I never leave reviews but I believe this is necessary to help out my neighbors. I had my first clean with this company and you would think the first would be the best. I got the “Initial A” clean that was supposed to give a detailed clean to the kitchen and bathroom, and a general yet thorough clean to the bedrooms and living areas (initial b would be vice versa). At the end of it all, I was left with dirty kitchen counters, a dirty master bath floor, and the main floor looked liked nothing was done. I gave my feedback to their internal system and canceled my account. One of the owners, Laurel, answered the phone and handled my cancellation request and never asked why I was canceling or how my first clean was. She was concerned with ensuring I paid for my cleaning and then happily canceled and hung up the phone. Neighbors, don’t waste your time or money here as they are only concerned with making their money and not with providing a quality service.

I have been using CA for about 3 months now, I must say so far so good. My house looks great! If they have ever missed something point it out while they are here they will make sure to clean it. If not, the company will make amends by sending someone out the very next day. Customer service is A1. The ladies are nice and usually in/out in 2-3 hours depending on the service.

The Cleaning Authority does a great job on my twice a month cleaning of my house. Team #18 is fantastic. They take their time and do a quality, great job. We are very happy with the service they provide. My house shines.

Paty and Keyra do an excellent job. They are always on time, always cheerful and my home is always left sparkling clean.

I absolutely love my experience with the Cleaning Authority from my townhouse to my single family home. They are on time and they do an excellent job. Team #1 (Vanessa and Glenda) are amazing and we truly enjoy them!!

I loved the first cleaning. They did an amazing job. When I emailed them over the pink Bowie mold not being cleaned from our shower the 2nd and 3rd visit they said they would work on it. Yesterday, the shower didn't even look like they even made an effort...even after my addressing the concern! My response from them was that is the best they could do without using bleach. It Seems odd they could clean well the first time bit not subsequent visits. Wish I would have read about their poor customer service. They must be busy enough not to have to worry about how to make a customer happy!.

I am always so relieved to come home after The Cleaning Authority team has been to my house! So nice to have everything shiny and my carpets look awesome! I'm especially fond of the linen change service. Thanks for years of working around my kids and pets and scheduling needs!

Above impressive 👏 my home feels and smells like when I first moved in minus the empty space. All areas were thoroughly cleaned and attended to. They took care to get all the small usually missed places and even cleaned under and around the puppies cages. I'm excited about the cleanliness of my kids bathroom awesome job. A++++ service.

I love this service and am beyond happy to have them back open. As an “essential” employee during this covid crisis, I haven’t been able to clean my home during quarantine as much as I would like. Since their return to service I’m thrilled to come home to a clean house. It’s a great feeling to have one less thing to stress about during these times. On top of the cleaning service (which was great), the team sanitized everything as they cleaned for additional piece of mind.

Their teams are thorough and professional and the management did a great job working with me to fit my clean around my schedule and answer my questions. At first I didn’t know what to expect, I thought it would mostly just be vacuuming and dusting (I have trouble with those because if my health) and wiping down the bathrooms. But they removed the hard water stains from my bath tub that I've never been able to put so much as a dent in, straightened up my somewhat cluttered areas and even did their best to at least reduce the mess in areas that I hadn’t expected them to touch because they were too full of clutter and left my whole house smelling wonderful. I will definitely continue their service!

The two women worked very hard for 4 hours+. Only a few lamps didn't get dusted and the laundry floor wasn't washed. Other than that they did a really good job.

I had to completely clean out my trash can because the garbage was put in it so that it spilled fluid to the bottom of the trash can. Next time please double the bag if there is obvious fluid spillage coming out of the trash bag. Also please replace the items once dusting is complete. I should not have to put items back in their places. Finally please put the rugs back on the floor once the floor is cleaned. The rugs should not be left on my couch. Also if I put items in the garbage please do not re-garbage my bags and then leave the items removed without a garbage bag. I am usually pleased with the service but today something was really off. Customer service means everything. I am a Doctor and if I treated your family member the way you treated me today I am sure you would not allow me to continue treating your family member. Thank you.

They do an excellent job. Staff is
polite and engaging. Always taken the time to ensure I’m satisfied with the service.

I keep my home relatively clean so the amount of cleaning is not intense. I wish they washed a few dishes as I assume would be part of a thorough kitchen clean. Nevertheless, the ladies that came to clean my home were nice and professional. I hope I get Team #5 again :-) Overall great job!

The Cleaning Authority is an excellent, family-owned business that provides superior and reliable service. The cleaning crew always arrives within the arranged time window, works efficiently, and leaves the house perfectly clean. After the coronavirus pandemic, the cleaning crew was respectful of personal space and wore their masks appropriately. They held our key and we never had any safety or security issues. The office staff is professional, polite and responsive. I highly recommend this company. Your home will be in good hands. We are leaving them only because we are moving.

Very well done. Excellent job. Had to cancel for two weeks due to vacation then Covid! They cleaned the following week after a two week hiatus, and did an extraordinary job! The house had been really dusty and dirty toilets bathrooms kitchen floors//- and then they came and did a Superior job! My husband was so impressed! Now the house. Is so comfortable and beautiful again.

I recently hired Cleaning Authority for a cleaning service, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. It was a complete waste of time and money, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. Here's why:

1. Poor Quality of Cleaning: The overall quality of the cleaning service provided by Cleaning  Authority was abysmal. The surfaces were left dirty, and it seemed like they had barely touched anything. It was evident that corners were cut, and they did not put in the effort to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

2. Unreliable Staff: The cleaners sent by Cleaning  Authority lacked the necessary skills to perform their tasks effectively. They arrived late without any prior notice, which disrupted my schedule. Moreover, they seemed disinterested and rushed through the cleaning process, resulting in a half-hearted job.

3. Lack of Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is a crucial aspect of any cleaning service, but Cleaning Authority failed miserably in this regard. They overlooked obvious areas that required cleaning, such as behind furniture, under rugs, and in hard-to-reach corners. It was frustrating to see that they had neglected these important areas, leaving them dirty and unsightly.

4. Stolen Credit Cards To make matters worse, I called Cleaning Authority and mentioned all of my credit card numbers being stolen during their cleaning process. When I brought this to their attention, they showed no concern or willingness to rectify the situation, further highlighting their lack of professionalism and they canceled me as a client.

5. Poor Customer Service: Dealing with Cleaning  Authority customer service was a nightmare. They were unresponsive to my calls and emails, and when I finally managed to get through, they were dismissive and unapologetic about the poor service I received. It was evident that they did not value their customers or take their complaints seriously.

In conclusion, my experience with Cleaning Authority was nothing short of a disaster. The poor quality of cleaning, unreliable staff, lack of attention to detail, stolen credit card numbers, and terrible customer service make it impossible for me to recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking a trustworthy and professional cleaning service elsewhere.

Love The Cleaning Authority! From the moment the owner of the company came out to introduce himself and share what was to be expected in the cleaning, to the thorough cleaning that was done. I appreciate their expertise and thorough cleaning.

We've been using the Cleaning Authority for a couple of months now, and find them to be very good overall. The members of the team vary from one cleaning to the next, so there are a few minor things like new team members not knowing where we keep trash bags, but the quality of the cleaning has been consistently good. One great feature is that they tell you the rotating focus areas in advance, so you get a good general clean, and know what to expect for deep cleaning each time.
