The gentleman that showed up was nice enough but the quote was outrageous and the "supervisor" was horrible. He couldn't even tell me what their labor rate was. Will not ever use.

The people at Zoom Drain are the greatest. They are nothing, but class act. They did exactly what I needed in a quick and clean manner. I would recommend them to anyone having a problem with plumbing.

This company is a nightmare. Hired them to do a job in June and months later it was still not fixed and they caused more damage. I was in tears multiple times trying to get them to finish the job correctly but they were in no rush. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money asking them for help with anything.

They were invited to connect the water pipe today. He said it cost $1,781. We told him whether to do it well. He replied yes. As a result, he didn't start to do it and said he couldn't do it. If we want us to pay him 1781, we will say that you didn't start to do it and asked me to pay. He said that he had to pay when he came here. As a result, my water pipe was not ready and I had to pay.

Rafael and Carlos arrived within a few hours to deal with a clogged toilet that was leaking water into the room below. Quick, efficient and kind. (And not expensive!) Highly recommend.

We had a problem with water in our basement bathroom and we gave them a call. They could have came out and charged us an arm and a leg but instead they walked my husband through a simple problem over the phone for free. Super honest. I will use them for all my future plumbing problems because i know they will be honest and just so super helpful and friendly.

James Smith and his assistants (one was Howard; I don't have the other's name) did an excellent job. We were especially impressed that they took the time and care to tie back and safeguard our plants. (Access to our backyard was difficult.) The excavation work was done skillfully and efficiently. James and his assistants were also very pleasant to deal with.

Our garbage disposal broke on Thanksgiving Day when we had dinner for 12.
Zoom promised to be out the next morning. James came, and he was informative, thorough, polite and very tidy.
He said he’d be back next day with a new GD. In order for us to get a quality grade GD rather than from Home Depot or Lowe’s, it had to be ordered from the warehouse.
We had a new GD 2 days after Thanksgiving, and we’re very pleased with Zoom.

James and the rest of the Zoom Drain team were excellent. They not only replaced my sewer line quickly, the cleanup was done very well also. Whey they fixed my water main valve they also found that somebody had replaced my copper pipes with a car radiator hose. This was not part of the job but when the technician saw this He said this was very dangerous and couldn't leave it that way. So He and His colleague fixed it . I am so grateful that I chose Zoom. I will definitely tell my Friends a d coworkers about them. Thanks Again for the Great work!

We are a property management company and we have used Zoom Drain on two occasions. On both of those occasions James was the technician. He was so easy to work with, he communicated with us, and he did the job we hired him to do in a very timely and professional manner. We will use them again and will recommend them to others.

As a plumber I hate to call another plumber (I don't specialize in drain cleaning) but I must say I appreciate the customer service I was provided. I can also say that I met three technicians that are qualified individuals. Thanks for your help zoom drain. From one plumber to another , YALL ROCK!

Could not be happier! Howard, Zach, and James were a pleasure to work with. Your team was able to work with us and provide us with peace of mind. Price was extremely fair and I will definitely recommend Zoom to anyone ever faced with plumbing problems. I can not thank everyone involved in our project enough. Because of this experience I will call Zoom for any future plumbing problems. We had our toilet back up because our sewer line was failing due to roots. They were honest, straight forward and not pushy like most competitors. Thanks again.
