This review is about my initial interaction with Bill for planning my landscaping project. My initial impression is that he is very professional and wants to ensure that your project will be completed according to your expectations. I am very picky and detailed oreinted and Bill was very patient with my questions and revisions. Once I finally decided what I wanted he managed to come back out to the house again to review with me the final design. Much appreciated considering this is a very busy time of the year for landscaping work. For these reasons I am giving him a five star rating. Once the job is complete I will post a follow-up review on the completed project.

This team did a great job on our backyard. I’m a construction manager so I’ve worked with hundreds of companies before, but this company definitely stands out as a reputable & trustworthy company, The owner, Bill, came out and gave us a quote the same day and he had great customer service and understanding of what we were trying to do. Gave us a reasonable price and reassurance on how it would turn out. His team came in the very next day, even during a typically hectic post/pre pandemic summer season and gave our mostly square concrete backyard a huge upgrade. They power washed the wood fence, stained and painted it, excavated along the sides of the fence where we had a ton of weeds and soil, back filled with some plastic and small beautiful rocks to match the fence color, fixed our drainage issues (majority of the issues in our yard were drainage related) and cleaned up after themselves. Their work definitely drew the attention of our neighbors and we now have a usable backyard for our kids to play in. I’ll definitely use them again if I have any other landscaping needs and I’ve already recommended them to a lot of people I know.

There is no better word I can think of to describe our experience with Eastern Grounds Landscaping. Bill Schultz and his team are in another league when it comes to customer service, and it shows on all levels.

My initial call to their office was as pleasant as can be thanks to Jamie. Within days, Bill (the owner) was at our house to discuss transforming our outdoor space from an overgrown disaster to a beautiful and welcoming landscape.

His ability to both listen and ask the right questions made it so simple to communicate our vision.

The crew was out not long after and they were punctual, friendly, efficient, and hard working. It was impressive to watch.

When I was told “you won’t even believe how good it will look…” I truly had no idea. The final result was better than I could’ve ever imagined.

Our family can finally sit outside and enjoy the summer!

We switched over to Eastern Grounds about a year ago. Their service and consistency in the cut has been exceptional. The nuances to our yard are dealt with the same way each time. Compared to other companies where we had damage to our property and lawn this has not been the case with Eastern Grounds. After a year of cutting our lawn I am very happy and so is my wife with their consistent service. It is the simple things like making sure our cars aren't blocked in when they arrive to keeping the cuttings out of our flower beds.

I have used Eastern Grounds Landscaping since 2014 and they have done a really good job keeping my yard looking neat and well groomed. Their staff is professional, courteous, and respectful. They respond timely to my inquiries about scheduling, billing, and any other concerns. Their employees care about their customers and provide excellent customer service taking ownership and the necessary steps and follow-up to correct issues brought to their attention.

I sought professional tree service through Home Advisor for a problematic tree. Bill Schultz, Owner, of Eastern Grounds Landscaping replied to my request and personally provided an estimate of the scope of work required. Bill was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He told me he has been a resident of the community all of his life and has decades of experience providing home owners in the immediate area and bordering cities with landscaping services and more. The estimate Bill provided was very reasonable given the large amount of work to be done and compared to another estimate I had already received from another tree service company. Eastern Grounds Landscaping is absolutely top-notch. Bill and his team were extremely professional from start to finish and their attention to detail was excellent. I was particularly impressed with the thorough cleanup. They left the yard and street in front of the house looking better than when they arrived. I strongly recommend Bill and Eastern Grounds Landscaping for tree trimming/removal services.

Eastern Grounds did an absolutely amazing job of designing landscaping for our front beds, cleaning out the previous landscaping and re-planting/mulching as well as putting down some sod around the reshaped beds. They also did a backyard cleanup and stump removal.

They were fast, communicative, did amazing work and were reasonably priced. We're already planning our next project with them, and I couldn't possibly be happier with the work they've done.
