Jason looked at several plumbing items we needed addressed. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to explain everything in detail. He was honest and trustworthy. And prices were very reasonable. Scheduling the appointment was easy. It’s so refreshing to find a company that is honest, straightforward, no hidden fees. I will use Pipeworks for all my plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

Update- We have repeatedly had great experiences with PipeWorks. Most recently, Sergio was punctual, friendly, informative, and effective in resolving our HVAC issue. Competing company that came yesterday was unreliable (5+ hours late), failed to identify the actual problem, and said we needed to replace much more expensive parts, which are working fine. Sergio had the actual problem fixed sooner for way less, and taught me way more about how our system works. Customer service on scheduling was also very friendly, helpful, and prompt in scheduling. Very grateful and will continue to use PipeWorks in the future.

Prior review- We've had PipeWorks come out for 3 issues at 3 different times (fixing an outdoor leak, assessing our sump pump, and a quote on garbage disposal issue). They've been professional and prompt. Everyone has been friendly and happy to explain and answer questions. We'd had less luck with a competitor and are glad we found PipeWorks.

My A/C wasn’t working during this recent heatwave and the tech Kebin came out arrived early and was very professional and explained the issue so that I could understand. Great customer service from the initial call for service until the tech finished the job. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

We had an emergency air-conditioning breakdown in the middle of summer. PipeWorks and Elmer were responsive, professional and efficient. I would call them again and refer their services.

Jason turned what appeared to be a difficult drain cleaning problem into a simple effort using very basic tools and techniques. He got the drain flowing quickly and with very little effort. We were very impressed with his desire to keep the job as simple and as efficient as possible.

Technician Elmer Romero was very professional and a great representative of Pipeworks Plumbing & Air. He made sure to communicate an earlier timeslots to arrive, which was great! I'm looking forward to hopefully continuing business with Pipeworks to resolve our AC issue.

Work done quick and well. They were $230 (28%) less than Vito despite having a maintenance plan with Vito with a 15% discount (supposedly). That said, $800 seems like a lot for literally 30 minutes work with maybe $200 max in valves. But I didn’t shop around much.

Able to squeeze me in same day that afternoon (called at 8 am) and automatically give me their promo for annual tune-up for $100 off (total price $65). Technician (Alex Obando) arrived even earlier than expected (30 min earlier) and was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Gave me honest advice on my 25 year old heat pump and replaced the capacitor with transparency on price, process, and even DIY price.

I scheduled the replacement of my water heater with PipWorks. The send Jason for a free estimate. He explained all my options and was very honest about what my house needed. I scheduled the work in a week and Terry recommended that I would get the job done with Jason since he knows his craft. Jason and Kebin started the work on time, worked efficiently, answered all my questions, cleaned up and did a safety inspection for all my gas appliances. Jason is very knowledgeable, courteous and kind. Jason has also done work at my mom's and friend's house and we all agree that he is "THE" man. The pricing was also reasonable and very competitive. Technician came right away for a significant leak on the main water valve. Made a quick and effective repair and made sure to clean up afterwards. We had him come back to complete more work in support of a bathroom remodel.

Jason was extremely professional and friendly, but most of all fast and very reasonable price considering the emergency nature of the original repair. The follow up plumbing he did to install our shower diverter and bathroom sink and commode was wonderful.

Had them out to I vestigate an issue with our well pressurization system and the do regular maintenance on our hot water heater. Tech was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took time to answer my questions and was very friendly and respectful of my home and pets. He worked quickly and left the space in the condition he found it in. I will use them again.

Alex was absolutely fantastic! Service was prompt, timely, efficient and everyone was super friendly and accommodating.
He serviced our HVAC system and calibrated the units so they now run quieter.

I called PipeWorks Plumkng to check my AC that suddenly stopped working. I wasn’t told that they have an estimate fees of $89 and was never informed that I will have additional charges if the technician spends over 30 minutes at my home. The technician came and spent about 2 hours and I am not sure of what he was doing the whole time. Technician gave me his estimate and said they had to order parts for the repair. He told me his office was going to send my bill with a link to pay, when I received the link it was $289. I called the office and was told the technician spent over 2 hours and the bill was actually supposed to me $489 but they have given me a $200 discount. First I was not informed of the additional bill, secondly he took too much time which was not necessary. I asked them what if the technician was not knowledgeable enough to diagnose the problem in 30mins, am I supposed to charged for that? They did not respond to the question and the phone cut off suddenly. I called another company the next day who took less than 15 mins to at my home to diagnose equipments for the repair. Mind you, I did not tell the later company about consulting anyone for the AC before. It’s seem more like the technician at and PipeWorks plumbing intentionally spent more time so they could make more money from me. I will never use them again

Jason was very extremely knowledgeable, able to diagnose and the resolve issue quickly. I will absolutely be referring them to others in the area.

As always, Pipe Works answers the call whenever we’ve needed help, and today was no different. With all the heavy rain recently, Jason was able to get our sump pump working again in short order. UPDATE 5/7/25

As promised, I wanted to update my initial review, which was based on a mere consultation.

I am happy to report that PipeWorks not only met but exceeded my expectations--they both provided me with an estimate that was competitive (and when I say competitive, I mean, literally $10,000 less than another company that was trying to sell me their "worry free" guarantee with lesser equipment than what PipeWorks was offering (trust me: I did the research).

But the true gem and MVP of this whole process has been Kebin. If you end up contracting with PipeWorks, definitely insist on him as your technician.

In a climate where companies are so eager and adept at taking advantage of consumers' vulnerabilities, Kebin takes the opposite approach--explaining every last detail of what he is doing, and texting to check that everything is working properly after finishing the job. He also stayed super late on the date of installation when one of his men had to leave and he was insistent on finishing the job himself. He also came back to the house a few weeks later just to check everything was working to his standards. A total class act.

If you need a new HVAC, please look no further – – but make sure you ask for Kebin, who is kind, trustworthy, professional, and just an all-around wonderful guy to be calling on in your time of need.

I rarely provide reviews, and never before have I provided a review based on a consultation, but I feel compelled to highlight the integrity and professionalism of PipeWorks Plumbing, and in particular, the HVAC tech who consulted with me, Kebin.

In short, AHS, my home warranty company, contracted another company to come to my home earlier in the week because I had an unusually high gas bill and wanted to make sure that I wasn't experiencing a gas leak in my home. The tech of that company informed me that I had a crack in the heating element of my furnace, which was responsible for gas leaking from there, and that I would have to replace the unit. As a result of this diagnostic, which turned out to be in error, my family has been without heat for several days in freezing temperatures.

I contacted PipeWorks on the recommendation of good friends to get an estimate on upgrading my HVAC. When Kebin arrived and took a look at my furnace, he explained to me that there was, in fact, no crack, and showed me a video evidencing as much. After getting my heat back on and working within minutes, he then took time with me--at my request--to talk about the decision whether to upgrade my units in any event (both my AC and furnace are upwards of twenty years old). He exerted no pressure on me whatsoever. And then, as promised, PipeWorks forwarded me just hours later a reasonable estimate, which I'm evaluating as I do my diligence with other companies.

I expect that even if PipeWorks can't match other estimates, I will go with them because I already have trust in Kebin, which is worth its weight in gold in these times when companies like the one AHS sent (and AHS itself, which refused even look at the video or the diagnostics performed by Kebin to refund my service fee) have so little integrity or humanity.

If I end up going with PipeWorks, I will be sure to update my review as I want to throw as much business their way and away from the companies that exploit customers in the way I was exploited.
