the phone. Needless to say I DO NOT recommend this company

I called This Plumber for a backed-up laundry sink.  He charged me what I felt was a reasonable price for the job.  He and the other gentleman with him were very professional.  They came when they said they would, called me first, and cleaned up after themselves.  They took the time to explain to me what caused the backup and how they fixed it. I would definitely call them again.

I have used Millennium Plumbing twice. My first experience was an emergency and they had Keith dispatched to my house within an hour(He was also kind enought to return the next day to adjust the water temps in the new shower, as they were too low). My second experience, while not an emergency Keith again was out within an hour. My experience has always been a pleasant one and I believe their pricig to be fair. Keith is always very courteous and professional. I would recommend Millennium Plumbing to my friends and relatives

Just had my plumbing problem taken care of by Shawn. He was very quick to respond, very polite, and did a first rate job in very quick time.

The job itself was relatively complicated, and to make it worse, it was in a very restricted space, over-head. Shawn did an excellent job in very short order. The price was extremely reasonable, considering the work and that it was 5pm on a Sunday afternoon.

I just want to add that the two most advertised "Same-day" plumbers, "L the P" and "M & Son", both responded to my request for service with "...sorry, but we can fit you in tomorrow!" So much for 24/7 emergency service.

Thankfully Millennium was able to get to my home with 90 minutes and the problem was fixed shortly there after.

I can say one thing for certain, if I have any future plumbing needs then Millennium will be the first company I call.

I had to replace my kitchen plumbing. I called several plumbers and in the end chose Millennium. Of all the calls I made Millennium responded quickly. Ron checked and then explained the problem. Ron then gave me an Itemized estimate showing exactly what would be done and what the cost would be. The plumber John arrived when expected completing the job in a clean and professional manner. I would recommend Millennium to family and friends. The plumbing works great.

I had an excellent experience with Millennium, specifically a plumber named Shawn. He was professional, friendly, and worked quickly. The price was reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend Millennium and would work with them again in the future.

I called several big name plumbers and not one could make it out for this emergency. Millennium Plumbing was the only one that was reliable. They were there in less than two hours. Keith explained everything and was very professional in his work. I would highly recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Shawn was prompt, professional, efficient and friendly! He did a great job replacing a broken piece that was causing a gas leak in my home, and now I can rest easy.
I will definitely be calling Millenial again for any other plumbing needs. Very reasonable rates, too!

I woke up on a Sunday morning to a blocked main sewage line which backed up into my downstairs toilet flooding it and pouring into my basement. After calling a competitor who did not answer, I called millennium at 7am and we greeted by a friendly voice who promised to have someone out in a few hours. Shawn arrived right on time, was very courteous and clean. Talked me through what the problem probably was and promptly diagnosed it. He was able to clear the line on the spot and although the price was high, considering the emergency call and the quality of the service I was happy to pay it. Shawn talked me through all the steps he was taking and was happy to teach me about the plumbing system in my home. He also gave me advice on how to keep the line clean in the future. I would recommend Shawn and millennium to anyone in this area for their emergency plumbing needs.

As an owner of a real estate and property management company, we only want the best plumbers working on our houses. Millennium Plumbing is such a company. They are responsive, efficient and very professional. Most recently we had the pleasure of working with Ricardo and he was excellent. He was friendly, courteous, punctual and a fine plumber. They came same day to do an estimate for a bathroom faucet replacement. Would not tell me over the phone to give me an estimate of the cost. They quoted me $750! I found a competitor to do it for $200 who completed the job in 40 minutes and the result was beautiful. I would not recommend Millennium Plumbing due to insane price gouging.

I previously had a bad experience with Millenium plumbing, but had to reach out to them because a check valve had started leaking that they had replaced. I was nervous that they wouldn't guarantee their warranty because of the difficult past experience I had with them. However,
I was happy to find out that they fixed the leak, cleaned everything up and honored their warranty. Ron made sure I was happy with everything before he left. This experience was MUCH better than my other one.

UPDATE - the same exact leak has occurred again for the third time. We were told (and in writing) that their product and services were under warranty for 5 years. I called to make another appointment with them to come over and fix it for once and for all. I scheduled an appointment later in the week. I got a call 15 minutes later from a call center in Connecticut saying that the owner/manager will not come to my house. I asked if she had any other information and she said no. I called the online number and was told the same thing. The owner/manager will not help. I am currently dealing with the BBB and will take them to small claims court if we can't settle.

The company seems to be okay if they can get the job done, but if anything goes wrong, then will leave you out to dry. It's not worth the risk dealing with this company that doesn't seem to understand how customer service, customer satisfaction and warranties work.

I had an emergency plumbing issue. They were the third 24 hour company I called. They responded immediately, and came to my house within an hour. They were able to assess and start fixing the problem immediately. I wish I called them first. Len the Plumber claimed that they had someone to send to my house, but then called and said that they were too busy. Mike the Plumber just told me to pour Clorox down the drain and that they could come the next day. I am so happy that Millennium came when they did. Ron is so straight forward and honest which I appreciate and he has done great work so far. Thank you!

Needed a shower valve replaced. And the practically antique shutoff knobs were starting to break apart when turned. Shawn came out to perform the job. Arrived on time - professional and personable. The swap was done quickly, clean work area, no leaks. Made it look easy. Even complimented my Harry Homeowner tools. Very happy with the service.

Millennium is a great choice. They were able to get my hot water heater replaced next day. Fair pricing $1,875 for 50gal including removal of old product. Rob was my servicer. He was very nice and talked me through each step as well as teaching me a thing or two.He got everything done in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you Rob
