I recently hired Jamestown Cleaning for a deep cleaning service, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I booked, James was professional, punctual, and thorough. He arrived right on time and got straight to work, ensuring every corner was spotless. The attention to detail was fantastic – from the floors to the kitchen counters and even the windows, everything sparkled. The cleaning products he used left the house smelling fresh without being overpowering. He is also very friendly and it is noticeable he is such a hard worker. I highly recommend Jamestown Cleaning for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning service.

We are thrilled to share our 5 star experience with Jamestown Cleaning, LLC! We needed a 7’x11’ mechanical room deep cleaned (walls, ceiling, floor, and all exposed ductwork, equipment and piping) so that it could be used for storage. It had never been cleaned before (several decades) and was super dusty and grimy.

Other companies I reached out to for my boss could not book with less than a week's notice and even if they could book, they were double what we expected to pay. No one offered to come onsite to assess the room before giving me a quote.

On the other hand, James arrived on-site the day after we connected by phone, and after listening carefully to our requests (no disinfection, just basic clean with soap & water / dusting) stated that he could get the job done on the day we needed it done (in 4 days), in the timeframe we anticipated it would take (less than 4 hours), that was within our budget!

James arrived on time, was professional and pleasant during the entire job, and the end result exceeded our expectations! He had just about everything he needed. All we had to do was provide the N95 mask, gloves, ladders, and bucket water. It was such a thrill to walk into the finished room without a mask and know that it was ready to be used as intended!

We absolutely recommend this company, will refer others to it, and will rebook in the future. I have never written a Google review. The phenomenal experience I had with this company prompted my first review and set the practice standard we'll hope to receive when seeking other like services. Well done, James!

James Town cleaning was great. Thoroughly cleaned everything for a reasonable price.

Great service, James and team did a great job with home deep cleaning for move out. James really works very hard and efficiently to get the home back in a new and pristine shape. Highly recommend.

I paid $250 for them to clean, fridge, windows, and tub.. I asked them to clean the windows and they are just as dirty as can be. He claimed he could not clean the dirt out the tub. So, now I have to call someone else to clean the windows and area around the window. I came to check on them and the guy had a pool of water on my floor which can lead to mold. The house was already renovated so he did not need to do much. Yet, he recently lied and said my entire bathroom was dirty when everything was replaced and just needed to clean the tub. He didn’t even clean the inside of the cabinets. That was the easiest job he had and money waste for me. When I first called to ask about his services, I said I would call back after I checked around. He was so pushy saying he would do the best job. I told him don’t clean the floors and he did it anyway. He was pushy and decided he was going to do the opposite of what I asked.

I asked for a receipt and he is just now giving it to me and refuses to give me my money back. AWFUL SERVICE AND I AM QUESTIONING HOW THEY HAVE ALL OF THESE 5 STARTS UNLESS IT IS FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Provides great services within our retail space. All fitting rooms were wiped down, dusted off and looking amazing. Definitely recommend using their services.

Don’t bother calling. I’ve tried the garden department 3 times and was hung up on all three times without a hello

Could not find three items. No one at the outdoor pick up so had to back in the wrong way to get my mulch.

Parking is a mess. Garden center is small. It is fine if you can't get to a bigger one.

Fine. Weekends are a disaster. Lines can be long sporadically. They also run out of garden ware. Otherwise, a rather okay home depot.

Bethesda has one of the bigger Home Depot stores. It's bright and clean, easy to maneuver. The garden store is exceptional, with helpful staff. Parking is an issue at peak shopping times.

I have called Home Depot over the last several days to see if they have Hellebores in the garden center. Every time, I was put on hold (I held for as long as 25 minutes) and no one answered the phone. I even spoke to someone and begged not to be put on hold again, and they immediately put me on hold and then the phone was disconnected. Very bad customer service.

I have to say that I am extremely unhappy with their service, I was there on Friday at 9 am to purchase a ceiling fan with light and a remote. I asked one of the staff in the lighting department for help. He showed me what to buy and I did. I called an electrician to come to install it and when he came we opened the box to find out that the fan was not operated with a remote. I had to pay the electrician 80 dollars to come. I went back to Home Depot and asked to speak with the manager. The manager on Saturday November 31st at 1:30pm was unhelpful and didn’t care that I was misinformed by the staff, that I had to drive 30mn each way to return the wrong fan and had to pay the electrician. I want to request a 100 dollars gift card. That doesn’t even include my time. This amount covers the electrician fee and my gas.

Great app! The design is really cool and makes ordering effortless. I like that you can order a mow while you're not home and come back to a freshly cut lawn. It was good quality work and they even send you a photo of the job when they're done.

The ease of use was amazing and the guy they sent was incredibly professional and thorough. I've scheduled recurring mows with them so I don't have to worry about it all summer. It's great! My relatives in NY had an equally similar experience with getting their driveway plowed this winter. Would definitely recommend

I live in Virginia and I have a rental house in Camillus. I am sure you have found out it is very difficult to hire someone that is reliable, honest, takes pride in their work. Well with Plowz & Mowz you have found your dream company. I was in a bind this past winter having an appliance delivery during a snow storm the day before. I called P&M and my driveway was plowed the next morning and sent me photos showing the job quality. I recently hired them again to maintain my lawn. I was having a problem logging in to their website. I immediately had three gentleman helping me with amazing customer service which is hard to find. Look no further you have quality work, fair pricing and excellent customer service with Plowz & Mowz!

After a long wait, someone finally showed up, started the job, then packed up and left almost immediately without doing anything. No explanation, no follow-up. Complete waste of time. Do not recommend.
