We had Roto-Rooter clear two shower drains at our house. Very easy to schedule online for the next day, communication was great, and the service with Jeff was quick and pleasant.

Ngin was so professional and excellent in helping. Nothing was wrong and he didn't charge me anything. Thank you having such good employees working for you!

I had an issue with a leaking pipe. Called 2 companies that could not find it. In addition I had to hire someone to cut the drywall. I wish I had called them first because they have techs that are skilled enough to cut the sry wall and find the leak. Not a fan of the price, but I wish I had called them first becauae I clearly could not find the leak.

Israel was very knowledgeable and did a great job. We are dealing with the aftermath of a main sewer line blockage and he did was able to fix the toilet after it had been removed to drain the blockage.

Well, that was easy! Within two hours of my non-emergency call, there was a serviceman at my door. And my problem— a hose stuck on the spigot (really stuck, with no home remedies successful)—was solved within minutes. I knew it would be pricy, but it needed to get done and I couldn’t do it. (Note: They should tell you the $250 show-up charge over the phone.) Especially friendly and professional serviceman. Ask for Jo!

Roto-Rooter was a complete waste of time and money. They came out three separate times for the same leaky sink, and I spent over $900 within a matter of weeks, yet the sink kept leaking. Each visit resulted in another bill, but no lasting fix.

What’s worse is that they do not stand by their work. Instead of taking responsibility for a problem they failed to fix multiple times, they treated each return visit like a brand-new issue and charged accordingly.

If you want to pay hundreds of dollars for repeat visits and unresolved problems, go ahead. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and hire literally anyone else.

Kam was very knowledgeable, kind, and able to identify and repair the issue. The restoration inspector was also kind and gave a good inspection. The service was prompt.i will definitely use this company again.

These guys are an absolute joke/completely useless and disrespectful of people’s time.

I scheduled a simple service job (faucet install) over a week in advance for 10-2, called them at 1 and was told they were ‘running late’, then after 2 they called me to tell me they were suddenly overbooked/unavailable. I was one of the first people to schedule that day because when I called the entire weekend was available. No real apologies other than, “do you want to do it tomorrow?” Absolutely no respect for other people’s time.

Administratively a complete mess. Can’t comment on their actual plumbing work because a tech/plumber never even showed up.

The plumber arrived within 40 minutes assessed the situation, found the busted pie and then repaired it. The whole job was completed so fast. I was pleased and thankful.

We ended up needing help on a Sunday morning with a cartridge replacement in our shower faucet and Kam, the technician from Roto-Rooter, took care of that. He was on time, knowledgeable and respectful of our property.
I would definitely use their services in the future.

Very lucky to find Roto Rooter based on Chatgpt recommendations, and it is one of the few companies that doesn’t charge you for the initial evaluation. Very easy to schedule the initial evaluation and got quoted with a very reasonable price. Kam is super professional, patient, friendly, and down to the earth. The plumbing work is a bit more challenging than expected, but Kam did a great job and fixed my faucet leaking issue that has plagued us for quite a while. Thank you for all the help!

Jeff performed an excellent job replacing my sump pump. He was quick to come out and already had the part available. This is the second job that Jeff has completed for me, and I would request him again for any future projects.

Kam and his partner Samar (I apologize if that is incorrect) arrived at my home and once they explained everything and I agreed they went to work. It was raining pretty hard and dark and I went outside to show them the area I believed the county shut off was. They did not give up looking. Once they were done with the initial job Kam asked if I wanted to review their work and while doing that I asked if they could tighten up the toilet which turned into them having to replace the flange and the wax ring. It’s never good when you have to spend a lot of money you did not think was going to be more but they made sure everything was done right. Knowing that my disabled husband will be okay sitting on a secure toilet is worth any price. I could not recommend them high enough!!!!

Earl was fantastic! We went above and beyond with quality work and he gave a very fair price. I will be requesting him again.

I’ve contacted Roto Rooter twice for emergency services and my problems were fixed both times. The second emergency service job was a bit more complicated and involved some discussion with Pat Swanson in the corporate office and Miguel who works locally. Both Pat and Miguel were very helpful and made sure I was satisfied. Thanks Roto Rooter!

James at Roto-Rooter came quickly for a malfunctioning sump pump which was discharging directly into my basement. He was professional and polite, and most importantly knowledgeable and he was able to quickly reconnect the sump pump. Since more rain was in the forecast, I was very grateful for the fast response.

My kitchen drain line was blocked Friday night. I was so happy to have service by mid-morning on Saturday. The service tech, Delonte, was efficient and worked diligently to clear the blockage. As a long time property manager, I always appreciate professional and prompt service.
