I contacted The Right Choice Cleaning Service to do a move out cleaning of my apt. I was very satisfied with the cleaning and recommended it to my family.

I hired The Right Choice Cleaning Service to clean my house in Clinton, MD and they did a marvelous job. I have four children and a dog so it's hard to keep up cleaning after working 16 hours a day. They got all the dog hair up and even cleaned my oven to make like new. I wasn't expecting them to be so detailed but they did above and beyond my expectations. I will be hiring them to clean my home once a week.

Didn’t even touch my kitchen I found it the way I left it they even put my dust collector on the top of my water bottles.The manager is greedy; he will change what he said and claim you wrong so I attached photos of my kitchen. I am disappointed!!

I can't believe this happened to me. My sister and I live in a small basement apartment—just a 1-bedroom, 1-bath, and 1 kitchen unit. We don’t have pets, and the service quoted me $170, which was confirmed on a recorded line.

However, things went downhill from there. They later called to tell me that they didn’t clean the kitchen (They didn’t clean it at all an touched) because "the floor was dirty"—isn’t that exactly why someone hires a cleaning service? It's absurd! When I spoke to the manager, I explained that it wasn’t fair to charge me the full amount if the job wasn’t done completely. But not only did they charge the full $170, the cleaning they did was far from professional.

To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude, telling me to go to court! making degrading comments about my home as if I should be embarrassed for needing a cleaning service. Isn’t that the whole point of their job? Instead of resolving the issue, they gave me excuses and left my house half-cleaned.

The manager’s behavior was also unprofessional—he suddenly changed his stance, introducing “hourly rates” and demanding an extra $85 just to clean the kitchen, on top of the original $170. I feel scammed, insulted, and thoroughly disappointed.

If you're considering hiring this company, learn from my experience—this is not the right place, and it’s definitely not the right choice. I’ll be looking for another company, and I suggest you do the same.

My oven was quite filthy but clean polish transformed it. I was impressed with how well it was cleaned! … like brand new. Will surely be working with clean polish again !
