I would like to sincerely thank Kyle Wesley, Williams and Hannah from Roto-Rooter Restoration Services for their outstanding support during my water damage restoration process.
From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. They promptly removed the wet drywall, handled the necessary water mitigation work, and carefully moved items during the pack-out process to prevent further damage.
What truly stood out was their guidance beyond the basic restoration work. They:

Assisted me through the insurance claim process with clarity and patience

Thank you to Roto-Rooter and their plumber Raven. They were fast, polite and got completed the replacement of our main water shutoff did valve in a total of 4 hours. That include the initial call, dispatching a tech and completing the job. 5/5 will recommend in the future. Raven was also a 5/5 I will for sure request her again.

Roto-Rooter was able to assist in a timely manner with an unfortunate plumbing issue I had as a new homeowner. The folks that helped resolve the issue(s) are very informative and weren’t pressuring to make a quick decision/sale. I was always informed of what was happening prior to and no actions were done without my agreeance. Special shout out to Raven, she did her thang replacing a cracked drainage pipe that was nearly 7ft long!!

They were very quick to respond and assess the situation. When a part needed to be special ordered Eric was very communicative and explained why and what costs would be involved. The work was done quickly and done well. I will definitely insist on having Eric do future work on my house.

Hosea was the plumber that replaced my water heater. He was really professional, transparent and honest about the work that needed to be done.
He was really generous with the pricing of the service that he performed and communicated everything with me clearly. Hosea definitely went above and beyond with his service in a timely manner.

Every interaction I’ve had with Todd and the TemperaturePro team has been wonderful. From the first call I knew I wanted to work with them.

First Tony came out to give us an estimate and he was pleasant and listened all our options for routing a gas line into our kitchen. Unfortunately, the project was a bit out of our budget so we couldn’t move forward.

We did end up having them do a simple install of a new thermostat and Todd came out to do that one. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to show us how to use our new thermostat in our AC system works.

He had to make several visits and showed great patience as I worked with my Homeowners Association. He really is outstanding.

Jason has now come out twice for 2 separate issues (a leak and a major drain clog) and did an above board job each time. He is incredibly polite, really knowledgeable, does a great job of explaining the issue at hand and then does a fantastic job of fixing the issue.

This high-performing company is absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for top-notch service search no more. From the receptionist to shop manager, down to I the dedicated technician. They even provided special savings to military near Fort Meade, not to mention providing same-day service availability.

My awesome technician, Curtis, was attentive, professional, daetailed what was required, and all about giving me exact what I needed for a hose bib replacement. He saved the dy and rescued me from paying an expensive bill with more than needed plumbing/replacement parts.

I noticed a leak in my basement last night and turned off the main water valve to the house. I submitted my info on the Angie website early this morning. PipeWorks Plumbing, Heating and Air called me minutes later and an appointment was scheduled for noon (same day). Jason came promptly as scheduled and quickly pinpointed the leak was from an appliance and resolved the issue by cutting of water to the appliance. The charge was only $40 because they said "it wasn't a plumbing issue and no plumbing work was done". Ok, but he identified source of the leak which I failed to do and he solved the problem. I appreciated the quick appointment, the quick identification of the source of the problem, the quick solution, the professionalism and very reasonable charge. No one ever wants to call a plumber, but if I ever have to again, I'm definitely calling this company back. I highly recommend this company.

I spent time looking for someone to verify the issues with the AC at our place of business and consider alternatives to our current service company for a new install of replacement equipment. From the moment I spoke with Temperature Pro on the phone they were courteous and professional. I always felt like our business mattered to them and that ensuring we got the right equipment mattered to them. I communicated a great deal with Todd, the owner. He spent a lot of time discussing options, talking through the unique aspects of how we do business and what would work best for our situation. I felt like Todd was talking to me the same way he would a family member. No pushy upselling, thoughtful consideration of pros/cons, ended up with mid-level model. They worked with us on making a schedule to service our multiple units that frees us from having to do maintenance checks and filter changes but ensures the systems are working well. They showed up exactly as scheduled and Nelson led the crew to complete the install in the timeframe described. They ensure we had what was needed to operate the new thermostat remotely. It was a huge win for us to transition our service to Temperature Pro and everything about them says courteous and professional. I don't take the time to write many reviews, but I felt compelled to after this kind of experience. Todd, Nelson, Terry and the rest of your folks... Thanks!

DO NOT USE. PAY ATTENTION TO REVIEWS THAT ARE NOT FAMILY & FRIENDS POSITIVE REVIEWS. This place has zero customer service, the owner is very rude and condescending. With so many other options, take your business elsewhere. They will quote you one price and then you get invoiced for another. Then when you raise the disparity to them, the owner will tell you that if you don’t like it, they can schedule a plumber to come out and undo the work. Seriously, you cannot make this stuff up. They also have high turnover and different employees will give you different quotes and inconsistent “diagnosis” that maybe the owner will honor but its likely they won’t. Had them change employees mid job and the second employee quoted something much higher and then had to keep coming back to correct the work. PAY ATTENTION TO REVIEWS THAT ARE NOT FAMILY & FRIENDS POSITIVE REVIEWS.

This review was long overdue. I cannot say enough about their services and customer support. Time after time the techs performed beyond my expectations and always on time. I want to personally thank techs Tony, Steve and Jason on their professionalism and workmanship. Special thanks to Terry for the top tier customer service.

Great service and technicians all around. Scheduling was super easy, the techs (Nelson, George, and the guy who does the plumbing whose name I can’t remember) we’re all very friendly, on-time, and did a great job. They were all incredibly knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job removing/installing the new HVAC unit, and also putting in our new tankless water heater. Whenever we had an issue, they were quick to send someone out to address/fix it. We’ll be using them and recommending them to our friends/family. Thanks for treating our home like yours.

My technique Steve was excellent! On time& installed a new delta kitchen faucet which I love & it changed the whole look of the kitchen. He’s truly a professional & is well trained. This company was a life saver for me, replacing rusted and broken exhaust pipes from furnace and hot water heater, They came same day (within an hour) to check what needed to be done and came back the next morning to do the work. Tony was very nice and knowledgeable, their price reasonable and their work seems top notch. Thank you for your prompt professional service!

Jason was very knowledgeable, fast and kind for the whole project. We had five small repairs/replacements that needed to happen and it took less than 3 hours. Price was definitely less than we anticipated as well. Very grateful!
