I live out of state and have a home in Baltimore as a second residence. Pat and his team at O'neill's was referred to me and I could not be happier. This is an older home that needed a lot of TLC and Pat has provided it. His rates are reasonable and his service is first class! I highly recommend O'Neill Plumbing!

This service was provided through our rental company, which can sometimes be a gamble. O'Neill Plumbing & Heating was prompt in setting up a time to come to the house on short notice (twice). The technicians were friendly and professional. Couldn't recommend them enough!

The technician showed up as requested on short notice. He was polite and did a great job. He even cleaned up after himself when he fixed our leaky faucet and shut off valve. Definitely will use them again and recommend to others.

Prompt service but shoddy work. Supposedly fixed leaky toilet and clogged bathtub drain. Here for about a half hour, charged $250. We were toilet leak was mostly fixed but that the amount leaking would be negligible. Next month's water bill was $300 over our usual because of the leak. Bathtub drain flowed for about a day and then was clogged again.

They were easy to get an appointment with and there were no issues with them showing up and completing the job. The issues came with the job itself and the experience afterwards. They cut some corners that were not up to code and they installed the expansion tank on the hot side, horizontally, and with no support. When I called in about this they assured me that the tank could be on the hot side no problem. Several other experienced plumbers and the literal instruction manual for the heater all say to never install the tank on the hot side. So I just have to pay someone else to take care of it properly now

O'neil plumbing is one of the most honest and professional companies I've dealt with in years. Their quality of service and cost to supply them are outstanding. Super from start to finish! Honest. Thorough. And reasonable pricing. I was very happy with the service and job done.

We contacted Patrick O'Neill for a water leak at our outside service connection. He came out, gave us a verbal estimate and a date for repair. We heard from him one more time and then he ghosted us not returning calls. Totally unprofessional. Ended up calling Saffer Plumbing who diagnosed, gave us a written estimate (half of what O'Neill quoted), and had it fixed in one week. Contact O'Neill at your own risk.

Excellent service, Scott came out quickly for an emergency and replaced our leaking pressure tank. I can’t thank them enough.

Please do not used them! They charge us $7000 because of a back up toilet and tore up our driveway and walkway. The problem was never fixed. Still suffer 6 months later finally we found it out it was just a problem with a $30 piece that they told us to get off Amazon and install it ourselves after we we out of over $11000 after repairing everything. I’m so disappointed that I put my trust in them . I thought they would have been fair and honest and wasn’t !! This economy is so bad but you won’t prosper from cheating people

Original appointment was rescheduled by them after waiting all day they called to say that they would come the next day! Toilet was clogged and I informed the technician that we had already used the snake! Charged $287 to snake again! As soon as the tech left tried flushed the toilet it was still clogged. Called 12:24 was told someone would be out 12/26. Plumber said we needed a new toilet and tried to change 1300.00 for new toilet! No thanks out 287.00 no refund! Now gotta get someone else! They are just to take ur money! Do not use this business!
