The tech called me and let me know exactly when he was arriving. He was on time according to their window (at the very beginning which was amazing!). The tech told me around how much it would be before hand and make quick work of the repairs. I would highly recommend Atlantic Mechanical.

An emergency occurred after business hours with my new home, less than 2 months after purchasing the home. Frantically, I called and left a message after several calls to my warranty company, in-between addressing the emergency. On a Sun. (after business hours) Casey, from Atlantic Mechanical, called me back and expressed that she was reaching out, again after hours because she noticed my voicemail was left over the weekend. She expressed she wanted to touch base with me to do all she could to make arrangements to have the issue addressed, 1st thing the next morning/business day.

Then after she made several calls, advocating for me while dealing with the warranty company, she not only was able to work with the warranty company to have the issue addressed, but due to going above and beyond, she requested approval for additional services that identified the cause of the problem, which helped to prevent further issues.

As a 1st time homebuyer and property manager, the majority of my liquid assets were depleted and having a safe place for tenants to move into was critical to my morale and the loss of additional passive income would have been catastrophic (even caused me to potentially loose the home I worked so hard for). Yet, instead- thanks to her willingness to take a few extra steps, and the phenomenal service of the plumbers- I now have amazing tenants, a safe clean home, and a thriving business!

It is hoped that others can be motivated to take that additional step, with empathy and exceptional services such as Casey did with me, and be inspired to "go the extra mile" when helping someone else. I am now a faithful Atlantic Mechanical client (and will refer friends and family of course)!

I had a backed up sink right before a holiday weekend. Atlantic Mechanical had a tech over within the half hour. The tech was a professional who fixed the problem right away. This company is a true pleasure to work with!

I contacted 3 plumbing company for our gas piping. From the 3, I selected Atlantic Mechanical because they explained to me the process, the material that is going to be used and how they are going to do it. My questions and doubts are all answered straight forward. Mike Steele is easy to talk to and the two other guys who did the gas piping installation (I forgot their names). Casey and Hindy did the follow-ups for me especially for the gas inspector visits. Overall, I highly recommend Atlantic Mechanical for doing a super awesome job on my gas piping installation.

We had American Home Shield send their plumber, Mayes Plumbing, to fix a simple toilet issue. They had come out before for another bathroom issue, and bungled that.
This time, they told us that the floor was too high, and would cost 1500 to repair, which by the way, surprise surprise, wasn't covered. They also naturally pocketed the $75. fee for the visit. So we called Atlantic Mechanical, with their skilled plumbers, and after 45 minutes, the job was done. The solution was a higher seal, not a flooring issue. They were punctual, neat, and cleaned up after. Thank you, Matt and Joel for great work!

Atlantic Mechanical is great. I had water dripping from a light fixture in my basement. It turned out to be a minor problem - a pipe joint that was improperly sealed. Arrival to completion of the project took less than an hour. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. He also went out of his way to help me. While working on my leaking pipe, he happened across an entirely unrelated, major issue. It was beyond anything he could handle, but he helped me get in touch with Baltimore County's sewer services group. That tip undoubtedly saved me a lot of money and confusion. Overall, Atlantic Mechanical provided service above and beyond what I expected, and I highly recommend them.
