Money well spent! Was recommended by Prime Plumbing to use this service to find a leak under the house slab. They arrived on time, were very professional and took their time to make sure they find the leak. Pinpointed and marked the area for Prime Plumbing to fix. They were right on it! A few pin size leaks found in the spot they marked! Great way to find the leaks without unnecessary demolition.

We called American Leak Detection and they set us up an appointment on our schedule. Charles and Kenny arrived on time and very punctual. When they arrived they introduced themselves and asked what seemed to be the problem. After I explained the situation they went to work and kept me apprised as they went through their steps. Great working with this company would recommend them anytime.

I usually don't complete online reviews, although I wanted to thank Danny H., a Leak Detection Specialist with American Leak Detection for helping me to find an outside leak and providing me with visual and written documents to resolve the problem.

I also wanted to thank William S. from Roto-Rooter and Jarrett M. who visited my home and provided me guidance that led me to contact American Leak Detection. Their inspection ruled out an inside plumbing problem.

Danny H arrived on time, inquired about the problem and immediately told me which tests he would perform to find the cause of the leak.

Luckily, he found and showed me how outside water was coming into the house. He also said that I would receive a full report via email that I can use to contact the appropriate person or company to resolve the issue.

I had a leak in my pool noted shortly after opening it this spring. I called my pool guy and he recommended calling a leak detection company. He gave me 2 names and I called both, one of which was American Leak Detection, and left messages. The first company never called me back, but I was contacted within a few minutes by Wendy McIntosh of American Leak Detection on Key Hwy in Baltimore. She was able to get me on the schedule about a week later (my pool guy said it would probably take a month to get someone to come out). Wendy couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with. Danny Hernandez came out to do the detection work. He was there about 2 hours, carefully checked all of the pump equipment, skimmer, light, jet and return lines and eventually found a leak in one of the jet lines. He then clearly marked the leak. American Leak Detection also does repairs and so I scheduled Danny to come out the following week to fix the leak. The repairs are guaranteed for 1 year and they repeat the leak detection for free once the work is completed. I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received so far from both Wendy and Danny. I’ll post another review once the repair is completed.
