I had fo reschedule my appt and they were very accommodating. I left them to do their cleaning and they let me know when they were almost done. I could smell the aromatherapy even before I got near the door. They made sure to let me know what were permanent marks versus removable dirt. They even took care of the window seals! I look forward to using them quarterly for my cleaning needs.
