I can't say enough good about Atlantic Mechanical. From the office staff to the technicians, so very helpful and pleasant demeanor's. I called as I had a hot water heater burst which I thought was somewhat an emergency. The company I have a service contract with told me they could be there somewhere within a 12hr window. I made a few more calls and I couldn't even get someone to come out that day. Forget about installation, that would have been days and I had guests coming for the weekend! My wife asked if I had called you, which I hadn't, and Casey assisted me and couldn't be more understanding and nicer. 1/2 hour later there was a technician at my house, who was extremely pleasant and helpful also. Polite and clean (put booties on his shoes just to come in my home). He let me know that it could not be repaired and I would have to secure a replacement. Thinking it would take days due to the new laws with permits and all of the new safety precautions that have to be considered, I was prepared to hear the worst with price and timing of installation. Boy, was I surprised when he told me he could do it the very next morning AND they were extremely competitive! The next morning, he was at our home with a new water heater, had it installed and working that very same day! Somebody that actually did what they said they were going to do. Do yourself a favor. Skip the headaches and call Atlantic!

I have used Atlantic Mechanical twice, once for a water heater and once for a garbage disposal. Both times they were prompt and professional and the work was done right the first time. I also think they are a good value as compared to other plumbers, at least based on my experience with my sump pump that another plumber put in. From now on I will not stray from Atlantic Mechanical, they are on my very short list of reliable contractors.

Replaced an outdoor faucet. Outstanding work. The team of two, led by Matt, was very professional and very competent. Both were in uniforms and even wore slip-on shoe covers. Matt explained the equipment and the process for the replacement. They were thorough in their work and exhibited a very high level of attention to detail. Best service contractors I have dealt with. Will definitely contact for future needs. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service for when my hot water heater was leaking. Casey had Mike come out to give me an estimate and within 45 minutes technicians were at my home replacing the hot water heater. The technicians were very professional and thorough with their work. They cleaned up everything perfectly and I could not be happier with their work! Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

Had a great experience with Atlantic Mechanical from start to finish. We had a pipe burst, I called them and they had someone out right away to review the issue. The tech Matt, was fantastic. Not only did he fix the problem, but he took time to explain the most effective way to winterize exterior facets to limit issues in the future. Great experience and highly recommend.

I signed up for a special deal to have an outdoor hose bib replaced by Atlantic Mechanical. The scheduler, Casey was prompt in contacting me to arrange a convenient time. We were able to arrange the work on my first choice, just a few days later.
As promised, the installer, Ron, called to let me know I was next on the list and he would arrive in about 1 hour. He arrived promptly and when I greeted him at the door he handed me several useful promotional items with the company information.
Ron was polite, efficient, neat and kept me informed of his progress. The job was completed in about an hour and Ron took the time to explain proper operation and how to winterize the faucet which looks great and works great.
Great company to work with and great employee. I will use them in the future for plumbing needs.

I have been using Atlantic Mechanical for my plumbing needs this past year and they have been excellent. The administrative staff is very friendly, courteous, helpful and very service-oriented. I request the same technician as he has gotten to know my house and has been excellent. He explains the problem thoroughly, what my options are, and the costs - all before doing the work. Very thorough. Excellent company to work with.

Excellent service. We were kept up to date as to when the tech would arrive and indeed he arrived within the 2 hour window and quickly took care of the faucet replacement. Matt was friendly and efficient. The price was good for the service and I would recommend Atlantic Mechanical for plumbing needs based on this service.

We scheduled drain cleaning for a rental unit between tenants. The team coordinated access and finished on time. They shared before-and-after notes from the service. No callbacks from the tenant so far.

​The tap repair in the guest bathroom was handled quickly and the technician was very tidy. He even tightened a loose handle on a different sink just because he noticed it while walking by. That kind of extra effort is why I will be calling them for future needs.

​The drain cleaning service was effective and they used a camera to show me the blockage was completely cleared. It was a bit pricey but seeing the actual results gave me peace of mind about the state of our pipes. The technician was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about preventative maintenance.

Substantial Work !

70-year-old home on a corner lot with water service line leak. Charles and Devon came out and quickly found where/how the lines ran—much of which is under the foundation of the house—and found the leak, which fortunately is not under the foundation. On time, friendly and knowledgeable. Good guys. I really couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend.

The first thing is that Danny gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time to let me know exactly when he would arrive at my home. When he arrived, he identified himself and placed the protective coverings on his shoes before entering my home.
